  1. Semen retention debunked

You know when I was Christian I thought it was a sin to touch myself. I was celibate from basically age 13 to like 24. Moral of the story was I was very depressed and when I got married people said I looked better. If I knew zero about anything and had to go by life experience alone I would say semen retention doesn’t work. Besides you just get wet dreams because the body is trying to get that stuff out I presume for a fresh stock. what I wonder mixing life experience with religious concepts is what if it is metaphorical. What if like in the gospel of Mary of Magdala the adultery is that from self. If your are not cheating on yourself you are able to pull in more of your true self from spirit and have less blockages which is really other people’s burdens and belief systems which clog up your system because they are not in attunement with you. For this reason I can care less about any form of semen retention. And as I type that both of my walls make a noise at me… whatever that is about I have no idea. Muhammad Ali did semen retention to make himself aggressive. This way he would fight better. As I say that a third pop. Lol maybe some of you all should do it. Idk
  2. What's a mystic and how to become one?

I consider myself a mystic among other things. I wouldn’t say that means I have some supernatural ability and I am also not saying that means I have arrived at some point or have a grip of experiences. I think the first step is not to separate yourself from what you want to be. Just call yourself that even if it means you are a beginner. From there do what you think a mystic would do. If you think they’d fast, then fast. If you think they’d practice love then do that. For my life I try to follow my excitement knowing that my excitement is more in line with my true and higher self trying to bring the true and higher self in parallel with the physical self. The guidance is from yourself and as you try to do certain things you will learn what does and doesn’t work and what works faster or slower than you thought it would (and it may be specific for you). I think the intent and pursuit by action is important. A car can’t turn down the path it wants if it isn’t moving.
  3. Wanting to learn Qigong

One version that focuses on medical qigong is spring forest qigong. But I think is also intended for spiritual development as well.
  4. Semen retention debunked

have you heard of the tragedy of darth plagueis the wise? Jk
  5. I want to become powerful

In the metaphysics realm you’d say you’d need to stop viewing yourself as not powerful. If you are one with everything then as you change yourself everything else changes. Think of this at very least in perspective alone. If you see things differently it is as if everything changes, at very least for you. So that perspective shift starts by not putting yourself down.
  6. New

Hello, I’m new here. Been doing qigong for about 2 years around 20min on average daily. Doing it for health and spiritual development. Basically working off of a few qigong classes and some books.
