  1. Neuro-Cranial Restructuring

I am a trained nurse assistant. It's easy to know when to stop--you stop when you're using all your strength, ad the bones won't move any farther! No, you stop when the bones move. In the beginning, they usually move pretty easily, or at least they did with me. I was unemployed, hundreds of miles from the nearest practitioner, and had already had major movements in my skull bones naturally. Since I had been trained as a nurse assistant, I knew how to operate a blood pressure bulb. The rest is, as they say, history. Yes I am quite insane. However, I was able to make it work. I don't necessarily recommend everybody to do this without some serious forethought and practice.
  2. Neuro-Cranial Restructuring

The shape of my skull has changed visibly, several times, since my skull bones started moving. I have a friend who is experiencing the same thing through daily practice of the Grand Prostration. I don't think craniosacral therapy will change the shape of an adult's skull, but other methods can.

  4. Neuro-Cranial Restructuring

I did the balloons on myself, but I had years of experience with a neti pot, and a lot of practice with blood pressure bulbs. I got excellent results, but it's like anything, the intention you approach it with has a large effect on the results.
  5. an opinion of the Kunlun method

I practice another circular skin mantra, in addition to that one.
  6. Man Love

    "mount".
  7. Witch's "Orgasmic Diet"

That's my point. No, seriously, crack is more dangerous than veganism, but veganism will kill your ass.
  8. Witch's "Orgasmic Diet"

You'd be better off smoking crack occasionally that being a long-term vegan. fucking listen to the voice of fucking experience. Please. If not for your own sake, for the sake of the people who care about you. Please.
  9. Witch's "Orgasmic Diet"

MMkay, here's how it works. Check out Dr. Price's book, he gives the low-down on what different primitive tribes ate/eat, and their relative health. What he found was this--the healthiest groups ate lots of shellfish, fish eggs, organ meats, and in some cases, raw dairy. Not only that, most of the groups said that these foods specifically were healthy, and were absolutely required for normal skeletal and tooth development. This is fact. I went 100% raw about 7 years ago, and have been about 80-90% raw, or more, ever since. I was mostly vegan for several years, and, while being mostly-to-all-raw definitely has helped many health issues I had, my teeth and my brain suffered tremendously. I had terrible panic attacks, social anxiety, I lost the motivation to participate in pretty much anything, and it just wasn't going well. My experience is pretty much exactly the same and hundreds of other peoples'. I am on Yahoo groups where most of the people on the group had exactly the same path I did. First raw/vegan, health starts to fail, then start eating animal products again, and slowly recover. Here's a list of foods that I eat very regularly, and which have reversed my symptoms-- 1. Clay. see the clay thread here. Read my posts on it. 2. coconut/coconut oil. An amazing healing food. It has helped my teeth more than anything else has. 3. fish eggs. Really great for the teeth. 4. raw liver/bone marrow/brain/heart from VERY healthy animals. These days, I'm mainly doing bone marrow. It has lots of stem cells and ormus in it. 5 Shrimp with the brains. Very healing. 6. Other shellfish/fish/etc. 7. very high-quality raw dairy. Dairy varies tremendously depending on the source, so it's very important to get it from animals who are eating a very, very good diet. Grass-fed isn't enough, it needs to be grass growing on very rich soil. 8. Good-quality, high-Brix greens. The animal products reduced the panic problems, but the clay stopped them cold. The teeth problems come back when I eat too much fruits/carbs, and not enough of the foods listed above. All of these foods can occasionally produce allergic-type reactions in a few individuals, so it's important to do what works for you, not what some diet guru tells you. I'm just throwing all this out there.
  10. Witch's "Orgasmic Diet"

I would like to add at this point that veganism destroyed my brain and my teeth.
  11. Clay Supplements

then there's this. by Jared Diamond. The man's a genius.
  12. 26 Vows of Lin Ai Wei

I've got a rock. It's in my pants.
  13. name this posture?

Can you name it? I forget the name.
  14. 26 Vows of Lin Ai Wei

I had assumed you were a Taoist. hmm.
  15. Lama Dorje's Astrology

Taomeow, let's hear your thoughts. Then I'll give mine.
  16. name this posture?

