OH,MY. Don't knot how to blush on line! Read a book this past year, think it was "American Shaolin" ? Not the best writing in the world but, Man, I NEVER laughed so hard as when it was describing the "Iron Crotch" Qi kung . My eyes tear thinking about it! Hit me so funny! I am just so immature!!! LOL Sorry i can't offer any insights for you all. for a woman or a man, I wholeheartedly believe (not many things this child believes!) there are some body parts not intended to lift 100 pounds or to pull trucks !!! This tired old child Has had training of sorts at times in this strange life both when young and then re repeated periodically later in life that it was not part of the language used to say I/you/etc. or make distinctions between plays with ones head/ego/your word here ( *I* Like playing with distinctions and "separations" because of it ) It's always fun to see others that leave out or don't bother to use those words. Sweet! also have had training not using adjectives Love to use sparkling adjectives! or dirty dingy scuffed up ones ? and also to not use punctuation!!!! ... I am a happily confused Rebel!!??!! See you! Shon was courious also, though, if it was a part of "training" ? always wonder about folks stories. Stay well all!

Hey! Love Krishnamurti ! Have been reading and reading some of his stuff lately. He's got this book on fear That SUCK's , It's So Bad. It is just so relevant , can hardly stand it at times! It seems to repeat every thing ten thousand times and then i find him contradicting himself but he's arguing the same points and it works!?! How do u do that??? Very Cool. Hi! Looks like a nice spot you folks have here! lot's of knowledge floating around : ) hoping to share some & share in some, interested in it all! looking to learn! Always! love tai chi (bagua, kung fu, What-have-u), like to smile and play in martial arts and crafts, qi kong, meditation, journeying, energy stuff of all sorts, acupuncture, herbs, yoga, Ayurvedic medicine ( which gets confused with my tcm "knowledge" ) like to have my mind blown (in healthy ways!), taoist philosophy, zen, Buddhism,hinduism, most of those ism's, Love to see the places folks find their own spirituality, wherever they find the love that makes them shine! Ooo, I like folks with shining eyes, too! Sticks and stones feathers and bones earth and clouds and sea! Shamanicish sorts of paths (taoist or other wise!) are the Way i seem to follow these days but every Way is a Way... or is it The Way??? Any Way : ) This place looks like fun?
