  1. Zhi neng qi gong

Well, maybe I will give it a try too. It looks good. By the way, have you ever tried fragrant qigong (xiang gong) Dosa? What do you think about it?
  2. Loss of interest in reading

It has happenned exactly the same to me! After being a voracious reader for years now I don't have the wish to read anymore. I guess it is because we have learnt a very better way to achieve knowledge and wisdom! I have also lost interest in other things as politics, whichi now seem so dirty to me
  3. Favourite qigong system

Do you mean some kind of islamic qigong by sufi? Never heard of this!
  4. Xiang Gong - Fragrant Qigong

i'm surprised about this form of qi gong. I have seen the videos and I feel it can work very well on me. I will begin to train it and I will comment how it goes. I am looking at a pdf with does and does not from Dolic and I see he says that we shouldn't concentrate on the movements while we are performing. This is very surprising. What do we have to concentrate on then? Also he says that we can not do meditation if we practise this form. Anyway, I don't think anything very bad can happen if we break these littles rules! Correction: Well, maybe it makes sense, they say you should just relax your mind
  5. Years of practice

I am wondering how many years of hard training you need in order to achieve higher qigong skills, like the microcosmic orbit or healing (others) abilities. I'm training quite hard every day since the last few months, but I am 33 right now. I would like to know how many years of intense training you need in order to achieve such abilities
  6. Mental Tightening

it happens to me too, let's relax!
  7. Years of practice

I train every day about two hours and a half, maybe is too much, but I really love and I enjoy doing it. It's not only because I want to achieve goals. I do Wudang Qigong as taught by Yves Requena, and also Damo Mitchell Ji ben qi gong, plus some stretching workouts, static positions, etc.
  8. Years of practice

Good response, thanks, I am already enjoying the practice to a high degree! I was just curious to know the time required to achieve great things
