  4. Any interesting Health Hacks to share?

I have been using acupressure in the morning and before sleep on kidney 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, spleen 6 and also liver 2 and 3. Lowering the heat, strengthens the yin of those meridians and helps you sleep soundly.

I suspect that the pineal gland functions as a kind of conductor with a built-in key for when to die. Finding out can open a new dimension in neuroendocrine research.
  8. Om Mani Padme Hum and it's profound benefits

I know some Vajrayana Buddhist practitioners, who recite the mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum Mitra Svaha" and "Om Mani Padme Hum Hri" which according to their theories would be more powerful in their liberating effects of karma. There is also a Tibetan monk who points out that the pronunciation "Om Mani Peme Hung" the most used in Tibet has a different effect from the Sanskrit "Om Mani Padme Hum".
  9. Buddhism and spiritual protection

Try the OM RUDRAYA NAMAH mantra, as it helps to deal with day-to-day difficulties and with financial problems, black magic, and hostile entities. It brings an earthy and objective energy, as well as eliminating fears and hesitations.
  10. I resonate with what you said, I have practiced with the Om Mani Padme Hum mantra, and I have had different experiences from karmic cleansings, bad luck, good luck, when I was younger like 19 years, to receiving the same mantra yesterday in dreams and get into delicate states of serene joy and compassionate bliss after a pretty shitty period. I don't think I can teach or try to get others to learn with the mantra, or another mantra or other technique would be very irresponsible for me. Finally I see that there are no canned solutions or roads nor can a row of Arahants be produced as in a Ford car production. What turns out to be rubbish for some, is akin to the wish-granting jewel.

  12. Joe Lok

I purchased the Phoenix Qigong course from Udemy and it is necessary to have it in order to get the full overview of the exercises. Otherwise it would never have occurred to me that the initial starting position is Wuji and I would not have been able to understand the subtle changes of each movement in the energy system either. In the same way, knowing the forms has allowed me to slow down my practice to be able to experience with greater force the calm and the sensation of soft relaxation of each exercise. It is also encouraging to know how there are real stories of healing. I think that imitating the slow movement of the trees gently swayed by the wind has given me the simile to copy the slowness in each shape.
  13. Joe Lok

It is more of a style of Taichi Chi Gong, a disciple of Master Lok has the Phoenix Qigong course on Udemy at a lower price than the one offered by Joe Lok on his website, I have practiced his form and the sensations of calm, grace, and relaxation they are quite noticeable. And it starts with an initial position of Wuji.

"That the world was and will be crap, I already know In 510 and in 2021 too That there have always been jets, Machiavellians and scammed Happy and bitter, values and I doubled But that the 21th century is a display of insolent wickedness, there is no one who denies it We live wallowing in a dirty soap And in the same mud, all groped Today it turns out that it is the same to be a right than a traitor Ignorant, wise or squirt, pretentious con man Everything is the same, nothing is better The same a donkey as a great teacher There are no postponements, what will there be? Nor ladder The immoral have equaled us If one lives in imposture and another strives in his ambition It does not matter if he is a priest, mattress, king of clubs, badass or stowaway What lack of respect, what a trampling of reason! Anyone is a lord, anyone is a thief Mixed with Toscanini, it goes Escarfaso and Napoleon Don Bosco and the Mignón, Carnera and San Martín Just like in the disrespectful window From the exchanges life has been mixed And wounded by a rivetless saber You see the Bible crying next to a water heater Twentieth century, troubled and feverish trade The one who does not cry does not breastfeed and the one who does not steal is a dump Just give it, give it that goes That there in the oven we are going to find Think no more, sit aside That nobody cares if you were born honored If it is the same the one that work Night and day like an ox That the one who lives off the bitches Than the one who kills, than the one who cures Or is it outside the law" From Tango Cambalache by Julio Sosa
  16. Chi, Qi or Love

The qigong system taught by Master Teresa Yeung is one of the most powerful I have ever tried, the qi that is collected is very noticeable and improves health in every way. I have the videos of her and the book of her and it never ceases to amaze me the lack of publicity of that system, which is easily among the 5 most powerful taught today.

