cool, Taomeow, thanks. Had heard of that. With others, too. sometimes the "stones" that come out are black(some folks say they are implants. Who am i to say?), sometimes foggy-clear, or clear. Real? Don't know ... it is interesting. If you've played with some energy stuff, if you've played with some elemental stuff, there isn't that much strange about it, U've seen how things can heat up inside, right? hmm? Even when playing with things that aren't nessacerily "hot" per se, can still see how things crystalize at times? can it happen? don't know. Have seen rocks inside fish and birds but they swallowed them. Kind of. The stones you mentioned are Herkimer Diamonds. My favorite! They come from Herkimer county New York but can be found all over the world! I've one sitting in front of me from Arizona(Prescote, Az?). They come from Tibet. New York (not just herkimer), Ct., China, and the ones from Pakistan look/feel exactly like the N.Y. ones!?! Have heard of them from Switzerland and Ireland, but haven't seen them.Herk's, being quartz, could be swallowed better than real diamonds, not As apt to cut one to shreds inside the same way. (but DON'Ttry it!!!) I found a name for stones made from "loved" ones There are other names, this was just the first site i found. Enjoy! It's made by lightning hitting sand and malting it together. It's the silica that fuses together. We are also made up of high silica. (quartz) but the elements involved are different. Instead of fire from the skys the fire is helped along by man. If you were to take volcanic ash melt it down you get obsidian. if you take the ashes of us and melt them down you get the same sort of stuff. Closer to obsidian than fulgurites. That is interesting, Witch. Have had folks mention that happening from doing self massage. One person only in the morning shower, it didn't take much for it to have the effect on her. Have heard of people becoming wet nurses when they didn't have children of their own. They would use herbs and massage to promote the flow? Hadn't heard of that from omegas or fish oils though, till now? Was thinking/expecting it to be used more topical, like almond oil:) wouln't want to do that with fishy stuff!!! Don't shut them down or get distracted by something else, like is so easy to have happen. If one does this slowly over time you'll notice that those feelings, that state, lasts just a little longer each time. It's one of those practice things. Of course, it's one of them "We want it all, and we want it now!" kinda things but when we are fully aware over a prolonged time and the learning is gradual, The learning is real. and becomes experienced knowledge. ... Open heart surgery is faster though!

If yesterday was a rainbowish day, Today is a foxy day! I went to see the sun come upbut it had other plans? So decided to try and find some breakfast. No breakfast was found but had a pretty little fox dance beside my truck for a moment! Skinniest little fox I'd ever seen! red and long legs! Must have been a young one? Good luck with the booze thing , Pat. Proud of ya for steppin' out of the bottle. Might be interesting to watch your emotions, If it's been a steady state? Can be like relearning it all again in some ways. Like a foot waking up, can be almost a bit painful. But worth it in the long run, i think. Nice to feel the grass between your toes! Not so bad. hi. just because ones slept doesn't mean they can't still be tired! Some hear voices when they are sleeping, some when they are waking, or falling into sleep and "between the worlds", others when they are awake. not many will admit to it. some don't realize it. others don't care. could be a persons higher self? some say guides or angles. others say voices of temptation or inspiration. psyche students are intrigued, inventors informed, at times the tired or confused might be mislead? You know yourself well. remember that. Listen to your "heart". Lol, I was given advice once from my dad and I guess it could be used with voices also? LOL. I was young, had a hard decision to make concerning loved ones hearts. No matter what there would be sadness. He told me to "listen to everyone. See what they all have to say. Then do what is right for you." A person usually knows that already, u know? If voices are telling you things you know to be wrong don't listen. If they are becoming trouble seek help. If it's not trouble? Enjoy it! How nice to have a voice be a loved one. In lots of traditions voices are rather normal. Sometimes even sought out in certain ways. Becoming more sensitive to the world around you can make them clearer. Meditation or journeying or playing with energy or awareness can help folks to be more sensitive. Hope U find comfort and calmness in these words. Seems most folks I know hear voices in some form or another! ... They also cary rocks in their pockets though! Doesn't sound like a cause for worry? Hahaha! Holy cow!!! Incredible! Loved the beginning! Missed after they started to bring in the individual countrys... had to go practice! What I saw was mind blowing! Just the coordination alone! Wasn't really even so interested in seeing it, put it on for the kids(nieces) to make them watch. Something about it being drummed into my head that "it's history in the making" Figured they had to suffer through it just as I did as a child! I AM A FOOL! YES. Love it!
