I think your forum will be very successful. I myself was taught nei kung and chi kung,before reading Kosta's book's I had'nt read anything that was even remotely similar to what I myself have been taught. Reading those two book's gave me a much better understanding of my own practice. A forum where we can share information of this sort will be very helpfull. sabretooth.

Sound's like you got the energy moving ( through the meridian's )and cleared some blockages. When you move the energy you will get warm and when some people do this for the first time they can feel dizzy,like yourself,and also sick. Stick with the practice and this will pass. sabretooth.

They all work for a criminal organisation that has been paid to kill me. I inadvertently upset some one,long story. They keep the business's in work and take a percentage of their income. The police are paid off,so no help there,ofcourse I have no proof of any of this. sabretooth.

My gaol is to get rid of my enemies. They have already had one pulse of energy that is giving them brain tumor's. Occult power's can be attained by activating the energy centers,that in turn open's up area's of the brain. By meditating on the energy center's you activate them,anyone can do this. As for the usefullness of occult power's,they are very usefull if you have lot's of enemies. sabretooth.

Deep abdominal breathing increases the amount of energy taken into and stored in the body. So throughout the day I do deep abdominal breathing. sabretooth.

I developed arthritis when I was 38,so I started doing my chi kung practice and that cleared it up. If I stop practicing it comes back. What I was taught involves deep abdominal breathing combined with specific movements. sabretooth.

I think you will find that the third eye is ajna chakra. My instructor explained to me when you meditate on the dan tian at the same time you will activate anahata chakra and ajna at the same time. When I meditate on the dan tian I feel pressure in both those chakra's. sabretooth.

I don't know what taoist thought's are but I have memories of key event's that have shaped me for this life. I was taught that any skill or ability you learn in a previous life you take with you into your next life. Which would explain why some people are naturally good at some thing's. I also know that whatever you die from in a previous life you will have no fear of in the next,in fact you will have a fascination with it. In one life I burned to death,but I have no fear of fire infact when I was a kid I was obsessed with fire and was playing with it all the time. Nina Kulagina would say that she would get a sharp pain in the spine when she demonstrated pk. Could this be her kundalini or just prana rising up the central channel. Also storm's interfered with her pk ability and her electromagnetic field was altered. Her electromagnetic field was ten time's weaker than the planet's,so I guess she had a strong field.
