  1. It's useless to store it if you can't transform it, Cam. As far as ignore status, goes, I have plenty of affection for you, but little respect. You've never been more than a Tao dilettante, as far as I can tell, and have relatively little experience with actually doing the work for yourself, versus trying to get some guru to open yourself up for you. If you want to put me on ignore status, it's not going to make a lot of difference on my end, except to raise my respect for myself, because you have no idea what you're talking about. Traditional tribes all over the world, for tens of thousands of years, have eaten diets that absolutely do not support retention, like shellfish, organ meats, animal fats, etc., and they specifically say those foods are excellent for both health and reproduction. I eat this way, usually, and it does make retention much harder. That's not the point. I'm 32 and my diet is excellent, so, assuming decent luck, I've got decades to learn how to transform the energy upwards.

If you're eating specifically to make retention easier, you're also eating to deprive your jing/bone level of the necessary nutrition. A raw low-fat fruitarian diet will make retention pretty easy, and I speak from hard experience on this. That doesn't mean it's safe to eat long-term. 100 is just a round number.

I want to make it very clear that I think retention is a long-term goal, not a short-term one. 100 is just a round number.

If nobody listens to me, fine. That doesn't change the truth of what I say.

It is stupid to eat for retention. Eat for health.

  2. i don't recommend the 100 days yet, cam. Get to the point where you can transform the energy upward easily on a daily basis, therefore controlling stagnation in that area. Ejaculation and prostate massage alone will not completely stop the stagnation in that area. You need to learn to contract your tailbone strongly, it took me months to get to the point where I could do it enough so that it moved far enough forward during contractions to really move the energy and jing around. Until you have this ability, and use it many times daily, and can give yourself powerful orgasms with it, long-term retention work will accomplish nothing, because the energy will not be fully transformed. You risk stagnation. If you're worried about excessive jing loss through ejaculation, change your diet.

  3. When my sifu threw me, I had no idea he could even do that. I had no idea such things were possible at ALL. I never saw or heard of him doing it before that, or after that. He didn't tell me what was coming. Power of suggestion? I seriously, really doubt it. How can you suggest something like that without telling or showing? He neither told nor showed, nor did anyone in class tell or show me.

I'm telling you, Cam, ask Plato about some of the martial stuff he saw people doing in the parks in China in the mornings. It's teh wacky shit. Ask him about meeting Nan Huai Chan. That's an interesting story.

  4. There are levels beyond that, Cam. Levels where skills on the purely physical level are not only useless, but actually dangerous to the practitioner. If someone with highly-developed physical level skill attacks someone with skills beyond the physical level, they are actually more likely to be seriously harmed than if someone with no skill or training does the same. My teacher had a student with 10 years of training, and great speed and skill. He had told the fellow "mike, you can't go fast with me". One day, mike did, and, given the situation, my sifu had to use a non-physical, energy-level attack. I'll be the first to admit I know very little about such methods, but the upshot of it was that the top of Mike's forearm "blew up". Blood starting spurting everywhere, from dozens of small holes that weren't there before. This is the same sifu that once, without me knowing what was coming, threw me across the room without touching me or moving at all.

This shit is real, folks. Do not fuck with the "old-timers", as my sifu calls them.

  5. Give it a try and let us know how you fare... having a feeling is easy.

Why aren't those guys from China (or Taiwan, Singapore, or Japan) showing up and walking away with the prize money? When they do show up, they tend to get beat...

You can make as many gratuitous assertions as you'd like - it doesn't make them true.

Please enjoy yourself - I'm glad you find my comments entertaining.

I've studied Asian martial arts relatively consistently for 35 years -

Shorinjiryu Kenyukai including full contact fighting for ~ 10 years (with the student of the founder of style from Japan),

Kendo and Iaido for a few years

Wing Chun for about 10 years

Taijiquan and Xingyiquan for the past 5 (with a Grandmaster of our style from Singapore).

One of my classmates has won two world championships in full contact lei tai fighting - one in Brazil and one in Singapore. Damn good fighter. He's doing his best to break out in the MMA circuit but is really having a time of it - those guys can fight. I think you're deluded about the 'magic' of Chinese martial arts. I have a lot of respect for what they can do (I still train myself) but I also have a realistic understanding of the difference between effectiveness and delusion. O-sensei was human, by the way.

    :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

mmm-hmmm. Your martial arts knowledge and a quarter will buy a cup of coffee.

