  1. You are the Truth - a poem about non-duality

oh thanks for reminding me - about the trees starving the deer! Yes!! I speed read that book before it was put into our local library as my mom is the volunteer who enters the new books into the data base. Yeah that must it it as well - starving the deer. And... yeah it's amazing that just in my lifetime that half of the world's wildlife has been wiped out more or less. I mean I knew by high school that something was really wrong and so my first full time job was as a door to door environmental fundraiser - for this great little nonprofit that forced 3m to pay the largest fine yet for polluting the Mississippi river. That was 1989 back when environmental nonprofits were not controlled by Rockefeller money, etc. haha. Now what amazes me is how everyone goes around as is there is no crisis - and I mean almost EVERYONE. It's barely mentioned on the news - and only in terms of whether global warming is real, blah blah corporate propaganda. What a bunch of zombies. haha. When my earth first! activist friends all got cell phones in 1998 - I new it was GAME OVER. Since those things just cause brain cancer and sure enough in 2004 for the RNC in St. Paul - a bunch of my activist friends got "pre-arrested" by the Feds tracking their cell phones. And just now the water protectors were infiltrated as "insurgents" and "terrorists" - for the Dakota Access Pipeline. I mean I know I have a big FBI file - and I was rated by this private investigation firms as one of 12 national ecoterrorist suspects. My crime was that I actually practiced my constitutional rights of free speech, freedom of press, freedom of assembly, etc. I was called a "multisector activist" - etc. haha. I mean people don't even know we live in a democracy if they don't practice their rights but everyone self-censors themselves so they don't loose their jobs, etc. My nephew - I said how come you didn't mention the CIA false flag operations in Europe - and he said well he didn't want to upset his professor and his professor would not let his say that in his college senior thesis paper. So even college now is just sycophant brown-nosing "prestige" get me a nice job hopefully so I can pay off my slave-debt - slave wage existence. Seriously a bunch of thumb pressing cell phone zombies out there betting brain damage. My cousin has a big real estate company with billions in assets - like Drumpf - except he got brain cancer. Oops too many cell phone business deals? It's tragic really. He's same age as me. Yea this report is just stunning. So anyway I knew it was game over in high school but I figure give it a go in terms of being a "normal" citizen, etc. and then I noticed my fellow activists were pissed that I was trying too hard. I mean really - activism is what you do to look cool while hanging out at the bar. haha. Professor Guy Mcpherson had the same problem - he was told he was just too self-centered and wanted all the attention on himself. I got this same accusation - was it my fault no one else was researching this stuff and speaking out against say Monsanto controlling research at U of MN just for profit, etc. haha.
  2. Long men pai nei gong and mo pai

Do I get at least a stuffed bear or some sort of conciliatory prize?
  3. Long men pai nei gong and mo pai

Sorry I don't answer questions if someone already knows the answer - it's like asking a dog to jump through a hoop. I consider it kind of an insult to the hoop. haha. O.k. so if you know the answer please enlighten everyone on this forum. If you know Chinese Mandarin - but I mean my understanding is most Chinese traditionally were illiterate. I would hope a person would not have to know Mandarin to be able to study Taoism. Anyway if you don't want to share - this is a forum for sharing information. I completely concede - that you must know something very special. Whether you want to share it or not or just tease people - well I can't answer that for you. thanks.
  4. You are the Truth - a poem about non-duality