SERVING Serving magnifies, ennobles, emancipates and strengthens. When he serves himself, there is forgetfulness of his own smallness and conjugation of forces in creative purposes. Serving with a purpose of goodness, without premeditated self-interest, is for simple, free and magnanimous souls, In Nature, giving is the measure of progress. Just receiving is a source of misery and misery. It is received as it is given, and if we take more than what is deserved or owed, like the drone, we complicate our existence and lose the opportunity to appreciate the meaning of reality, of life. The lake that only receives water, and does not output it, becomes a swamp ... Service is the measure of the soul. Mean and petty souls skimp on Service; free and magnanimous souls forget themselves and are always dedicated to greatness. If you can do a service, do it. Not doing it being able to do it, you lower yourself in your moral category and lower your Spiritual stature. Service strengthens, expands consciousness, and frees us from our own ills and problems. If you can be kind now, be so. If you are lucky enough to be able to do good, do it. If you can plant a tree, plant it, If you have the happiness of having a loved one, love him even more. If you can destroy an obstacle that hurts, do it at once. If you can wash away a few tears, pat them dry and avoid them. If you can take care of a flower, take care of it. If you have a garden, endeavor to take good care of it. If you are offered the opportunity to teach what you know, teach. If you find that you need to improve yourself, get better at once. If you can give an understanding smile, give it without fail. If you can help the fallen or the maligned, lend it to them immediately. Don't skimp on your strength. Learn to give yourself, to serve, to be great in all circumstances and everywhere, without premeditating results in your favor. By Serving Others You Serve Yourself If you have hatreds, dispel them, for they are your worst poison; He immediately turns to the best antidote: Service. Serving is synonymous with being great. When sadness, pessimism, unfounded doubt or malevolence catch you in its invisible clutches, surrender to Service. Service disarms the enemy, conquers the unjust, destroys misunderstanding, subdues the insane and drives away the wicked, and at the same time restores joy and beauty. SERVING is a privilege. TO SERVE is to strive, and there is no life without effort. If you do not make an effort, then you do not really live nor can you appreciate the immeasurable wonders and ineffable beauties of Life. SERVING, always SERVING, is the norm of sensible, beautiful, useful Life: SERVING in great gestures, in great sacrifices, as well as in simple details and simple acts, of dignifying the individual, of maintaining order or cleanliness, of to take care of the beauty or to help the innocence around us. SERVING is, really, cultivating the creative sense of Life. TO SERVE is to Live superlatively. Not serving is vegetarian. If you cannot improve what you do not like, do not criticize it if you are not able to overcome what already exists, do not profane it with your decision or your influence, and if you do not know how to be more than others, let them produce splendor of a better creation TO SERVE is to rise up and make yourself worthy. Who respects himself Serves well, always. TO SERVE is to strengthen oneself. WHEN SERVING we vitalize ourselves, we gain experience and develop better and greater energies, and we harmoniously polarize ourselves with the environment. SERVING is acquiring sympathy, it is attracting the goodness, admiration and respect of others to oneself. If you are sincere, ask yourself every day: How can I be useful? Who can I do good to? What improvement can I make? How can I SERVE? The most beautiful word in the dictionary is SERVE The best title of honor that can be in this world is: THE ONE WHO SERVES. Dayananda OM

  20. Is this a "mini-satori" ?

This week something similar happened to me, I was meditating as taught by Michael Lomax in his book of Stillness Movement when I was getting bored but generating a lot of chi in my lower dantien, I decided to continue for a few more minutes, suddenly all the boredom evaporated, in the prelude to enormous peace and happiness and suddenly my little ego was completely overcome by a kind of Higher Self, which had all the answers and its actions were completely ethical, luminous and irreprehensible, all desires were eliminated and I was completely convinced that I shouldn't tell anyone about the experience, rather try to stabilize myself in that state without my stupid little ego. I really died and stepped into a peace and light beyond what I could comprehend. The truth is that the ego is transcended, and the true I, a super being, takes its place. That state lasted for two days and I was practically hooked on meditation, which took me to jhanic borders, which I thought would be impossible to obtain except as a Bhikku or a Taoist monk. It is strange to know that I am not that small ego, fallible and stupid, that super self, or rather I can stabilize myself in that luminous being which surpasses me by far. I have practiced other types of meditation, and they really lead to other states, Transcendental Meditation seems to lead to an alpha state but a slight mental fatigue is generated by the repetition of the mantra. Attention to breathing can stabilize the mind, but it has also made me strangely nervous at times. I must say that I don't use drugs.
  21. It is necessary to massage the legs before and after meditation in order to activate the flow of chi in the lower extremities. In my experience the pain and tingling disappear after intensive practice. Some meditation teachers have pointed out that you burn negative karma until the legs have become used to the lotus position.
  22. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

1 a 9. Atentamente.
  23. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Hello everybody. Yesterday I received the Sang Gong DVD from GM Doo Wai, I practiced the first form for 18 times and I felt that it is a very brother system of the FPQ, I felt that I was cultivating the special chi of the system and my daily meditation deepened. I would love for Master Terry Dunn to make a DVD of that subsystem. Greetings.
