  1. Third-Eye Attention

Namaste JoeBlast..... To each their own....whatever resonates with you. With mudras and bandhas they usually start out as "gross" physical maneuvers and end up being "subtle" intentions after a while. Personally I find the gross physical movement like what is pictured in the thumbnail, ecstatic. I don't get the same effects from the subtle intention. And it doesn't hurt me at all either. I can literally spend hours in sambhavi. I actually usually sleep in it automatically as well. But like I said, to each their own, everyone is different so there will be no absolutes. Love, Carson
  2. Third-Eye Attention

Nope...no headache, although there can be an increase in pranic energy to the ajna with sambhavi mudra and this can cause a tingly/itchy/slight pressure in the forehead area. If you get a headache you need to learn to cycle the energy back down to the lower chakras and out of the upper (head) chakras. Love, Carson

  4. Third-Eye Attention

Here's a picture of what this should look like. Your eyes should feel a gentle strain on the outer eye muscles and it is common to have your eyelids flutter a bit and not totally close. I left my eyelids a little more open then usual so you could see the position of the eyeballs better. Eventually this will feel quite pleasurable and normal. It does for me anyways. Love, Carson

A shot in the dark from WAAAAAY out in left field.... Could he be gay and not wanting to admit this to himself? Love, Carson
  8. Drugs or Meditation?

Yes that is a very good book. I would also recommend "The Cosmic Serpent, DNA and the Origins of Knowledge" by Jeremy Narby which is at least as informative as Food of the Gods if not moreso. Love, Carson
  9. You might want to consider having a look through this website (if you haven't already) if you are serious about starting a commune/intentional community. http://www.ic.org/ Love, Carson
  10. Hi EasyNow.... I was led through a guided meditation a little while ago that is meant to help release anger and frustration...I found it EXTREMELY helpful in releasing old anger obstructions I still had lodged deep in my system... Here is how it goes: While lying down probably on your bed in a dark room, eyes closed, picture in your mind the first time you can remember getting angry...maybe you were 3 or 4, try to remember how you felt, try to FEEL that anger, but don't hold onto it, just feel it for a moment and once you feel it move on to the next time in your life you can remember being angry or deeply frustrated. Feel that feeling of frustration or anger but don't hold onto it, and then move on to the next moment of anger and frustration. Work your way like this up to about the age of 20. (anything after this is old issues resurfacing) If you are younger then 20 then stop at around age 15 or so. Once you have caught up with your semi-current self, move onto to the second part. Picture yourself on a pathway. Create the pathway you desire. It can be a pathway in the mountains, a sidewalk in your favorite park, anywhere you like, any style of path you desire. Now picture that pathway covered in debris. Tree branches, rocks, leaves, garbage, all kinds of debris. You have 4 tools to clean your path with...your hands, a shovel, a broom and a water hose. Use each tool in that order and slowly clear the debris (big to small) off to the LEFT side of the path (left side indicates past and right indicates the future). Once you have cleared your path of debris lay down on your path. Feel it underneath of you. Merge with the path. Relax and breath easy for 10 minutes before getting up. I had my accupuncturist lead me through this meditation on Wednesday of last last week. I balled my way through it. Uncontrollably. She told me to practice this for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 21. After 3 days I could no longer feel ANY anger....I continued practicing this meditation (on top of my regular practices) up to today, but I won't be continuing it for the 21 days. I don't need to. It effectively rid me of some deep seated anger issues I have been carrying with me since childhood.... Don't know if there would be a variation of this designed specifically for sexual frustration, but I don't think it is necessary. Frustration is frustration. Hope this helps a little. Good luck my friend! Love, Carson
  11. Great little video

I enjoyed the ride, thank you for sharing. (it was nice to actually be able to watch a video posted here at TTB. My work computer has a smartfilter, but it didn't filter this one. It was meant to be. Thanks) Love, Carson
  12. Improving eye sight

Both myself and several of my friends have all improved our eyesight with the use of LSD. Don't know how reproduceable our results were, but there were at least 3 of us who all scored higher on our eye exams after about a year of regular LSD use. (This was about 10 years ago and my eyesight is still 20/20 today. Used to need reading glasses as a child.) Love, Carson editted for grammar

  19. KAP 1-Los Angeles- Seminar Review

That won't solve the fact that this particular computer can't stay turned on for more than 5 minutes. That problem was happening before we got all the viruses. Carson P.S. Yes, sorry for being off-topic here.
  20. KAP 1-Los Angeles- Seminar Review

Laptop is a PC and the viruses are in my Virus software. It's kinda difficult to explain. Also my laptop's battery (I think) is an issue, because even when the computer is plugged into a power source it will only last for about 5 minutes before it shuts itself off. Love, Carson
  21. KAP 1-Los Angeles- Seminar Review

It is my day job computer, which is on the General Electric network server, which contains a "Smartfilter" which means I don't get Youtube, Facebook, etc etc....And my home computer is my recording studio Mac, which is running OS 9.2.2 because of the ProTools version I am running for audio recording. My PC laptop has 700 some viruses from leaving it turned on on an unsecured network while my wife an I went to New Zealand on our honeymoon. That's my technical sitch. Lame I know. Would love to take a seminar though. Love, Carson:D
  22. KAP 1-Los Angeles- Seminar Review

Do you ever do seminars in Canada? Or places like Seattle or Washington or even somewhere in Montana maybe? It would be nice to see a seminar in Vancouver or something like that. I would love to attend one, but flying all the way to Florida, NY, LA and places like that make it kinda pricy for this cat.....Would do the online courses, but don't have the computer capabilities these days. Meaning I'd have to buy a new computer making that option pricey too . Would really like to learn though. It sounds like quite an intense program where people have some intense reactions. Hope someday it works out for me to attend. Love, Carson