yeah I had this very amazing dream - when I was in the city doing lots of full lotus meditation - I had this dream of this white bear standing up against this old oak tree that was in the yard I grew up in, across from this lake in the city. Another dream around the same time was of another old oak tree in that same yard only the tree was surrounded with a rainbow aura. So with this 2nd dream of a white bear - I got very intrigued. So I went to that yard of my old house - i always played in this yard, throwing ball with a friend, and raking or on the tree swing or mowing, etc. So it turned out that old oak tree had been cut down since I had last seen the yard. So then I wondered - why did I dream of this white bear? why a white bear? so I went to the U of MN library to study the significance of white bear - and it turns out the bear for circumpolar native indigenous cultures is considered to be a gateway to the spirit world. Anyway so I was just thinking about this earlier today - how the spirit world is quite fascinating indeed. And of course I had this precognitive dream in 1995 that I wrote down - it was more real than being awake - of my activist friends with native indigenous activists, standing on the roof of a house, holding a banner to protect a forest. I wrote the dream down as soon as I woke up at 2:30 am in my journal. I said the dream was more real than being awake so I thought the dream would come true. That was before I did any qigong training but I saw Effie P. Chow in 1995 so I think it was after I saw her and experienced the qi. Also I was vegan and exercising a lot and very focused on doing activism - and I was the local contact in the EArth First! journal. So then in 1998 I saw this photo - from the newspaper - and suddenly I got this uncanny sensation and I drove to my parents house where my journal was. I confirmed the photo was exactly the same as my dream - that I had forgotten about until I saw that photo again. And I had gotten arrested at that protest of a spiritual area of a sacred forest where the Mississippi and Minnesota rivers meet - the regional tribes would meet there annual, considering it the local origin of the Universe via a rainbow water spirit. So that encampment was at the time the front page news story for the EArth First! Journal in 1998 and I had written a paper on it for Winona LaDuke's class on environmental racism at the U of MN.

Awesome - I have done very similar work in our 10 acres of forest (part of a larger contiguous tract of forest). So I cleared out the buck thorn - like they have in Illinois. At first I thought - this won't be worth much - but the first patch I cleared out then the ferns had an amazing come-back and this beautiful fern area grew - and then more wild flowers came back - and fruit berries - like wild raspberries. So the deer kept eating most of them - there's too many deer and because of global warming the oaks have not produced nuts. It is creepy that no one is noticing this - but our forest has not produced acorns in at least 5 years. The deer starve to death every winter - at least one deer starves to death, some more. Anyway - so I noticed the deer don't eat pagoda dogwood that much so it started coming back since it didn't have to compete with the buckthorn. Then I fenced off some native plants that I bought from a nearby restorative ecology prairie business - and some of these native plants, bearing fruit, are propagating - and not totally killed off by the deer. then we have some aggressive species that replaced the buckthorn. They are not "exotics" - and produce flowers that are nice compared to buckthorn - and the bees like the flowers plus they are very beautiful. So then the deer really appreciate not just having buckthorn since they don't eat buckthorn - also since it is cleared out in the forest, then it is nice to lay down in the shade with no buckthorn. Then we get grouse now since they like to have some opening in the forest, etc. So some say removing buckthorn is a total waste of time - I disagree but removing it all at once then is hard on the birds who like the understory growth. But the secondary trees come back like dogwood, and boxelder, and black cherry, and maple. But on the other hand - all this restorative ecology is nothing compared to the arctic melting probably this summer or fall - first time in 3 million years and 50 gigatons of methane will kick out, raising global temps another 1.5 Celsius average, so that food at scale will not be growing. https://guymcpherson.com/2017/02/faster-than-expected/ I read about 20 years ago how forest means "mind" in many nonwestern cultures. Anyone who takes the right shrooms knows this to be true - as we now know that shroom mycelium actually feeds nitrogen to the living trees - from the dead trees. So the shroom-tree interaction is very tightly woven and works through biophotons as well - this is documented. So also - I watched that Pacific Ocean nature show tonight - and basically we have animals deep in the ocean, like the nautilus - that have survived the last 5 major extinctions. OUrs is faster than any of the previous ones - but it's nice to know that some complex organisms will probably survive still as they can go deep into the ocean.
  6. Long men pai nei gong and mo pai

So that's the book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality.
  7. Long men pai nei gong and mo pai

it is quoted as - the size of a grain of rice in the middle of the brain. The quote is in the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" but the original source is from I think Yuan Dynasty - hold on.... I read this recently in Journal of Taoist Studies - that I have on pdf. So I can search that. But it might be freely online.
  8. Long men pai nei gong and mo pai

