  1. Ormus is present in brain and bone marrow, many plants and soils, and all seawater, as well as some air.

We all try it, simply by having a physical body. It's already there.

On another note, Dan Winter is not a particularly well-versed Ormus researcher. Saying Ormus can be addicting is like saying food can be. Sure it can. Some foods a lot more than others.

There's a very large Yahoo group devoted to Ormus, and several smaller ones, as well as the whitegold mailing list. There's about as much bullshit surrounding Ormus as there is around martial arts/meditation/qigong/etc., so be prepared, if you investigate.

There's also some truly mind-blowing stuff there, too, just like martial arts/meditation/qigong/etc.. It just depends. :)

Ask me if you have questions. I certainly don't know it all, but...I've been studying it for about 5 or 6 years now, and have spends thousands of dollars, thousands of hours, and lots of time and energy doing experiments and studying Ormus.

  2. hello,

ive been eating that way with small variations for almost 3 years ,my blood tests are good and balanced.and actually im having bliss attacks not panic attacks. :)

and would like to point out that emotional detox is so IMPORTANT .i feel if we truly want to feel at ease deep inside and with whatever life brings(not just i feel good today)we need to let go and slowly start more and more living in space between the thougts.

and ,as i read once something written by an indian sage "be able toembrace the uncertanty".

with this way of eating we are more in mental spheres, than physical which can be used as a tool for wellbeing or it can be ungrouding. that fact can be confusing for some and cause various diseases mental and other ,if mind is not chaneled proprely.

I'd rather eat a diet that doesn't require intensive therapy just to allow me to function in the real world. 80/10/10 just jacks my brain and emotions all up, I can't even be around people when I eat like that, I start avoiding my friends, it gets scary, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone ever, except as a "see, I told you that doesn't work" tough-love method.

The worst part is needing to be lying down for 12 hours a day. I hate that, and it really cramps my lifestyle. I only need half the time lying down eating the raw paleo diet as I did when I ate the 80/10/10, and I sleep the same amount on both. That's sobering.

This isn't a natural human diet. We need animal products. Only extremely high-level yogis can go without food and/or animal products, and I know a lot of people who THOUGHT they were at that level, and weren't, and learned the hard way.

    The VERY hard way.

But do what you want, bro. I know what works. You know what makes a pretty theory. Who do you think will last longer? ROFL

  3. thanks for the info. it's hard for me to tell so soon what is beneficial detox and what is just not going to serve me long term. i have noticed i am almost compelled to want to move and stretch and exercise which i've considered a good thing since my work keeps me rather sedentary. i've been cheating a bit with things like steamed veggies and mushrooms with rice and chicken broth and it seems to be supporting me on some level. not sure yet if i'm going to keep pushing it toward strict 80/10/10 to see how i feel. my instinct is to go about 80% with doug's suggestions and then the other 20% i will "supplement" with savory soups and sashimi. what do you think of that? what if anything you've found has served you long term?

also, i'm not in costa rica now, back in the states plotting my next adventure. :)

    sean

Let me know if you'll be down there anytime. I go every 3-4 years. What do you do down there for fun? Have you been up to Monteverde Park or Marina Ballena park in Uvita?

I think your plan makes sense, although I'd definitely get the fat levels up to at least 30% of calories. Also, I'd go for the best quality sashimi. Experiment, go with what works, don't get dogmatic, and be open. You'll get there. :) I'm a mod over at the raw paleo forum, I'm cherimoya_kid...if you have questions, that's the place. Come hang out there if you feel like it.l

  4. agharta, please elaborate. did you do 80/10/10 long-term or have direct experience with anyone doing it long-term? I'm very curious as I've only just begun. I've read interviews with athletes that have been on the program for years and seem to be thriving, but as with everything individual experiences vary.

    Sean

I did it for about 8 months very strictly, and pretty close to 80/10/10 for several months before that. I just got worse as time passed. Even if you avoid the watery fruits (they destroy your teeth fast) you will still suffer neurological problems in the long run, simply from the lack of fat.

I have a number of friends who did it for many months, and who were very unhappy with the results. Your body needs fat and animal products, especially your brain.

