  1. Healthy breakfast ideas (gluten-free)

I don’t use milk either or a dairy as a matter of fact which is what fauses inflamation in the mucus... I make my own almond milk... I am unclear why you think this will irritate liver... seeds and nuts contain very critical nutrition elements.... what causes blockage on the liver is processed foods, meats and unhealthy fats... I think eating natural foods allow your energy to flow easier... But each person is entitled to their own opinion and experience... so I follow a plant based diet which actually harmonizes with the planet.
  2. Demineralized teeth

Hello... I reduced my teeth’s sensitivity using organic coconut oil... simply after you brush, take 1/2 spoon of organic virgin coconut oil, and leave in you mounth for at least 5 mins.... use it the same way a mouthwash rinse works, the coconut will disolve in your mounth... do it twice a day for a week... rinse with water after... hopefully it will work for you as it did for me. I also eat lots of different seaweed vegetables... they mineralize your body very fast.. nori and wakame are the most popular ones but there are many others to try in soups or salads. Sandra
  3. Healthy breakfast ideas (gluten-free)

You could make your own granola and it last you for 2-3 weeks... use organic rice or quinoa leftovers ... or you can buy organic flakes too, usually in the bulk section of the grocery store)... mixed nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, pecans, sunflower, sesame, pumpkin seeds, etc), dried fruits ( apricots, dates, cranberries, coconut, etc) ... just toast grains in dry pan for 2-3 mins , add the nuts/seeds and toast another 5 mins and lastly add dry fruits... mixed well... if you want sweeter granola add maple syrup and toast fow 5 more mins... Let it cool and then store in the refrigerator... use for breakfast with milk of choice or it is a perfect snack...if you want to make your own granola bars then extend the mixture in cookie tray ( use parchment paper) and bake at 350F for 20 mins... you could add a salty flavor by adding some soy sauce to the mix or some nori... hope this helps... here is a picture (you could exclude grains too as I did in this one)
  4. Grains

Very interesting points of view about grains... I can only speak based on my own experience as my diet which is based on organic whole grains, vegetables, legumes and ocassional fruits, in sync with the seasons and local ingredients; it literally saved my life... I was really sick and Doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong, I was diagnosed with many autoimmune deseases and was given tons of prescription drugs to make it thru the day and night... stoping dairy, processed foods, sugar and GMO’s produce, made possible for me to fully recover... I no longer take any prescription drug and use food as my source of medicine... I have also been a very active person... now cultivating my qigong practice is making me even stronger.... my two cents on this topic is to experiment with different foods so you can figure out what works for you... not everything works for everyone.
  5. Amazing feeling

Hello everyone, I had the pleasure to partially attend Sifu Terry class in October in the Eastover retreat... It was there for something else... when I discovered FP qigong and bought all the dvds and started to practice back at home.... I had several health issues I have been dealing with so I have dedicated most of my time to seated meditations... I feel amazing and now when I do my practice of vol 2 cd the first 3 exercises, during very short periods of time I can feel moments of total emptyness and a wholeness at the same time I never felt before in my life... it feels like a trance, I get scare of the feeling like I am not conscious that I inmediately activate my mind... is this normal considering I have never done qigong or other practices before and I am so new? I have done yoga for a long time and also practice mindful meditation regularly. I enjoy the FP practice as I experience moments where I let go of everything. I think in my short practice of FP I have improved at least my mental state and I feel much stronger to manage my physical symptomps which have improved a lot too. I have read many of your post and I feel inspired... thank you and looking forward to growth my FP practice! Sandra