my understanding is the first level of mopai is focused on building up the yin qi energy into the lower tan tien and to do this there must be direct contact of the perineum with the earth. Once the lower tan tien is filled with yin qi then yang qi or yuan qi can then be sent down to the lower tan tien, causing an "explosion." So elsewhere in mopai John Chang - for example with the sword that he communicates with the spirit - in the sword - he says he just creates a "yin field" to communicate with the spirit. This is then the yin shen. So to activate the yang qi or yuan qi - Jim of Mopai described it as taking a dump. I emailed to him about this and he confirmed it is very much like trying to take a crap (i'm paraphrasing). So we know from science - that taking a crap means that the sympathetic nervous system is pushed to its extreme causing a rebound of the parasympathetic nervous system, thereby flushing the colon with serotonin, and the bowels move. So for example when Mantak Chia was tested - as I cite in my free pdf - he was proven to switch from his stored up energy in the parasympathetic to the sympathetic nervous system to transmit qi externally. https://www.pdf-archive.com/2017/04/10/idiot-s-guide-to-taoist-alchemy/ So then - we also know that yang qi or yuan qi is considered to be activated via the kidneys. We also know that the Wim Hof method of storing up qi is from spiking the adrenaline from the kidneys - and when you hold the breath after exhale - this activates the parasympathetic nervous system which then shoots blood up to the pineal gland, which then as a positive feedback, increases the adrenaline even more, and increases the brain blood (from lack of oxygen - as it's the most vital organ). So again what is happening - to activate the yang qi or yuan qi - there is first a build up the yin qi and then by holding the breath the adrenaline spikes, which means the sympathetic is pushed to its extreme. The deep breathing literally activates the adrenals physically and then holding the breath does so even more with a positive feedback from the pineal gland. We know from Taoist alchemy that the yuan qi emanates from the pineal gland. So in effect - to say that the kidneys activate or store the yuan qi - actually means to build up the adrenaline to activate the yuan qi out of the pineal gland. So after the lower tan tien is filled up with yin qi energy - from the yin jing being increased (via this adrenaline spiking and breathing methods) - then the yuan qi is activated out of the heart, when the third eye opens up. This means we have a deeper parasympathetic reaction from the right side vagus nerve of the reproductive system to the right side of the heart- as the bringing down of the yang qi or yuan qi - to the lower tan tien as the "explosion." The book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" states that yin qi is just immature yuan qi - and so we know, from the science I cite - that the qigong masters (insert fancy Taoist term here) - actually emit electromagnetic energy that is 1000 times stronger than the typical heart energy, but so too is the Schumann resonance 1000 times stronger than the typical heart energy - and so the qigong master is resonating - via the ELF REM brain waves - the theta brain waves and the internal 7 to 8 beats vibration - So this emphasis on taking in the yin qi energy - via a cave or grave yard is actually based on the Earth's schumann resonance - it is better to do so in natural environment with no nearby artificial electromagnetic fields.

  10. You are the Truth - a poem about non-duality

You might like a friend of mine who achieved this state of Yogananda. He was hanging out on the deck of my house - I had him visit - we live by a forest. He said that part of him was in the forest, as he was talking to me - and he could see the sap in the trees. I don't think he ever read that SAME description from Yogananda. haha. Hilarious. http://guidingqi.com is the person I am talking about.

So the "screen" (external world, internal mind) can never be "seen" but only listened to. This is why Ramana Maharshi said the highest samadhi is Mouna Samadhi or silence samadhi. Listening as logical inference to the formless awareness - this is the Wang Mu, Foundations of Internal Alchemy. The movement in non-doing is the ether of the flame of the Self - the moving in the Light turned around is the Yuan Qi of the Yuan Shen. -- Qigong Grandmaster Effie P. 15. thought-stopping skill

You can do this exercise - for literally 5 minutes a day - with your knees bent so the thighs are more close to parallel to the ground - with your legs shaking. This will empty out the mind and sublimate any "thought stopping" attraction experiences. So the yuan qi - to consciously go into the Emptiness as Yuan qi is a high level - called "nirvikalpa samadhi" in yoga - it is only after your yin qi energy is stored up. I have a pdf on that training that is free - it also reveals the secret of the above exercise. there are secrets to yin and yang and turning your body into a battery. https://www.pdf-archive.com/2017/04/10/idiot-s-guide-to-taoist-alchemy/
  16. Daoism and Buddhism's Differences