I know there are guys like you out there, who've spent decades honestly slogging away, only to never learn anything of great value. I feel for you. I don't know what to say about it, but I feel for you.

Seriously, man, I think some of the better internal martial artists on the board are avoiding arguing with you because they're afraid they won't be able to take you seriously in a general sense. I know I can, though. I'm sure you have lots of intelligent things to say on other subjects...just not Chinese martial arts.

I can't help but mention that there are at least 2 or 3 guys here (probably more like 6 or 8) who personally know people who could easily wipe the mat with the best of the UFC crowd. Like I said, I think I could hold my own. My teacher could kill any of them in about 1/3 of a second, I shit ye not. Those guys are wasting their time rolling around and beating the hell out of each other. You want skills? The UFC is not the best place. Not the worst, but not the best.

Oh wow. 35 years? Wow. Poor guy. Oh man.

  6. Perhaps, perhaps not... it ain't easy fighting a good boxer or a good wrestler.

I'd put a good MMA fighter up against any of them, including O-sensei, with all due respect...

    :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Wow. I have a feeling I could hold my own against a lot of the better MMA guys, and I'm 5'7", maybe 140 lbs. It's not how big or fast you are, when we're talking about the better quality Asian martial arts. Trust me. Or take Ken Shamrock or one of the Gracies or any of those guys to China and see how fast they get their asses whipped. By the way, this isn't an argument. I've seen footage of O'sensei, as well as of some of his better students. There's no contest. That doesn't even touch on some of the better Chinese martial artists and systems. Please. Don't embarrass yourself. Find a discussion where you actually have some real experience. Please. If you keep talking, I'm afraid I'll laugh at you so hard that I'll scare the neighbors' dog.

  7. Actually, Plato told me about a qigong class he observed in New York Chinatown where they were doing something similar, but, instead of holding their noses with their hands, they were blocking the airflow some other way, I don't remember how, maybe with the tongue. I have done this while in a handstand, and it did cause bone movement in the skull, but the bones have to be pretty mobile from other methods for there to be a lot of movement, n my experience.

In general, this is an extremely forceful technique, and I don't recommend it too much. it works for me, but...

  8. I personally know some very well-respected producers of white powder gold. I'd be happy to direct you to them.

We are most likely at the very, very, very beginning of several hundred years' worth of research on these Ormus elements. I think they may end up playing a pivotal role in ascension, one way or another, whatever ascension is. They certainly can stop the aging process, allow levitation, psychic powers, etc. but most of the power of these Ormus forms of these elements is imparted by the alchemist. The method is somewhat important, but the skill and intention of the alchemist, as well as the astrological conditions under which the Ormus is made, are also very important. I am experimenting with growing plants with large amounts of Ormus.

There is a lot of research to be done, decades' worth, at least, unless the more advanced races decide to help some people out. I know I wouldn't mind a little help.

  9. I've done this for months at a time, I would usually eat my one meal around noon or a little after. It definitely allows you to sleep more deeply. I don't think it hurts you at all. I didn't experience any weight loss, but I didn't need to lose any weight anyway. If you want to lose weight, eat coconut oil and go low-carb.

  10. And yet, despite all that, I'm much healthier and stronger now that I eat some raw animal foods instead of being a vegan. Not only that, Dr. Price noted that the mostly-vegetarian Kikuyu had 13 times as many cavities as the meat-eating Masai, who lived right next door to them, in Africa.

There's theory, and there's reality. When it comes to diet, I know which I'll listen to more, my friend.

  11. Humans are not natural vegetarians. Our ancestors were all meat eaters, prior to there being organized societies that engaged in agriculture. They also had better teeth and general health, speaking broadly. If you don't believe it, take a look at Dr. Weston Price's book here. Just look at the pictures. All these traditional tribes were in much better health before the white man's food arrived. Not only that, the healthiest groups were the ones that ate plenty of organ meats and seafoods. The ones closest to vegetarian were the least-healthy.

I tried vegetarianism and veganism. They don't work. You need some meat and fish, etc. It's part of our heritage. If you don't believe it, read Dr. Price's book.

I'm not saying that, if the plants you eat are healthy enough, you can't be a healthy vegan or vegetarian. But...nobody is consistently growing plants of that quality, for the most part. You either have to have just the right soil, or you have to know what you are doing really well. It's much harder than any of the fools trying to be vegetarian or vegan realize.

