Hello All:
I was brought on this path by a slew of health issues that have plagued me over the years. The last couple years I've been getting into energy work in various modalities and in that process I learned that qi is in fact-- at the very least-- a real experience. I just started doing Zhan Zhuang last week, but in that short time, it seems the effect of my work is getting kicked up a notch. I have many questions around this practice and those similar and love to hear the experiences of others. This all seems like a puzzle so far, so I'm hoping this forum can aide in finding me a clearer path.