Yeah you said you don't get 12) any more in qicat's personal practice thread - you can find the solution to that in the Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality book.
  17. Why LonemanPai is just another fake alchemy website

umm - can you show me this? Yeah - I remember you making broad invites on this forum to your forum - like this forum sucks, come join my forum. I don't remember any "personal" aspect to those invites. You may have mentioned MY name but again I don't know your name - so how could that be "personal?" Like I said - you claim to see long distance, so your third eye is fully open. If that is true you should be able to create yuan qi energy at will - and therefore should be able to demonstrate your external qi energy under scientific conditions. You ask for a group of scientists to follow you around. I don't think that's how Wim Hof did it - he went out and demonstrated his skill. Chunyi - he was here as an exchange teacher - and teaching Chinese culture and he started out with 5 students but half the class was there on accident or not by their own choice. haha. But it turns out one of the ladies there had a serious illness that the Mayo Clinic said required a lung transplant. Her son made her go to "Chinese Breathing" - as part of the Latino culture - she agreed to go, on the basis of her son's demand. That person is Esther Trejo. Now you say that these "transmissions" (that was my term, as I said, Chunyi does not agree to that term) - but his phone healings are not "permanent." O.K. so Esther Trejo had her lung scars vanish - this was documented by the Mayo Clinic. She had the scars vanish after 8 weeks of taking the qigong class and practicing at home. Now - it is true that chunyi said he would go "check up" on her - to make sure she stayed healthy, etc. But as I said he also recommends people get a once a year check up. I think that is reasonable. And - Esther - states - how - well Chunyi said Esther adopted him as her mom and in Chinese culture that is considered a sign of close friendship to be "adopted" as part of the family. I am reading the memoir Wild Swans - which I highly recommend for a good detailed description of Chinese culture. Thanks for inviting me to your forum again. As you say you want people to post a personal practice thread to be part of your forum or else their account will get deleted. I don't agree with Western "magick" (tm!) - or sigils or whatever Harry Potter terms you use - Grimoires or? what was it - new to me - Egermoires? haha. I'm sure that stuff all works just like NLP works. I had this relative - not blood related - try to do NLP me - her qi - like most females - was still stuck on the lower body - and so she kept making this blatant Freudian reference to me to try to suck of my energy. I just ignored her - but she really thought she could mind control me with some kind of NLP trick. haha. I felt bad for her - but oh well. You say you get more followers from my thread. That is great - people blame me here for advertising your forum. I am not interested in "popularity" - one way or the other. I am interested in the truth and open discussion. I realize people need secrecy to protect their energy, etc. But I don't think that necessitates going out of the way to attack other practices. For example Michael Lomax just shared recently on this forum an amazing healing experience he had - after finding an old woman who had hit her head on the concrete. So it is a blessing that we have qigong masters here sharing on this forum - and he is a leading member of the National Qigong Association - so he very openly shares his training and skills, etc. So there is no need to attack his training methods. Sure lots of students are not going to be "successful" in this training. I am openly one of them - it is difficult to control the energy. I did a lot of free healing - it was fun - but also tragic-comedy. haha. So for example there was a young male who posted a video testimonial of how a SFQ master healed him of epilepsy. He has severe epilepsy and was on some 40 medications again via the Mayo Clinic - and he was basically stuck to his sofa all day long. So the qigong master who healed him was a student of Chunyi and the young male was from the town I live in. So then I happened to meet his mom at the Dennis mcKenna book talk in our town, as Dennis McKenna also lives in our town. The young male, now healed, trained at Naropa College in Colorado and then teaches qigong meditation at an assisted living home, along with being their cook for nutritional meals, etc. So when he was healed - he worked on healing himself, as much as the qigong master healed him. And so for Chunyi to say a student should practice 3 hours a day - that is serious. I was told to do 2 hours of "moving of yin and yang" standing exercise a day to restore my jing energy. I have not done that. So I can easily see how doing 3 hours a day would be difficult for anyone to commit to.
  18. Why LonemanPai is just another fake alchemy website

Actually if you had a world famous teacher/healer tell you to practice 3 hours a day you should feel honored and be glad to take up the challenge. Instead you are complaining about it. As I said - 3 hours is to clear out more serious blockages. But let's say he didn't really have those serious blockages and it was all a scam as you suspect - in that case then 3 hours a day would dramatically increase his energy. I doubt most people here practice anywhere close to 3 hours a day - for example the personal practice forum here is pretty much dead. haha. Nice try though - with your "after work" qigong training or whatever. Someone doing 3 hours is going to have to make a serious commitment. 3 hours a day means a life changing total commitment experience. That means you are a REAL student - and should be honored. Now if someone is willing to make that kind of time commitment - and let's say they happen to have a job. then consider this - they are not going to have the time to waste their money on the stupid stuff that normal people waste their money on - I don't know - going to sports games or bars or music events, etc. 3 hours a day, again, it's going to save you money. So then you spend that on a high level spiritual master who asked you to make a serious commitment. Finding real students is much harder than finding real teachers - and yet look at all the Westerners who can't even find a real teacher - they don't want to. Much more easier to practice just a "taste" of qigong after work, etc. with no real deep change.
  19. Long men pai nei gong and mo pai

