  1. Have to second that. A superb routine, and costs nothing to learn and practice. The often-discussed lower back pain, I had it all my adult life till falun gong, and never again. (Knock on wood.) The founder did say some strange things, and way back when, when I was exposed to it, to me the mention of aliens among us was the last straw... but now there's hardly a master out there who doesn't mention them.

Nothing wrong with the main message -- truthfulness, forbearance, kindness -- either. The falun itself, too, is as old as the stars, older in fact... and feeling it in your body is quite a trip.

The downside being that it's one of those schools that are deemed incompatible with other methods of cultivation. Perhaps because qi pathways it opens are rather unique. I had to cut my hair very short at one point when practicing this because qi started flowing upward along the back and getting entangled in the hair! However, once I did cut it, I knew why and wherefore so many monks and nuns of so many traditions do that.

    Hey Taomeow,

from one cat to another,do most master's really go on about alien's amongst us ?.

  2. Reality is what you make it.

If protection is what you seek, then you have options.

It seems that you are succumbing to a Karmic reckoning of sorts...

if this is the case, then I must show my respect for your confrontation of fear

and bidd you good fortune on universal levels.

    Be safe.

Funny thing about fear , you will find that it will either break you or you will deal with it.

I wont deny that I have'nt come close to breaking because I have , but I will be damned if I am going to let something I have'nt done get the better of me and I certaintly wont run from it either.

If these people that work for this criminal organisation want me they can come and get me and we will see how many of them I can kill before they kill me.

To give you an idea how bad a spot I am in,they have the police on the pay roll.

  3. you literally have a price on your head? what did you do?

inadvertently upset someone , but that little misunderstanding has been cleared up , yet they still want me dead.

So now I am thinking that this situation is karmic , maybe something from a past life.

  4. you can do Vajrasattva practice http://www.fpmt-osel.org/meditate/vjrstva.htm

what did you do? as long as you didn't kill anybody, you'll be okay. even if you did... the effects of actions are always temporary. there is always opportunity for overcoming limitations and breathing in wisdom. I make mistakes often..but everytime that happens there is more and more motivation to practice and evolve. don't be hard on yourself :)

karma mean's as you sow , so shall you reap ,as I'm sure you already know.

For the last five and a half year's I have had a price on my head,I think this will be my last year.

    This situation really is karmic.

  5. We are the alien's.

We destroyed our own planet , we managed to evacuate it but supplies in our ship's would only last so long.

We had to find a planet that could support life so we came here.

We could'nt breathe the air, drink the water or eat the food as we were so we created bodies, genetically engineered from chimp's,that would allow us to live here.

Once we had done that we then transferred our soul's into the new bodies.

By comming here and invading this planet I think we broke some universal law about not invading another planet and messing with the life that is already there, which is probably why our soul's keep comming back here.

I think that is our punishment.

  6. hello Kali,

there is a very good book on astral projection written by J.H.Brennan.

Follow the instruction's and you should be able to master it.

I once found myself projected in the street outside my house I watched a car park up, noted the reg then I came back to my body ,got up and went outside to see if the car was there ,it was.

I noticed that when I was projected I could feel the breeze which I was surprised at.

  7. It is not a question of believing in chi to feel it , if you keep practicing eventually you will develope some sensitivity, this is what I have experienced.

When I do my tai chi I coordinate the breath with the movement's and at the same time visualise the energy moving around my body.

Taught this way,tai chi, will strengthen and heal the body, this is why it is called moving meditation.

  8. I agree with jonny zen we should all encourage eachother with this and compare note's.

One of the thing's I have noticed from retention and meditating on the dan tian is an increase in energy where I am able to work harder, not get as tired, not have to eat as much.

The down side is an increase in emotion so if I lose my temper I really lose it and when I kick or hit thing's I seem to do much more damage than I normally would.

I put this down to the stored chi flying out of my feet and fist's in anger.

One time I hit a door ,it was made of hard board with a space in the middle between both side's,and both side's went through although my hand only went through one side,so my chi travelled onward.

  9. One of the thing's i've noticed from all the year's of chi kung practice is a strengthening of the entire body, even my teeth have become stronger.

From my understanding chi kung, done correctly, compacts energy ( chi ) into the entire body, from the bone marrow out.

It is not just a stronger body that is achieved but all the senses become sharper as well.

By placeing chi in the dan tian ( manipura chakra ) and remaining celebate I have noticed I have more energy and so don't get as tired or as hungry as I used to .

Now we have all heard stories about people producing superhuman strength in times of emergency which I believe is achieved through tapping into your chi this is also something that can be learned, would anybody here know how to do this ?.

  11. Hello yabyum24,

thank you for your reply. In answer to your question on finding a good tai chi school you need to find an instructor that will teach coordinating deep abdominal breathing in with the form and at the same time to visualize the energy ( chi ) flowing around the body as you do the movements.

Your instructor will also explain the importance of remaining celebate in order to build up energy in the dan tia and as other's have said to do pole standing.

The instructor will also teach tai chi as a martial art.

    Good luck with your search.

  12. Not ejaculating give's you more energy through out the day.

Also when you ejaculate you deplete energy you have stored in the dan tian.

I have noticed that by not ejaculating and meditating on the dan tian that I am physically stronger , can lift more , I don't get as tired or as hungry and I found I was drinking less tea and coffee.

    But I am shorter tempered.
