Hey guys. I was reading about Taoism and the like, and came across this forum. Really liked everything I've read, and am currently checking out internal alchemy, nei gong, and the thunder path. I'm really big into meditation, and have been checking out qi gong and cultivating chi. I'm really inspired by the likes of John Chang, and hope to learn more about all of this. I feel like the more I learn the less I know... and it gets overwhelming. So... continuing. John