What I find is that people who do a tremendous amount of traveling and physical exercise can get away with 80/10/10 for much, much longer. It may still be doing serious brain damage, though. Dr. Doug can get away with it because the panic attacks and other brain problems seem to be reduced by traveling a great deal, and he's on the road 11 months a year. He also does a lot of physical exercise, which helps reduce the sugar highs.

Are you still living in Costa Rica, Sean? I've spent several months there, and have found some great sources of good fruit, coconuts, and other good raw foods there. :)

  5. Hello, yes it's been challenging but I feel good and more importantly it feels right for me, at least for now. I'm not at 100% yet, still steaming veggies/mushrooms with some rice here and there. Care to share the modifications have you made?

    Sean

80/10/10 is fine short-term, but your body needs some more fat than that, long-term. Also, you need some animal products too. 80/10/10 seriously damaged my health. I know a lot of others who have had their health compromised by it, as well.

  6. Schopenhauer asserted that offense can only come from someone you think of as higher than you -- he gave an example of a donkey kicking you which you might find unpleasant but not offensive, and suggested that you don't find it offensive because you don't think of the donkey as a creature higher than you.

If we follow his logic, people who don't ever get offended believe they are higher than everybody else.

If you never take offense, according to Schopenhauer it makes you a grandeur maniac.

  7. This has already been discussed to death. You want answers? Go out and do the leg work, meet the people and do the training. The endless fantasising so beloved of internet forums is totally and utterly pointless.

    Absolutely.

A high-level internal master could easily destroy each and every MMA fighter in the ring today. Don't believe me? Then I refer you to mjjbecker's post, above.

  8. and what am I, chopped liver?:lol:

I would be interested to find out HOW the gifted astrologer is going to do it -- will he/she talk shop with me?

Well, no offense, but I think I myself might actually know more 4 pillars astrology than you, and I don't consider myself anywhere NEAR the same level as my good Hindu friend, and he is nowhere NEAR the level of some the better astrologers that he knows.

If you're interested, email or PM me.

  9. Well said...

Personally, I would not believe anything just because it is on you tube. I go and meet the guy. Master Duan can do this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sw-aDENlHWA I stood in one room with a door closed. He was 30 feet away out in the hall and his chi projection made my body move in waves.

From what I can see in that video, I can tell he definitely has excellent martial arts skills, and my standards are very high in that area.

If you say he has those skills, ShaktiMama, I'm prepared to accept the possibility. He moves, if anything, almost better than my sifu, and my sifu very definitely had tremendous martial and chi abilities. :)

  10. I see this a lot, pursuing these is bad, just ego, distraction etc

BUT whats wrong with a little fun and game guys? when did that become a bad thing?

It's no worse than the pursuit of money, sex, political power, etc., roughly speaking. That's my opinion. The reason I don't spend more time on it is twofold--

    1. I fear that I'll spend so much time developing a particular skill that it will affect my relationships with others.

    2. I really wonder if I'll ever really need it. There's more than 1 way to accomplish a particular end.

But I wouldn't tell people NOT to spend time on such things. I say, if life throws it in your lap, and you like it, and it's not going to seriously disrupt your life, have fun with it.

But yeah, there are plenty of people (on this board, and in the world in general) who would take such a thing too far. Just like we have Bill Gates and Warren Buffett, who have more money than they'll ever need, and who would have better served themselves and the world by taking a few more walks/naps or playing a few more video games or hanging out with friends/family more, you will also have similar extremely driven/talented people who train esoteric powers to excess. The same is true for getting high, getting laid, etc. It can be taken to excess, and sometimes is.

If you don't see the wisdom glowing out of that paragraph, I cannot help you, nor would I want to, my friend. :)

I know you're laughing at me. It's OK. I'm laughing back, even harder.

It's like the Tao Te Ching says "Fools laugh. The Tao laughs harder."

Not that you're a fool, just that you simply have not (yet, maybe) the necessary experiences. You wouldn't expect a pygmy in Africa to believe that satellites are flying around in space, or that the speed of time flow is controlled by gravity. He just doesn't have the background knowledge/experience, right?