I was never taught the name, actually, now that I remember. We had been having ongoing discussion for a week or two among the students about which stance would be the ideal protective stance. I came up with feet together, knees bent, hands in prayer position in front of the heart. Then my sifu showed someone this stance. I don't think he named it.
  17. Man Love

I used to crave anal sex with women majorly. Then, I had a girlfriend who let me bang her butt every day. I am so grateful. I actually got over my craving!
  18. name this posture?

Exactly....except that picture also exists in all three dimensions, both above and below the floor. In other words, you can generate spontaneous hand and foot techniques and combos pretty much limitlessly simply through visualizing your picture in 3 dimensions instead of 2. You can use most any mandala-type thing for this. This is part of what my sifu's system involves. shh. don't tell nobody. I'll get in trouble. For reals.
  19. name this posture?

The system it comes from is actually 80% spontaneous. You learn hand and foot techniques from 29 different systems from 6 different parts of Asia, including Tibet, India, Mongolia, Indonesia, and China, and combine them freely with each other. It was actually started by Zhao Kuangyin (Tai Tzu), the founder of the Song dynasty, and head of the former emperor's bodyguard. Supposedly Zhao actually came up with the original 8-move taiji form, Peng, Ni, Ji, An, Chai, Liei, Cho, Kao. I know those names are a little different, but supposedly that version is the original.
  20. Mmmkay, first, the four pillars are a newer form of Chinese astrology. To get your own personal chart, go to this page. That system is actually a newer system, in a sense. The older version of Chinese astrology, which is based directly on planets, stars, etc. , is not used anymore, that I know of. Then, there's Purple King astrology, which I haven't delved into. Taomeow, I'm going to have to say that my Chinese chart is not as accurate as my Vedic. Both together, however, are more accurate that either alone. MUCH. If you'd like to do my chart, I'm open.
  21. Reptilians?!

It's funny that you call yourself "Taoist81". The taoists are, historically, some of the most mystical and magic/superpower-fascinated of any group anywhere, anytime. If you had gone to China 150 years ago, you'd have been thought crazy among the Taoists for thinking that ghosts, levitation, reptilians, etc. aren't all too real. I'm not taking exact stands on these issues, but I think it's good to keep an open mind. I have a very science-minded, hard-nosed, skeptical white guy sifu who has an IQ of probably 180, and is literally the only person I've ever met who I think knows more than I do, generally-speaking, in the different areas of science. He's quite sure all these things exist. There's no question in his mind. He can also throw people across the room without touching them. He's done it to me, without me knowing it would happen, or knowing he could do it, or was trying to do it, so no power-of-suggestion shit happening there, my friend. It looks to me like you have no experience or study in these areas, Taoist81. Maybe you should call yourself "Noob07". It'd be more honest.
  22. I've had my Jyotish (Hindu) chart done by several very gifted astrologers. I've also done my Chinese Four Pillars myself. My conclusion, based on looking at the combination of the two charts, my life, and the world in general-- 1. For an individual life, the combination of the two systems is almost deadly accurate. It's quite scary, and I'm not that easy to scare, usually. 2. It falls apart to the degree that whatever good or bad thing that is happening to the individual is also happening to an entire group of people simultaneously. When 250,000 Chinese died in an earthquake, or a couple hundred thousand Indonesians in the 2004 tsunami, I don't think you could have found it in their charts. 3. Face-reading and palmistry, combined with both systems of astrology, are usually pretty good at telling you who you're dealing with. 4. Still, like I said, it's only accurate to the degree that it's not group karma. Plenty of things can help beat bad astrological situations. Good diet, qi gong, etc. Just my opinions.
  23. name this posture?

Loaded? That's a new one on me, bro. Tell me a little about what it means in terms of hips.
  24. name this posture?

I don't see major issues with the pre-crossed arms. If someone attacks from the side or back, you can use your elbows. from the front, you twist, give way, and then circularly flow into a penetration punch, or direct poke to the carotid sinus, or a knee lift at an angle, into the groin/abdomen general area, or a couple of those simultaneously. the system it comes from uses the lower body probably as much or more at the higher levels, and stepping patterns, whole-body turns, side-steps, and odd foot techniques and kicks are probably 80% of the physical technique, depending, although much depends on the situation and your mood, I suppose.
  25. name this posture?

It's a static posture, designed to be generally hard to attack from most angles.
