Greetings everyone. I'm new in this forum as of today and looking to collaborate quite a bit on the subjects of Qi Gong / Tai Chi / Yi Jin Jing / BaduaJin.
I'm currently seeking reviews and / or opinions of courses on Yi Jin Jing training courses. I've heard of one by Robert Peng that is taught online for 14 weeks. Does anyone have any experience with his Yi Jin Jing course? If so, was it valuable for the price and well taught? What are some of the benefits you've experienced during the course and do you recommend it?
