I listened  a pod-cast  with an resertecher who had searched for the origin of the word god, and he came to the conclusion the the original meaning of the word was, nature or the will/way of nature.

Reading and thinking about this ,I get the idea that the consciouses is a construction made out of many parts of the mind.

That would explain why it can alter its perception, as in dreaming and hypnosis the parts making up contentiousness is  altered, one part that is tuned out its the reality check so things in the dream state is perceived as real. 

Hardest book i ever tried to read. Did not get far two chapters maybe.

And it seems that is starts at an high level no explanation how to get there.

Not realy on topic but, thows nice pictures remided me, this is just amazing. 

This is a interesting video, shows how much time and work people are willing to do for versus reasons.

So I say always take things lightly in enjoy the show.

Running a Linux on a bootable cd or usb is a good way to check for hardware trouble, if it works fine on linux the hardware should be fine.

Maybe some program stress test program for the cpu to check if there is a power consumption problem. I'm thinking the cpu is going in to power save and does not work properly or a battery problem, but its a fare fetched idea.

Might be a BIOS issue , or other hardware problems if you have updated your OS.

I do high jumps, to get some cardio exercise, then i do some leg stretches.

Don't want to get to exhausted from jumping, just enough so the body gets a bit warm and is alert.

Also i want to keep my cardio so its a good time do it before meditation so that way i do both.

There is so much i like to say about The medical business and training to be a worker in that profession, but I'm going to just condense it as short as possible.

All man made medicine comes from nature, but you cant patent that so they make some thing close enough, and usual it has more side effects then the natural medicines. Its all about making a profit.

When training for a medical profession the big companies remove any competition, they control who writes the books and pays the schools big money to make sure its they way they like.

If a medical trail shows that the sugar pill is more effective then the drug they will trow the study out, what they call they placebo effect are a major annoyance to them. They should study it I think.

The side effects of a medicine can be so many the doctor cant tell you them all it would take to long if you would ask what it all meant.

Thats where it began most likely, well the idea must be older but it got the hold on the world when it was Written down and passed around.

Isn't that true for all things that we en counter we simplifie all things we encounter so we can react/interact to it as fast as possible.

Only when we had time to think about or encounter the the same things we can develop a deeper understanding.

Not sure but i think you are suppose to circulate the energy back. Maybe holding the ejaculation trapped the energy and it could not circulate.

i can see red blue yellow, i believe its the colors the eye can presive.

God thing there are resting days in the training schedule, wold not want to over strain doing the training.

At times when I'm meditating, and I sit for 30 minutes, the first 25 feels like five minutes and the last five feels like 30 minutes.

I don't know anything about hanging, so i cant say any thing about that. But I can recommend testicular massage, I used to be oversensitive but doing massage regularly helped to over come that.

I would recommend staring there and see how that goes. Just take it easy and slow.