  11. Weapons capable of killing millions are out already, this machine if built would just be another alternative for us to kill each other :)

ANd maybe we'd create a heaven on earth sooner rather than later if we can make resources more plentiful ;)

I don't know, there were a few times when we camr pretty darn close to total nuclear annihilation. We're still in nuclear danger on a smaller scale because of terrorists and crazy dictators. I fear that weapons that used these energies would take us several decades to get to a point of safety from total annihilation, just like it took us several decades to come to a basic worldwide semi-consensus re: nukes.

I definitely think that, if Moore's Law keeps holding true, we will eventually recognize and accept and use these energies. They are a part of us/Life/nature. I'm pretty sure that at least some of them are quite controllable and harnessable, and do conform well to as-yet-undiscovered mathematical/scientific equations and rules.

I see no point in rushing worldwide awareness of these energies. :) But, if you want to push that boulder up that hill...LOL

  12. But the core of this thing, the resource that this energy is can make a world of a difference!

Power is neutral. Nobel thought that dynamite would be used purely for good. Guess what? Not. The same with nuclear power. If you think nukes are scary, just imagine a large-scale machine that could harness these energies. Yeah, just as scary. What really scares me is the thought that some Muslim extremist might develop such a machine and kill a few million people. Yeah, I think I'll let that day come later versus sooner. If you want to reveal all this to the world, go find someone who has mastered these skills. The ball's in your court, my friend. :)

  13. Yes it is dangerous BUT lets face it, we're in a very dangerous world already. Like you said it takes a looong looong time to develop these abilities, its easier to just buy a plane ticket. So I doubt these extremists will be learning these things as oppose to getting weapons like guns, mines, rockets etc.

And who knows, maybe if they practised these things it would stop them from being like that.

Now if we use the knowledge gained to make more new weapons it might be different, but we've already got chemical warfare and nukes, we can kill the planet, I don't know how much more dangerous these new weapons could be but what I m saying is that danger levels are already very very high.

And learning about this could really help with blackmagic and stuff, because then everyone is aware of the dangers and who knows we might come up with a great way to block these attacks. But knowledge is power, and by leaving the world without this knowledge you leave it powerless against the evils ones who do.

I do not think you have thought this through. I don't actually know how long it takes to develop these abilities. I don't have them. For that matter, I really don't believe that practicing this stuff makes you a better person, or at least not automatically. A real fanatic will do what it takes to cause harm, even if he has to work years and years at it. The 9/11 hijackers spent years learning to fly planes and study martial arts.

Spreading this stuff around will have no net effect on the problems that come with black magic. As soon as a particular ability is released publicly, everybody has access to it, and it's a wash.

I repeat--there are reasons these things are secret. Some of them have to do with the world not getting any better if they are released, or maybe worse, and others have to do with the practitioners not wanting to get harrassed. Nobody wants eager prospective students, government agents, and skeptics calling and bothering them.

Let's say you worked for a bank. Would you spread information around the internet about the holes in the bank's IT security systems? You could justify it by saying that the bank will eventually close those holes, if they are publicly known. Meanwhile, thousands of people could/would have their bank accounts emptied by hackers.

Every release of secret information has its costs and benefits. Sudden releases have more extreme effects, wouldn't you say? Who wants extreme effects? Not me, I don't think. :)

  14. :lol::lol::lol:

I'm not ignoring anything, I am here, I am looking.

If anyone is ignorant, despite their supposed wisdom, it is these masters, they cannot see the latent potential there is if we could learn about this energy in detail.

    Clean energy

I d guess large amounts if not infinite energy

If it really transfers instantly, could result in faster internet

    Healing machine maybe

Things we may not even imagine right now

I dont care how big a masters they are, I m sure they can see our planet is gonna run out of resources as the population grows as well as get dirtier. So either they are ignorant or selfish, probably a share of both exist.

No one is gonna be laughing if our planet is a pile of garbage to live in in the future....

I think many/most of them are like my teacher. He was very serious about not letting this kind of teaching get into the wrong hands. If Muslim extremists and black magicians get more of these kinds of abilities, I don't think all of the results will be a better, safer planet, do you? It's the same reason that it's a good idea to keep nukes and other weapons out of the hands of Muslim extremists.

