  1. Qi blockages as knots

Hi Bums! I'm curious if anyone else has experienced feeling Qi blockages as "knots", so to speak. In my practice it seems like once I figure out how to "untie" the knots, the blockages feel like they're removed. For me, the knots are around the elbows and knees. The mantras "Namo Guan Shi Yin Pusa" and "Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha" have been helpful as well. Good day!
  2. Energy on Items?

Thank you guys for responding so quickly! It's a lot to take in but, I decided to do a rune reading today. I got Tiwaz, Fehu and Jera respectively. All of them right side up, so I'm hopeful for good things. My head hurts a little after doing it (sort of like it's expanding), right near the temples. Unsure what to make of it thus far but here's to good things! Felecula
  3. Energy on Items?

Hi there Steve! Meditation for me is mostly sitting in silence, focusing on breathing for 30 or so minutes. Sometimes i lay down because my back hurts, other times I sit with my legs crossed. I've been dipping my toes into Spring Forest and Flying Phoenix! I like Spring Forest a lot. I've only been practicing for a little while- a month or two at most, before that it was just basic movements from Mimi Kuo Deemer like 8 Brocades and 5 Elements. I dunno how to feel about it to be honest! It's neat, I guess, I sort of thought it was like energy imprints. It happens with my runes a lot- when I want to pick one and I have them all down turned, up to three will have energy around them so I pick those ones. I have a roommate now so I don't do readings as often anymore but that's something I distinctly remember. I hope I'm making sense!
  4. Energy on Items?

Hi Bums! Ever since I started meditating and doing Qi Gong, I've been feeling energy on Items. It doesn't matter what kind they are (I could be drinking from a cup I always use and it has a warm feeling to it, versus a table that has a softer warmness to it. ) What exactly is it that's happening? I'm a little confused! Thank you! - Felecula
  5. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Zen-bear! Thank you! Today I practiced more Flying Phoenix Qi Gong and felt extreme warmth in my arms and legs, later on almost overheating in my core. No chimes this time (something like distant chanting happened after), it seems like I'm feeling auras? I can feel my own at least, and parts that hurt (my joints) feel cold. I can't tell if those are energy blockages or just stored up trauma. There was a buzzing feeling in my hands during the practice. Maybe some blockages, I dunno! (It also made me very hungry.) Thank you for explaining clairaudience!! Felecula
  6. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Thank you for responding so quickly! 😚I didn't know how else to describe it except for carbonation. I tried it again this afternoon and rather than the bubbling feeling, I heard what sounded like chimes in the distance. They were very pretty sounding, but I'm unsure of where they came from. I'll keep practicing and give updates, ask for advice, and so on! Thank you for the pointers and for the thread! ðŸą
  7. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Hi! Today I was doing FP and my legs were feeling carbonated. It was like energy was bubbling in them, if that makes sense. I'm hoping it's a good sign! This was the practice I was doing: https://youtu.be/JlVGrCW0QqI
  8. Legs Feeling Carbonated

Today while doing Flying Phoenix QG my legs felt like they were carbonated, if that makes sense? Like there were bubbles in them up to the knee, which I've never felt before. Once my roommate came out and I lost my focus it stopped, but I'm hoping that was progress. This was the practice I was doing: https://youtu.be/JlVGrCW0QqI
  9. New Here!

Thank you! I am happy to be here! 😚
  10. New Here!

Hello, hello, hello! ðŸą It's nice to be here! I lurked for a while before deciding to join. I became interested in Qi Gong and Nei Dan through my Papa, who tried to get me into Tai Chi when I was younger. I wasn't interested then, unfortunately, but I am now! I'm 21, I really like cats, and I hope to have fun here! Thank you!