Actually - I was reading this Ba Gua newsletter last night that gave the history of the term "neigong" - it was coined only in the 1890s!!! But the dude who coined it - had the three martial arts sort of unified as "neigong" or internal martial arts. My understanding is John Chang taught first sitting meditation and then latter standing active exercises. So also my understanding that in Neigong the sitting meditation is considered "preheaven" and the standing active exercise is considered "postheaven." I realize that discussion is a big can of worms. But any comments you want to make on this would be great.
  20. Daoism and Buddhism's Differences

You are quoting stuff - that is a good step - but try to really comprehend what I am saying. I understand your points. Arabs passed on Platonic math to the Benedictine monks in the 9th century. Plato is based on irrational magnitude with some mysticism thrown it. It is not Taoism. Irrational magnitude is symmetric math. Now you say Taoism is Monism, blah blah. What I am stating to you is a subtle difference that is crucial and missed by Westerners and Westernized thinking. This is something I realized fairly recently. My handle is "voidisyinyang" - does that give you a hint? As I stated - the character for qi is not monism it is fire under water to create steam. There is a process there. The process is not Whitehead - the process is "noncommutative phase." This is modeled by Pythagorean music theory which is also empirically true - not the Platonic music mysticism that poses as monism - that is fake. Western civilization "works" but only for the elite. The planet is being killed off by Platonic mysticism - called the religion of technology. Buddhism easily is assimilated into that Freemasonic genocidal agenda because Buddhism, like Christianity, is just a reform of the Solar symmetric math mysticism. So you give some quotes. Let me give you quotes from actual training manuals for Taoism that will clarify your quotes. By the way - these quotes are from the link I gave you. So apparently you didn't read the link. This is from my blog http://ecoechoinvasives.blogspot.com - Chuang Tzu, 300 BCE Now according to Plato mathematicians can indeed reach the ultimate - based on his irrational magnitude alogon mysticism. But if you really study mathematics - they admit this is not true. math professor Borzacchini states the cover up by Plato of real music theory is "really astonishing" and "shocking." Now for Westernized thinkers they see, 1, 2, 3 and infinity and think - so what - it's just counting. But for mathematicians who know some music theory - this is not true - there is more to it. So suddenly those few numbers mean something different. So that is not monism - it means that the complementary opposites are at the same time - that is called noncommutative phase. Do you see the difference yet? Not yet? O.k. I'll give some Taoist quotes now. So what the means is that qi is shen under jing at the same time - noncommutative phase. https://www.scribd.com/document/225213533/Taoism So I am referring to the essay in that book by Zhang Guangbao. Here's another one: The Magus of Java: Teachings of an Authentic Taoist Immortal (on John Chang). So notice it says - that is the "secret." Secret is in you did not pick this up. I hope now you are picking it up. This is all from my blog. So what that means is when the light is turned around then time goes to zero and the yuan qi is created from virtual photons as the hidden momentum of light from relativity - the inherent noncommutative phase of spacetime as the 5th dimension. That is the "Movement in non-doing" of yuan shen - the creation of yuan qi. internal oppositional exertion....is more than anything a mental shift in awareness....such omni-directional mutually cancelling efforts engage the connective tissue web continually, they increase the elastic strength of the frame even while an external observer discerns no apparent movement. Citing the book Masters of Perception: Sensory-Motor Integration in the Internal Martial Arts. by Jan Dipersloot Vol. 3, 2013. So that again is the secret of noncommutative phase. O.K. Now I'll open up my pdf and quote from that. too bad I can't cut and paste it! So you quote the Tao Te Ching taking about before Heaven and Earth was created - but try to realize that the Wu Chi symbol was created in the Song dynasty when the elite were claiming Confucianism and Taoism and Buddhism were all the same. haha. So that quote is stating that Taoist masters embody the Emptiness as the Yuan qi that is formless awareness. How do they do that? By putting shen below the jing - for fire under the water to create steam. Now a different translation of the Tao Te Ching states, "Indeterminate yet the Great Ultimate" or "wuji is taichi and taichi is also wuji." O.K. here is the final quote from Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality: "Since is it the undivided yin-yang it is called the One Vitality." If you want the other sources then you gotta open up my pdf for the hypertext links. https://www.pdf-archive.com/2017/04/10/idiot-s-guide-to-taoist-alchemy/
  21. Long men pai nei gong and mo pai

