I'm 30 yrs old and have yet to feel anything negative from intercourse. Has anyone tried the Mind Light Nei Gung System by Gary Clyman?

In defense, Gary has a lot of info stuffed into his 4 routine mind light program. It might seem pricey but factor in your average monthly qigong payment or book or DVD you buy and calculate gas payments to and from then it's not all that pricey. His DVD contains at least 10 years worth of material if not more. -

Gtummo isn't about heat. It's about melting and refining the internal world. A physical heat can be a byproduct but the internal spiritual heat is the true product. -

It makes sense to me that if you invent time travel in the future then you can go forward but only as far back as the original date of invention. -

Cats are amazingly powerful, graceful and natural ninjas BUT what we don't see in these videos are the dogs that aren't house whipped. I've seen many dogs (unfortunately) sink their tenths into cats during a fight and with a whipping of their heads kill the cat, mostly throwing blood and innards everywhere. The more 'wolf' natured the dog the less chance of survival for the cat. It's a bummer you can't unsee certain things

On topic. I only brought up Hesychasm because it is slightly different than mainstream Christianity. I don't know a whole lot about Gnostic teachings. There is a book I was thinking of getting about the 42(?) letter name of God, for shlits and giggles
