  1. Open up to everything in you and around you. Notice everything, pay attention to everything, identify and attach with nothing.

It is all you and none of it is you. Time to heal, time to just be. Enjoy the little things - good food, the company of friends, a good book.

So simple yet so profound. I understand many people will yust read over your post and quickly forget.

A complete path of life in 5 sentences, a gem. Yust awareness :)

    Thanx steve !

  2. Thank you for the warning, dude!

But as I said several times (and on this thread too): I already have ALL of Gary Clymans material! ;)

templetao knows that and doesn't try to sell me something! He just wanted to help me by telling me where I (and everybody else who is sincerily interested) can join Waysun Liao's and Gary J. Clyman's lineage for FURTHER deep teaching: http://www.sevensunstaichi.org/

Also, his knowledge proves that he is really a member in the Temple Style Taichi School. So he only wanted to help and his info's are really precious! ^_^

    Ok thats nice :)

  3. Templetao it is VERY clear you are another alt of magia, electric gravity, elijah, neoclassical and many more alts.

If you contact him Dorian Black, he will try to get you to send him money for neikung DVD's (what you dont know is that its pirated material from Gary Clyman) or for basic monthly teaching. He will start with low amounts of money and will ask more and more over time. You will never receive these DVD's. The thundermind system (or however he gonna call it this time, is yust a cheap ripoff of the system gary teaches).

This is a well known scam here on the forum. He uses Gary Clyman's lifestory and pretend its he's own.

You dont have to believe me but anyone has been warned.

Templetao, i know you gonna pretend that your nose bleeds but it yust to obvious its you.

    Good luck.

  4. In Amsterdam there where only 5 people in the room including the monk blessing the people (and a hyperactive dog who fell asleep after the blessing lol). I understand that if the room is crowded all people trying to have a look its a very different athmosphere.

It was kitch and colorfull but that was soon forgotten, all i remember was the vibe of the relics :) My heart gets filled with joy yust by thinking of it again. The essence permeating the room was pure and intense compassion.

You could feel the energy wich these buddah's, karmapas and arhats have cultivated during there entire life, if not more. A unique experience yes :)

  5. Hey Hagar, i visited the relics in Amsterdam when they where there and understand what you mean.

Had the luck there where only a few people so spend whole day in the room meditating, reading and observing the relics.

Really powerfull experience. Very intense. I recommend everyone to go see them when they are in your area.

    Regards, M

  6. Laying face down on the ground, relaxing every muscle, feeling the tension releasing into the earth. Then reverse the process; feel the pulse of your heart inside you, your energy moving, think of sharing it with the earth. Picture the pulse going out with each heartbeat.

Seeing manitou in the trees (the faces and forms you see - which results in an emotional exchange with the tree. Often funny, sometimes sad or compassionate). Talking with the manitou and holding your hands on the trees is wonderful.

Enough can't be said for gently hugging trees, slowly embracing them, letting them know you're coming first. Be respectful of the tree; be respectful of the vines you step on to get there. Wrap your arms gently around the tree and feel the electrical connection. It has consciousness as well. Thank it for everything it's done for us, for making oxygen, for shading us, for feeding us.

To see trees in small groups is fun and another way to interact with them. Sometimes one will look like a choir director holding his baton high, in front of 4 or 5 small children. Sometimes one will be swaying backward in laughter, standing in front of some old troll of a tree that's telling him a joke.

As Don Juan would say, a shaman is never alone. An afternoon spent in the company of trees, only with a human that understands, is the most grounding experience in the world. You'll feel 5 years younger.

What a beautifull post, thanx !

  7. My favorite as well, but my current home has no teachers, so not currently practicing ba gua. Here's vid of my Grand Sifu fooling around for the camera.

Good luck with the training Sean. Go slowly and enjoy it.

  8. I like Reishi, used the red one alot but had to stop because it was interacting with my glycemic levels. Does it has effect on the spleen maybe ? My sugarlevels reacted heavily every time after drinking red reishi tea (raw natural dried reishi). My mother had the same problem and also had to stop using it.

Now i know that a sign of diabetes (problems with insulin and sugarlevels) is drinking very much and going to the bathroom very much ..

I dont know how it all fits togheter but yust wanted to let you know my experience.

  9. In he's book the tao of yichuan, Jan Diepersloot describes this as a game of sensing awareness.

Both the teacher and the student agree in this game to be played.

The attacker projects he's intention to a place and the student reads and reacts according to the intention.

    This is subtle awareness training.

The attacker will probably not be able to use this in a real fight though training awareness and intention will surely help train overal fightskill.
