    Greetings everyone, I have been practicing neigong for several years and have encountered a bottleneck that I believe I need to train my qigong for. In my pursuit of knowledge I found this site and enjoyed reading everyone's thoughts and opinions on the Dao. I hope this becomes a strong community for me to learn from hopefully others might glean something small from my own path.
