    Thank you thelerner, I will check it out. As for the benefits, I am experiencing, they are mostly during the practice. I can start to feel the different organs being energized. My breathing slows down, and I start to feel quite relaxed. There is also a slight breeze on my hands that has developped over time. It is quite refreshing. I think there was someone that mention something similar in an other thread. I mainly started the practice after hearing that it could accelerate strength gains in the gym. I have yet to start working out, but when I do, I’ll be able to verify those claims.

    Yeah sure. I'm an athlete, looking to improve my health and performance. I started a Qigong practice called the Healing workout by Dr Alan Jerry Johnson, and have started to see some benefits. I am now interested in learning more about Qigong.