This vid explains why I trained in qigong starting 20 years ago. haha. And I don't mean just the terrible music.
  22. Long men pai nei gong and mo pai

Let's not forget "lonemanpai" which apparently is a splinter off of this group that is a splinter off of Western students of John Chang.... lonemanpai.com/thread/2402/drew-hempel-famous-on-taobums?page=1&scrollTo=54840 I am currently being called "famous" over on this forum on a "hidden" thread at http://lonemanpai.com Is it always this way - that people have to hide on their forums and giggle behind my back? haha. Why can't they openly post information about me and I know some of the lonemanpai posters lurk on thetaobums - as former taobum posters. Oh well. Silly Neigong forums. Btw - they link to my blog critique of Lonemanpai - and there's only 10 hits from the lonemanpai forum to my blog. So - also this forum - thetaobums - the personal practice forum is pretty much dead. The way I see it is this: Shaolin is knowingly commercialized now - the real qigong masters left - like Yan Xin, and his teacher died. John Chang closed his school to Westerners. The person I trained with - http://springforestqigong.com - he returned from China saying the Taoist monks just basically want your credit card money. haha. Selling trinkets, etc. Also the pollution was so bad - he had to do extra healing on himself for quite a while. Yeah so let's face it - real qigong masters - even in the 1980s the NY Times had an article quoting a qigong master, saying that real ones are very few in China. It is too difficult to control the energy and so the training has to be done in secret, and supervised personally by a master. So John Chang showed off his skill - but then regretted it and was mad the video was shown publicly - and then he went into private meditation for years. Did you know that Gary Clyman makes a big point on his website to claim that John Chang died already at age 82 or something. Is that true? I know there was a thread about John Chang being dead and then Indonesians saying it wasn't true or something. So maybe someone who knows if John Chang is still alive should tell Gary Clyman to stop announcing that John Chang is dead.
  23. You are the Truth - a poem about non-duality

People get mad when I say I don't like poetry. haha. I am reading the excellent memoir "Wild Swans" about 3 generations of females in China - and the grandmother recites ancient poetry to her grandchildren. The mother complains that the poetry is too sophisticated and they can't understand the words. The grandmother replies that's fine since the language is tonal then rather it is the emotion brought forth from the changing in frequency. So for example my understanding is Tamil is a tonal language - kind of like Somali is a tonal language. The older language is the most musical it is - the first language of the San Bushmen has the most complicated number of sounds and tones. So even though their culture is considered the most primitive in fact their language is the most sophisticated. But there healing songs purposively use gibberish words. Whereas I had a friend from Ghana africa and she said she didn't trust the English language at all since it's use for deception. English has the largest vocabulary of any language. haha. When I realized I was not my body nor my mind - I tore up my 600 page journal and threw out my Yan Xin meditation tape. haha. thanks for sharing.
  24. Daoism and Buddhism's Differences