I think the original reason to keep these things secret is because some people are...very evil. There are a lot of very dark black-magic-using tongs and triads in China. As well, these days, we also have sociopaths, people with very deep-seated racial or religious hatred, very angry people with violent tendencies and little self-control, etc. Not only that, with the internet, this kind of teaching can be spread very easily, and it gets very hard to control who has access to what. It may be better to keep these things secret, for the moment. :)

  15. paul, how long have you been vegan? how old are you? and what climate do you live in?

hi i've been vegan for almost 19 years, i'm 42 and have lived in sub-tropical climate and mountain areas ( for about 9 years ,which get pretty cold though not snow-I always felt warm and invigorated-in fact I rarely had heating in winter and often went for walks in the freezing nights while everyone else I knew were sucking up to the fire(all meat eaters too :P ) On another post dealing with these issues some months ago I put up some info on raw diet and cold climates. It seems counter-intuitive but it shoudn't be a problem at all to be raw-food and living in snow, let alone cooked vegan. It's like cold bathing in ice water in freezing climates I suppose-actually boosts the micro-circulation and makes the heart and lots else way more efficient ( that and keeping active and breathing properly).

There are many 'mysteries' once one goes beyond western models of science and I don't pretend to know any of them but feel certain differences in my mind/body that others probably don't ( both 'good' and 'bad'). I am trying to follow the research that is just coming in about how longer term vegans and vegos assimilate, process, store, and generally make use of nutrients etc quite differently from the 'normal' diet eaters. Then we get on to bigu and such and we have to admit that we don't really know the half of a persons potential in terms of what is possible in terms of diet/nutrient assimilation. my number one rule for vegan is that the person must be completely grounded, then I think the symbiotics of that 'lifestyle' really come into play. Hope this helps...

I am quite certain that there are a few people capable of living very healthily on a vegan diet, long-term, because they have had the right combination of training, environment, and genetic gifts. The vast majority of people, though, who think they are doing just fine on a vegan diet are not, though. They are setting themselves up for some serious neurological problems, long-term. You run the risk of doing harm by talking about veganism as though just anyone, living anywhere, with any constitution, can do it easily and healthily. Enough people delude themselves without your help. Either change your tune to more accurately reflect how difficult it is to have good neurological health on a vegan diet, long-term, or please stop talking. I'm begging you.

  16. Interesting video, the candle is standard, the brick was cooler. And its not on a table which is a plus since last guy who did it on a table was a trickster

And we can still see its effects, like we see the effects of microwaves on a furby but not the waves themselves

Though there is claim yang chi is blue, but then the story changed and yang chi is red. So to some people chi will be visible on video.

Thats why it would be good o scientifically test these things extensively, so if they exist on such a level we can have a real idea of it, set real standards and properties to it instead of having so many different interpretations

    Your ignorance is entertaining.

As they say--"Fools laugh. It laughs harder."

Perhaps someday someone might bother to reveal these kinds of abilities in a very public, scientifically-tested way. But I don't give a damn. I know what I've experienced, and I know the best martial artists in China, and in the world, are the ones that have mastered these energies. The skepticism of the uninitiated is entertaining.

There are more things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy. LOL

Shit, there are more things in just China. Heck, probably more things in a 50 mile radius from your house. LOL

  17. Thats a shame, not passing on the knowledge before you pass. I find it sad when knowledge that has taken so much time to gather is lost so quickly, though if we are include astral training in our model then I guess masters like him dont have to care so much about not telling anyone whilst here.

You can fly lower and more slowly to enjoy the sights  And if you can fly, then the possibilities are open, a good chi bubble can keep you safe

But things like this are still in the fantasy side to me, for now anyway.

I have no idea if he could teach anyone on the astral plane, let alone if he would. With that guy, very little would surprise me, either way.

Chi bubble? Wouldn't it be easier to just buy a plane ticket, than learn all these crazy esoteric skills? You are missing the very real possibility that

    1. These skills could take decades to master

    2. You might have to study with someone for many years, even to get them to teach you this stuff.

I know you're playing with me. But, it's like they say, "Fools laugh. It laughs harder."

