I dont really understand your first question but um on your second I agree to disagree. no mind or mushin as the japanese would call it is one of many paths to truth but one could argue that all paths involve no-mind just different terms for it. On your third one taking credit is good and bad as for a cause i would say karmic conditions. On one hand taking credit meens you will get some reward phisicaly mabye but on the other hand not taking credit meens you might get a spiritual reward.

i would say arab just try it yourself and see what your gut tells you. I generaly go with the all paths lead to the same summit on the moutain aproach but there is a but as long as the path does not hurt someone or thing. So if this style really causes problems then i would not do it. I generaly stayed away from this style myself in my taichi but that is from at the time not wanting anything to do with the new age stuff only the old stuff. Part of me belives that aliens help shape human kind. Have you ever heard of the aetherious society? They believe that buddha or jesus or lao tzu or krishna or any other big religious figure you can think of were really in fact aliens sent to earth to help shape us. I somewhat wana believe them but then i real that the guy that founded it had it set up with the aliens that if you give them more money you get a better place in the after life.

So um i had a dream last night where i was aang / watching aang from the tv series avatar the last airbender. And I was talking to another charecter from the tv series. Well i asked for his help and them i was infront of a doorish thing made of branches or roots and i was karate choping them and one finaly broke from my karate choping and i said alright i have finaly broke the shushumna. Well i think of it more like kung fu or the game of go. I could learn go in 15 minutes, and probably learn a form of kung fu in a weekend seminar training intensly. But they both take lifetimes to master. so um you might learn a meditation in order to do this but it would takes you a long time to be actualy able to do it.

i somewhat believe in them. just some very deep meditation would get you in to them i think. but um i am talking like 60 years of continual practice of deep meditation. what i meen by that is dont expect to be able to reach it overnight. What would you like to know?

vary young in a spiritual sence not age. lol They are stuck in there ways from a spiritual perspective, like i email them and they respond back "who are you" i respond back stating who i am. From the tone of there email they are getting very frustrated and say that they would like to know who i am from a spirituual perspective. I then think they meen for me to say that i am part of the divine or something. Well they dont want that eather, they said that i should meditate and ask my self who i am over and over again and the answer will come. They also think i am some sort of snake skin oil seller of spiritual goods.
