    You train to develope that in one of the Five hands of poison, a Shaolin system. A similar Daoist system with heavy shamanic roots is called Thunder palms. I have experience of the first, the second is information I found online.

    Hi! I have practiced CIA since 1994. During this time, I have learned what is important, and clean sox is definetly in that list, second to clean drawers but that username would look weird. English is not my first language, but I 'll get around. I' m fairly interested in what medical science have to say about (insert term here) gong.