Veganism is the real danger. If you can get raw dairy of sufficiently good quality, you really don't need meat or fish. However, the plants that the cow/goat/etc. is eating have to be of really super high quality. Few know how to grow such plants, as I have discovered in my years of studying these issues. Until you can get such plants consistently, best to eat some meat and/or fish on a regular basis. I speak from experience, folks.

  12. I've heard that learning to do daily activities with both hands equally well will increase the size of the corpus callosum, and, perhaps, the communication between both sides of the brain. My qigong/taiji teacher suggested I learn to write with both hands, and I have practiced it.

  13. yes I thought about that, however I need the device to do the conversion in real time, could software be written to do this?

Software already exists that allows you to play music in any key. I'm not sure if what you are talking about actually exists. However, I don't see the need for real-time conversion. Either the sound is being produced, or it isn't, right? I guarantee I could design an experiment that would test this without the need for real-time conversion.

  14. Thanks again, Agarta!

And one more question. Did you have a stategy re where to put the balloons (on the website they talk about evaluating the skull.) Did you just do everything you could reach? Do you need to know where the sinuses are specifically?

Sorry to ask so many questions, but this REALLY got my attention!

    Thanks,

    Adeha

I muscle-test to see which passages to put the balloons in. Ultimately, you'll have to do multiple inflations in each passage over a period of months and years to get all the results out of it that can be gotten. It's more about the intention than it is anything else. I guarantee it.

You're not inflating the balloons inside sinuses. You're inflating them inside the 6 passages that go fron your nostrils to your throat. each side has 3 passages, stacked on top of each other, and separated by horizontal flat bones. Take a look at skull anatomy on wiki or something.

  15. maybe that guy who claims to be an astrophysicist can help. LOL

ok so anyone who has heard of qigong studies in china http://www.qi-energy.com/qigongresearch.htm

knows the masters there can produce massssive amounts of infra-sound (like 70db, vacuum cleaner level) from the center of their palms, they are also able to produce large amounts of infrared light (heat).. I have already been using an infrared thermometer to track my palms temperatures with much success, but I want to build a device that converts infra-sound to audible sound.

something simple, microphone---->infra-sound to audible sound conversion---->speaker

I am sure someone sells such a device somewhere or if not it should not be too hard to build.

any help from the "astrophysicist" or other technical forum members would be appreciated

This is too easy. Record it, then play it back at double, triple, quadruple, or whatever speed. Eventually, if you double the speed enough times, you'll have audible sound.

  16. Thank you, Agarta!

How amazing. Are you talking about blood pressure bulbs like on a blood pressure cuff? Did you gerryrig something from a blood pressure cuff? What did you use for balloons?

How did you get major movements from your skull bones naturally, and how do you measure changes? Did you have a particular problem you were working on? Did the changes translate into the rest of your body, like balancing spinal curves or leg length differences?

This is so interesting! One of the things that got my attention on Howell's site was a woman's testimony that the cranial work had caused remarkable improvements in her vision. And how bout the bit that "the brain expands to full capacity"!!!

    Adeha

Yes, just the same bulbs they use for blod pressure cuffs. It IS jerryrigged, and that's the annoying part. I think a better setup could be invented, but I've never put my mind to it too much.

The bones only move to the degree that you're messed up. The more messed up, the more they move.

I use party balloons to get more pressure, but most people just use finger cots.

Changes are easy to measure. I know the shape of my own skull, how it feels. I didn't have any particular problems, just wanted to see what would happen. My hearing got a let better, and I can move a lot better and more easily.

  17. thanks for the answers.

is there something about the history of ncr out there?

i think dr. howell wasn't the first guy who worked with ballons inside the nose.

maybe there are other directions out there, which work with that method. are there?

or why they only do that stuff in usa....

about inserting the ballons on myself i have to reflect a while.....lol

    lao

Balloons inside the nose go back to the 1920s. Howell, however, is the one who has popularized it. He came up with some mostly-bullshit method to determine which of the 6 passages to insert the balloons into. His real contribution is simply in popularizing it to make it more well-known. He's a pretty good healer, but that's it. No genius.

The reason why it's only done in the US is two-fold

    1. lots of money and technology here, good scientific minds

    2. we eat really poor diets and have very sedentary lifestyles, so, relatively, Americans are very fucked-up, healthwise.
