Hello everyone, I'm happy to have found this website. I'm new to qi gong and am very interested in the spiritual aspect of it. My other interests are meditation, lucid dreaming and astral projection amongst others. Hope to learn a lot other people on this forum!

I'm currently doing Fragrant qigong John Dolic recommended it to me so I'm curious to see how it works for me. Been doing it for one week and I mostly notice mental/emotional benefits (calmer + more grounded). Really happy to see such improvements so quickly!