Have you read David Loy's book on nondualism? The analysis you give, to me, does not even acknowledge the truth of Taoism or even the real truth of Pythagorean philosophy. So you speak of concepts - and you use dualistic language. So something is one as in monism or two as in dualism or one as in beyond space/time - Buddhism based on neither this nor that, neither not one nor not-one, etc. It's all left brain dominant discussion. For example you state "many" Christian mystics/NeoPlatonists had a "panentheistic" view - but this is not Platonic philosophy since the math of Plato is "materialistic idealism." If math is materialistic - then the philosophy will be materialistic. I agree that individual mystics had experiences but to try to fit their experiences into a Platonic philosophy to me is totally wrong. There is a great worship of Plato that I completely disagree with as this view of Plato as some panentheistic is not accurate. I have posted many mathematicians who expose the math of Plato and this was interwoven into his philosophy. Plato did not understand real Pythagorean philosophy. Now there is no need for you to learn the real truth about Plato since all of Western civilization is a "footnote" to Plato. So you can go on and on about how great Plato was, etc. and no one will disagree with you. The mathematicians I have cited about Plato - they publish their works but no one promotes their views - there is no public acceptance because again there is no alternative. The idea of complementary opposites in Taoism is not easily understood - I have posted a few people who figured it out from the math - so it is a case of being in two places at the same time but as eternal motion of complementary opposites. So even when you say qi as the foundation - the symbol for qi is fire under water to create steam and so qi itself is a process of "three in one" unity. And this process is not just a concept but a specific training based on say the left hand as yang and lower body yin and right hand is yin and upper body yang. So this was discovered again as "noncommutative phase" in Western science - but only Eddie Oshins realized this connection. The math can not be extended - he discusses this in terms of quantum psychology. David Loy did not understand this in his detailed comparison of various philosophies of nondualism, etc. People can easily spend their lives mired down in the details of all sorts of concepts and yet never even realize the truth of Taoist philosophy. If you study the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" - the truth is in there, but it is just part of the whole training. I recently posted a Tai Chi teacher who also revealed this truth and I cite in my free pdf as well - So it's not really a "philosophy" as in a left-brain dominant discussion or debate - but a philosophy based on complementary opposites to turn your body-mind into a living battery generator, plugged into the Earth-Moon-Sun natural generator. So you discuss Christianity - but the Solar calendar religions became dominant around 1200 BCE - and so Buddhism was an attempt to reform a solar calendar religion. Taoism and Pythagorean philosophy is older - from the "three gunas" of India - all of them based on music theory. That's WIKI - but Wiki is notoriously materialistic - Western-biased - against paranormal training, etc. So all those examples of "panentheism" are actually based on Solar calendar philosophies that are really materialistic idealism. I just searched "materialistic idealism" in Wiki - and I get ONE hit. So when I search materialistic idealism plato in google - I get a hit stating Plato abandoned idealism in his later years. But the problem with that view is that, as Peter Kingsley points out, Plato never really understood Pythagorean philosophy, that was supposedly his inspiration. So there is this view that we can have some kind of left-brain philosophy but that ignores that left brain dominance is inherently tied to right-handed technology. There is no "pure" math. To speak of pantheism versus panentheism is totally absurd considering that civilization has wiped out life on earth faster than any previous mass species extinction. How can there be any pantheism? And if no real pantheism how can there by an panentheism? These are just Western constructs that try to idealize left brain dominance. So we are told, online, that "materialistic idealism" is half way between materialism and pantheism. But again it's all just a footnote to Plato. Why does Buddhism so easily align with Western science? Most think this is great and no one seems to argue against it. In Western science it's called the "negative paradox judgment" from mathematics - in Buddhism it's from the "Neti, neti" philosophy of Vedic philosophy. For example it is only in music training from before the age of 7 that the corpus callosum is then greatly enlarged - this is a mind-body transformation from someone at a young age training on a musical instrument. It's not just from listening to music. No other art training will do that. Someone training in philosophy - there has never been a claim it creates such a brain transformation. Meditation depends on the style - mindfulness which is the current Western Buddhism craze is still left brain dominant, as it the Socratic method, like vichara of Vedic philosophy. Jnana yoga is considered the highest level of yoga but mind yoga depends on the proper context, created by the caste system. So Buddhism basically tried to recreate the mind yoga training without the caste system - instead using monasteries. Obviously that claim is based on a huge debate - but that's the whole point. This "debating" about "philosophies" is all a big left brain dominant scam. It's all the same left-brain dominant scam. Now real Pythagorean training required 5 years of silence. Also as with Taoism - there was a math system based on complementary opposites. Most people just brush this off as numerology - 1 is not a number - what does that mean? 1 is male, 2 is female as matter but resonates from the formless awareness as Apeiron, the Cosmic Mother. That is Taoism, plain and simple. But only in Taoism do we have the specific mind-body training maintained as a nonwestern science. So "nondualism" - it does not even acknowledge the reality of the concept of noncommutative phase. Because the Brahmin Vedic philosophy imposed itself on the other "three gunas" - then you have the older truth of the lunar calendar energy needed to be built up first. But this gets covered over easily. For example Acharya S. has a great book called SUNS OF GOD - and the subtitle is on Jesus, Buddha and Krishna. They are all Suns of God. I recommend you read it. For example if you read scientific promotion of Hindu metaphysics and philosophy then you get this quantum view of reality. But what is not mentioned is that quantum physics still necessitates the Western symmetric math that has been the case since Plato. So yes quantum nonlocal reality is "noncommutative phase" but even this gets ignored in quantum physics primarily. People think it's some break through that science and spirituality can finally "merge" via Buddhism when in fact, as Professor David F. Noble details in his book, "The Religion of Technology" science is the religion of the West. haha.

