    I do 8 brocades followed by Yi Jin Jing. This is after 20 minutes of meditation.

    My problem especially when driving is my jaw tenses up. I tell myself the same thing to smile and relax. Every couple of miles I have to smile again! Isn't a little curl in the fingers natural though?

    Congratulations on your decision to stay away from demon alcohol. I have always assumed (?!) I was some sort of alcoholic on a daily maintenance plan. Mediation and QiGong have helped a lot along with some medicinal marijuana

  6. I'm new here

    Hello Everyone, I "dabbled" in internal martial arts 20 years ago. Lots of things got in the way. I am now retired and have lots of time. For the past year I have been practicing Qi Gong and meditating. I am very interested in Taoism. It is a journey and certainly not a destination. I was a little hesitant about joining the forum because I don't want to ask a bunch of stupid questions. But, as the saying goes " There are no stupid questions - only the ones you don't ask" .
