    Hello all! Im new here and I just wanted to say hello! I am in my late forties and practice kundalini yoga and meditation for many years. Been married for close to 10 years. My wife has a chronic terminal illness called pulmonary arterial hypertension or pah. At this point in my life, I'm her rock but she is mine also.I love to read so I can't wait to read others posts here. I can't wait to learn from everyone and share some of my wisdom also. Thanks all!!!
