my only experience and objection with him was the way he handles a money issue with a student - it was about the morality ,and this is something immeasurable

I do not wish to revive this thread, but I do owe an apology the thepath. He is not among the users that I implicated as being the same person/group of people.

 

When he sent me his PM that he had checked my link, I checked my server logs twice after that in the next few hours after that, although I did not take into account that my web host pushes the raw access logs to each shared account the next day (For the previous 24 hour period), I checked it now after reading thepath's post, and can confirm what he has stated above (As well as some other link activity not from his IP, I assume from after he posted the link above some other users were curious). When I originally did not see his link checked, I had reason to believe he wasn't telling the truth, and that was my false assumption. Combine this with the fact that he would not provide his username for reasons I could not understand, and the low history of posts, I was suspicious of him. (Although, trying to understand your situation thepath, I suppose you had no reason to trust me, and that if you provided your username you might have thought that I could access personal information about you that you likely would have submitted during seminar registration. That was not at all my intent, but, at least now at this point I understand where you may have been coming from)

 

To clarify, I see that thepath checked the link 6 times from my server logs, just as the above screen capture says, and also can confirm that your IP is not coming from a proxy, and is legitimate. So, thepath, I sincerely apologize for my incorrect assumption about you. I will remove your name from the title of this post for any future users who might stumble across it, and opted to make my apology here instead of PM for the same reason.

3. The users are very paranoid about their identity, and IP addresses. I can confirm they were using proxies, (a form of rerouting internet traffic through specific servers to mask your true ISP and location). All the users indicated did not visit the links that I sent to gather these IP addresses. Also, none of the users that I implicated were even interested in proving they were NOT Little1, but only were interested in attacking me and defending the notion that it was "ridiculous", but not provide any information to the contrary of it being true. In my opinion, it can be proved, so why not participate in an excercise to prove it? If you have nothing to hide, what is their to fear?

- thepath stated that he made a post on the foundation forum, but would not provide details about his username, or when he posted it so I could verify. This post was later proven to have occured by Ken, who for some reason saved it on his hard drive the day it was posted, and posted it for thepath. I am not arguing that this post did not exist given the screen capped proof, but what seems odd to me is that thepath would not give me the information I needed to verify it, it was Ken who did, why? (My personal opinion is that thepath is impersonating the student in which this event occured, but I will not make any assumptions, and will contact the user specified on the forum and the seminar coordinator for the specific seminar in question to get to find out the entire situation) Throughout the history of these users posts, you will see them consistently backing up each others claims, and defending each other either indirectly or directly. Why?

Why you are in a hurry to come to any conclusion without even investigating anything. My case is the simplest case to validate - but you still continue to make assumptions and accuse people.

I think you ask why didn't I post more in foundation forum - the account for the paid section was disabled, even it wasn't, what is the point of posting the same message in the foundation forum when you know it will be deleted.

I meant by making it public, posting in related forums or some other websites collecting complaints or rip offs.

The reason I asked why you made only the single post (I may need to clarify my previous message, and say 'thread', as in the topic you created), is because there was a single topic which I can no longer view the replies too, and was curious since you said you would make this situation a very public one, why you didn't follow up to post more, but stopped after the initial post was deleted. I am also very curious as to why you didn't just provide your username when I requested. It would have been very easy, and there is nothing negative I can do with that information, so why did Ken have to provide it?

 

One question though, why just the one post on this? Your last login date was Oct 23, a month and a half after your post referenced above. Did you attempt to make any more posts after that initial one?

but to help you relax; a couple forum members responded, and I answered them. the paid section of the forum account was disabled after I got a pm from richard.

I have logged a couple times to free section of the forum, but no attempt to make any more posts, haven't even checked if I can open a new thread or post responses.

The even more interesting part about this is, the rest of the users, excluding Neikung, did not visit the page. (Neikung did, about a day later, also with a proxy IP address). Even without the IP information, I find it peculiar that all the users (about 7 I believe) somehow were suspicious of the activity, and did not visit the link with no apparent forewarning. Why is that? I'm not sure if it happens to all users, but PM's popup after I login for the first time, would this have not happened to these additional users? In which case, they would have known before hand, but r.w.smith's post about it was only after he visited and considerably later. His post was also several topics down at most points, so it seems unlikely that they were to see his post, and then decide not to visit the link. In my opinion, they did not visit the link because they knew what it was from a previous user's link, which would imply that they are either the same person, or work closely together. Also, one of the users also stated they visited the link, but did not.

I have visited the link you have sent several times, even one or two more times a couple of hours later.

Either you have problem with your server logs or you are distorting the truth.

You are not sincere in your approach.

Your only concern is to defend david, not to search the truth.

You don't have time to contact with a moderator but have enough time to send pms with faked urls.

You could easily verify this case if you really wanted. All you have to do was to ask richard, if you can't reach to david.