  18. Interesting, I can't go on such a quest right now, but someday maybe. Can't have it bug me forever not knowing for sure that maybe out there somewhere a true master exists

What martial art does this master teach?

And I dont care if i need it or not, but flight of some sort or teleportation, thats a power i d welcome any day  god knows how I hate sitting in a plane for hoours <_<

W e i J i a T z u J a n M e n. I'm spacing that out so as not to get attention from the wrong folks. It's a nearly-extinct system, itself, because he was the last of 37 inheritors of the full system, and he did not pass the full system on to anyone, and he died. Unless he's going to be teaching via the astral plane, that system may, in its full form, have ended. However, he said that there are a number of others that teach pretty much the same stuff. Most of those people are going to be in China, though. You might could find a few in New York Chinatown, or San Francisco or Seattle Chinatowns.

Levitation is definitely possible, according to him. He wouldn't teach it, but I'm pretty sure he knew how.

I'm not sure levitation would, in and of itself, be a good replacement for plane flight. You would need some really advanced skills to be able to survive going 500 miles per hour in open air. You wouldn't be able to breathe, and your skin would probably suffer severe wind burn. Of course, you might have been joking, in which case,

  19.

But just cause he was fake doesnt mean they all are right? I sure hope so, but until I get some first hand confirmation I'm kinda on the non believer side of things.

Such things are possible, but I'd say 80% of the people who claim those abilities publicly are fakes. That's a totally made-up statistic, but I bet it's not too far off. I actually know at least one person with abilities far beyond this stuff, but he didn't talk about it much. He demonstrated it from time to time on me and some others of his martial arts students. I don't think he ever taught it to anyone, though.

There are definitely some guys in China and probably India/Tibet with these abilities and more. It might take some searching...but if you have the knack for finding such people, like me, it's probably not impossible.

I waver back and forth between "Wow, I'd love to know how that's done!" and "When the heck will I ever even need to know that stuff?" LOL.

  20. so rather than belieuve sciene, you believe the vegan diet is impossible based on some magial mystial ingredient that would be missing in their diets?

There are only bad vegan diets, not all vegan diets are bad. Its people who do the bad ones that make us look bad. Besides that your testosterone doesn't go down as long as you don't eat too much soy and it's way possible to be a soy free gluten free vegan.

That whole thing about people thinking that "it's not a REAL MAN'S diet" they have security issues or they just believe the hype. http://ezinearticles.com/?Vegan-Men-Are-Se...&id=2892909

Being vegan made me pretty sick. I'm not saying it absolutely can't be done healthily, but that's like saying that I'm not sure that I can't walk into an active volcano safely. Maybe I COULD walk into the volcano and survive, by spending 50 years developing certain esoteric powers, but so what? You're much safer including some high-quality raw or lightly-cooked animal products. Again, let me direct you to the Raw Paleo Forum, where I moderate. Please don't post in support of veganism there, I ban posters who post in support of veganism within a few posts. Feel free to read, though, and post if you can avoid supporting veganism in your posts.

  21. Veganism is fine for a few months, maybe even a couple of years. However, your brain needs certain tings like Vitamin B-12 and certain fatty acids that are not found much in plant foods. It's much safer to eat at least some high-quality animal products like fish eggs, fresh fatty ocean fish, grass-fed beef/venison/lamb, and other animal foods, preferably raw. You'll generally do better eating raw or only lightly cooked. I am a moderator at the Raw Paleo Forum, my name is cherimoya_kid. You can learn a lot over there. Feel free to read there.

  22. I'm still about 95-98% raw. My health is excellent, my joints are in better shape now than 10 years ago in my early 20s, I have more energy than ever, and my stamina and strength and flexibility are excellent. I eat a lot of raw animal foods, particularly seafoods, plus some fruits, and raw meat/organs. I eat bone meal and healing clays for extra minerals, and I take a vitamin D supplement when I am not getting enough sun exposure.

It's not a religion. I do it because I'm addicted to having this much energy, stamina, and health. :)
