when younger some of us tended to think (or kind of unconsciously sallied forth ) that we're immortal and took risks we shouldn't have, but as we age we come to realize that this physical body of ours is not going to be around after an "x" amount of time of wear and tear, thus hopefully by then we are more careful. Alas, look at all the terrible accidents that happen in our so called modern world! Most of them are not "acts of god" but are because of carelessness or foolishness by human beings who should know better! The rate of "accidents" seems to be really increasing in the past couple years, especially this year along with all the natural disaster's, many of which we brought on ourselves after decades (or in some cases hundreds of years) of harming or destroying various ecosystems that we were warned not to do! I have a pretty long list of my not so bright actions in earlier years. Somehow I survived my surfing days and didn't drown or get bitten by various sea creatures. Speaking of surfing it originally had a lot personal communing with nature aspect to it but now when looking out at a lineup of surfers one can often see an over-crowded rat race of egotistic and even violent competition! Its similar with a lot down hill skiing that is going on. Btw, why do some risk death in unnecessary or radical ways to seemingly prove they are alive, because its there?

Medical, dental and drug costs are often much harder to deal with in the US, for instance a couple years ago a root canal expert made $1,000.00 per hr. ! (which I had to pay out of pocket since at that time I had no dental insurance) As for hospital care and surgery those can bankrupt people in one major event if they don't have decent insurance! And I can't hardly imagine paying sky high rent like millions of people do, especially at an older age! Anyway I'll post these cost issues in the current events forum from now on where they probably should be.

Well its not exactly strange but many costs are out of control! For instance I stopped by a local car dealership to pick up automotive paint and while there I asked what their shop rates were per hour, they said $169.00 for gasoline rigs and $196.00 for diesel!! I asked the parts guy who in the hell can afford that and he just grinned. The viscous circle and status quo of greed is so prevalent and accepted that many use it without blinking an eye! Anyway some of the systems that mankind uses can only last for so long and then something has to give or break along with the people involved...

Nungali, I know little to nothing about that Alice Springs station. (its of course secretive) Could also have some black ops that only a few are ever informed about besides saying its an intelligence gathering base? US citizens are not informed by the "powers that be" about what only a few know of that is going on in our own country behind closed doors and which we are largely paying for as taxpayers! I'm not into conspiracy theories but things are going on that are not shared with the general public as to what in the hell is going on along the lines of government secrets or cover ups.

The US has a very large collection of walking, talking demonically or adharmically acting or driven people along with a cult leader that is in the process of destroying the US; next is the rest of world (wherever you may be?) which will probably take a little longer. (Side note: the US dems are very far from perfect and have screwed up often over the decades but they are not hell bent on establishing an evil dictatorship!) Btw. anyone notice that it matters little or not at all as to how many facts are pointed out about various evil actions since most the people involved with same have basically and repeatedly proven over long periods of time that they have very little to zero humane conscience left and could care less or will even celebrate if the "x" amount of people who don't kiss their ass perish as long they have a cozy job, home or bomb shelter to share with their twistedly gleeful and orange crustation of malice and greed. Good luck on finding common ground with such entities!