Why should I ask a previous moderator? I have administrative access, and can see that there was not a post with that title. Nothing is there as you claim, I am giving you the benefit of the doubt by requesting the username or seminar to investiage on an even deeper level. Yet, you do not want to provide the simple information that I could use to find it even if it was deleted in the past. Why? I'm even offering to help you to get your money back if there was some type of mixup. Why do you still refuse?

 

As I said before, I did not deny that I sent those links. And I have listed my intent for doing so. This is not sufficient reason to not back up the claims you made. I don't believe you should even be so offended about it, as I said earlier, the only real reason to be concerned is if you are trying to hide something.

Why don't you directly ask to the forum moderator if there was a thread with a title "Is David Shen Verdesi trustable?" , and if that has been deleted or not, and who opened the thread, who's forum account has been disabled.

This happened just a couple months ago. I am sure, forum mod will definitely remember. Or ask David himself. I have discussed this issue with him.

You can easily find what you want if you have any connection with forum mod or david.

Yes, I do, and I'm telling you your post for which you gave me a post subject title for does not exist. If you were to say that it was deleted, then I could still find your username account - which you refuse to tell me for some unknown reason. Even outside of all that, if you provide which seminar you paid the deposit for, I can follow the trace that way. Anyone of these things will help me identify whether this situation is true or false. As a matter of fact, if you give me which seminar you were trying to attend and your username, I can easily contact the organizer of that particular seminar, and if you did not receive your deposit back, find out why and attempt to get it back for you, as maybe there was a mixup. So please, let me know. I don't see what's so hard about it.

 

As for Neikung's comments, I would really like to post my reply at this moment, but am short on time so will post later.

Please elaborate on why you feel ripped off and why you say he is not an honest person? When were you in contact with him? Also, who did you study Xing Shen Zhuang with?

I have read your previous posts, and see your case where you stated you made a deposit for a seminar that was canceled and never received the money back. You also state you made a post on the forum that was closed and your membership was canceled. Please let me know your username on the forum so that I can investigate the matter for myself. I know of no students who felt ripped off. The wonderful people I met when I attended as well as I have nothing but positives about it. I met people who have experienced the direct power of the masters, and had no doubts. I also met many people who had studied for years and had no doubts about their training - and did just that - trained, and didn't criticize other school's training, or even have any interest in an online community discussing it.

I was a candidate student and have been ripped off by David Verdesi.

David Verdesi is not an honest person and lies so easily when it is about money issues.

His teachings may have some value. I have taken the Xing Shen Zhuang from someone who was a friend of David, and had practiced it for sometime.

if I became a student, I would be probably in same thinking mode like RFunaki.

But things went on a different direction, and I have experienced his other face.

It sounds to me like there was a deposit you had to pay upfront. That's pretty common for these sorts of things. It allows them to plan an event and not lose money when people back out. It's very rare that a person will give you back your money on that portion...usually in the fine print it says non refundable, or it's just assumed.

 

But of course it sucks when that happens and you need the money. It'd be nice if people were more understanding.

 

By the way, it's funny to see all the shit talking. I would still go study with him, because I don't find shit talkers to be credible.

Nothing is really written on paper and things based on personal trust.

Although the reason for not attending to the course was mostly caused by other side, he could still say in the first place - it was non-refundable.

But it is clearly promised.

Later, he behaved like a salesman, with conflicting messages of because of this, because of that...

The main point is how he treats people, is it with love, compassion, understanding and trust, or is it based on using his ego mask for his own advantage.

Everyone struggles with his own ego. I do everyday, even every second. I don't expect him to be a perfect person but if someone markets him as a master, expecting a little bit of reliability of his words is not much I think.

Last year, I was excited to be a student of David - but now I don't even trust to this man.

I know David, I know that he has the power of the fourth level of nei kung, like in the system of JC.

I want to say that he is not a bad person but he has an obsession for immortality, power, money and sex.

I have not met with him in person and I don't know about his obsessions for power, sex - but I will second the ramus thought about his obsession for money

Last year, I paid half of the course fee, which was 2500 Euro. but I couldn't go to the course due to last minute changes in course program.

I let the money stay with him since they said, new courses are coming soon - with the promise that I will be paid back if I need or want it.

Now, I can't get the money back - David is hiding behind conflicting reasons to not pay back - and tells me come and use the money for a course although I stated that I need it for an urgent case.

I have opened a thread in foundation forum with the title "Is David Shen Verdesi Trustable" - thread has been closed and my forum membership ended.

Someone calling himself a teacher, a guide on the path of Tao, should at least have some basic ethical values - like keeping his promises or being reliable to his students. Unfortunately, in my opinion, David seems to lack this basic requirements.

I made a mistake - and I recommend anyone choosing him as a master to think not twice but at least ten times before deciding.

I have been experiencing with Kunlun for about the last 3-4 weeks. I learned it from the book.

So far I am happy with results, a lot of intense movements and in the end, feeling more grounded, more freedom inside.

your writings come into line with the inner feelings I had during kunlun practice.

What I noticed is that more you let go or release of whatever comes in the moment during the practice, and don't attach to anything that happens, movements get more dense, and I feel like blockages or patterns I have been holding seems to dissolve more.