You can see this "inner smile" in the glow of eyes of animals. For example birds smile through the spirit that comes out of their eyes. I have a quote on my blog from a Tibetan medical doctor saying the universal energy is collected through the ear and then shines for out of the eyes. So think of grooming - why does picking black holes - "popping" them cause peoples mouth to water? I always wondered this and it seems strange. But I noticed this with my best friend - a pet parakeet I raised from the nest before he had wings. So when he cleanly picked off a zit when I was 14 years old - he had that gleam in his eye of the inner smile. So in grooming - we have intense visualization and it is this intense visualization to pop zits or pop black heads even more as they are buried into the skin - or digging out buried ticks for example - the mouth waters because the vagus nerve is activated. And so increased right brain vagus nerve happens from visualization. The funny thing is the left brain vagus nerve does not connect to the right brain but the right brain vagus nerve can then "empty" out the left brain thoughts. So in full lotus meditation - you actually get loud cracking noises as the jing clears out skull blockages on the right side of the brain but as the energy builds up then the left side brain is cleared out - and this empties out the left brain monkey mind. What happens when a person has a thought over and over in their mind - this is actually a form of possession by the lower frequency lower emotional energy. So then it take the lower body emotional energy to be sublimated into the right brain which then has the power to empty out the left brain. The left vagus nerve then goes down to the heart and increases the oxytocin love bonding energy - but also causes the mouth to water - as the cerebrospinal fluid overflows out of the brain via the sinus cavity. So it's proven by science that the brain works via time-frequency uncertainty - so that the slower the left brain goes into slower time externally - then the higher the frequency of the right brain goes for better visualization. This is the secret of the Mozart Effect - with slow music at one beat per second - in fact the visualization increases for better memory. When the heart and breathing and brain synchronizes - then the most common trance drumming is 7 beats per second - and the heart qi energy resonates with the Earth's Schumann resonance. So then you have qi energy that is 1000 times stronger than the typical heart mind qi energy as the Schumann resonance electromagnetic energy is also 1000 times stronger. So primates we have left brain dominance because this is to tell the body to move to search for food, etc. So like with birds - our auditory cortex is very close to our motor cortex. This is what Gurdjieff called the Moving Center - so it needs to be leveraged to increase the brain energy. This is done through synchronization, etc. So consider for example work music. I had a coworker who got very angry about my coworkers blasting our work music which is - I forget the name now it's been so long - so I can remember the melody and rhythm first. So now I will do the body dance movement in my mind and visualize it. The name still slips me. I need to actually do the physical movements. nope so I'll go into full lotus to remember it. So this is what Gurdjieff calls the Kundabuffer - we are controlled by the lower frequency left brain timing of beta brain that is actually our moving center and instinct center and closes off the neurohormones that should be going up to the right side of the brain. Right so my brain at first said - mamba and then samba and finally cumbia. But in the mean time I googled latin trance dance and I got this book called Blackness in Latin America and I realized that subconsciously - those names of the dances are actually referring to the Kundalini Snake N/om energy!! So o.k. now as I was saying my coworker - who was very much like me in ethnic origin - white middle class Christian - private school - she got LIVID at our work music. haha. She said it was children music. But in fact the opposite is true. By simply turning off the left brain and then synchronizing the work movements while listening to the cumbia - you go into a right brain trance so that your internal brain processing increases and you work faster while not getting tired. But her concern was - as she was young and very well-endowed with jing energy - that as I jokingly asked her to dance - that if she did dance it would cause the other males in the warehouse to get too excited. Indeed. So that is the real reason she was livid because actually it is because males don't know how to control their lower bodies - and so their left brain dominance causes a Chimp mentality of ejaculation addiction with rape and war mongering, etc.
