  1. Yan Xin's Free Energy Secret

    This is awesome thanks!
  2. Yan Xin's Free Energy Secret

Title: External Qi of Yan Xin Qigong differentially regulates the Akt and extracellular signal-regulated kinase pathways and is cytotoxic to cancer cells but not to normal cells Author(s): Yan X (Yan, Xin), Shen H (Shen, Hua), Jiang HJ (Jiang, Hongjian), Zhang CS (Zhang, Chengsheng), Hu D (Hu, Dan), Wang J (Wang, Jun), Wu XQ (Wu, Xinqi) Source: INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF BIOCHEMISTRY & CELL BIOLOGY 38 (12): 2102-2113 2006 Document Type: Article Language: English Cited References: 63 Times Cited: 0 Find Related Records Information Abstract: Long-term clinical observations and ongoing studies have shown significant antitumor effect of external Qi of Yan Xin Qigong which originated from traditional Chinese medicine. In order to understand the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying the antitumor effect of external Qi of Yan Xin Qigong, we have examined its cytotoxic effect on BxPC3 pancreatic cancer cells and its effect on the Akt and extracellular signal-regulated kinase pathways. We found that external Qi of Yan Xin Qigong dramatically inhibited basal phosphorylation levels of Akt and extracellular signal-regulated kinases, epidermal growth factor-mediated phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinases, and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase activity. External Qi of Yan Xin Qigong also inhibited constitutive and inducible activities of nuclear factor-kappa 13, a target of the Akt and epidermal growth factor receptor pathways. Furthermore, a single 5 min exposure of BxPC3 cells to external Qi of Yan Xin Qigong induced apoptosis, accompanied by a dramatic increase of the sub-G1 cell population, DNA fragmentation, and cleavage of caspases 3, 8 and 9, and poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase. Prolonged treatment with external Qi of Yan Xin Qigong caused rapid lysis of BxPC3 cells. In contrast, treatment of fibroblasts with external Qi of Yan Xin Qigong induced transient activation of extracellular signal-regulated kinases and Akt, and caused no cytotoxic effect. These findings suggest that external Qi of Yan Xin Qigong may differentially regulate these survival pathways in cancer versus normal cells and exert cytotoxic effects preferentially on cancer cells, and that it could potentially be a valuable approach for therapy of pancreatic carcinomas. © 2006 Elsevier Ltd. 3. Yan Xin's Free Energy Secret

My experience is that visualization is not necessary -- but will develop as a resonance from the formless awareness. For example one can also sit in this posture while practicing the small universe -- as I did today. Focusing on the body is the easiest first visualization since the mind quickly generates sensations are the energy cycles around the body -- thereby creating a feedback for visualization. Of course there are "different" levels of emptiness -- just read the books of Master Nan, Huai-chin! haha. Oh and yes it works for standing as well....!
  4. Magnetic Man!

Well that's easy! I do! haha. Seriously though you can take classes from Master Chunyi Lin at http://springforestqigong.com. He trained with Yan Xin's teacher and Master Yao -- I think they're both shaolin.... Anyway I could tell lots of stories that he's given about his abilities but he focuses on healing and has X-rays from the Mayo Clinic where doctors recommend his healing!!
  5. Shaolin temple

    What about this? http://wongkk.com/answers/ans02b/nov02-1.html
  6. Magnetic Man!

Wow -- who'd guess there were more of these magnet men! haha. Thanks.
  7. Yan Xin's Free Energy Secret

Yeah amazing I could find no photos or diagrams of the sitting posture but that makes sense since traditionally these things are supposed to be passed in some sacred or secret setting and in fact you have to practice in the Yan Xin group for 3 months before you can even buy the meditation tape for your own personal practice! Anyway I did find this new review of Yan Xin's peer-reviewed research studies and one of the authors is at the U of Minnesota -- there's another report by this same group stating that females practice Yan Xin qigong more than males. I found this the case for http://springforestqigong.com as well. http://apha.confex.com/apha/135am/techprog...aper_155039.htm OK here's Yan Xin's first lecture at M.I.T. and then a lady's experience at his Boston worshop in 1994. It appears that Yan Xin was in the U.S. from 1990 to 1994: http://www-tech.mit.edu/V122/N1/1conf.1n.html http://users.erols.com/dantao/march.html
  8. Yan Xin's Free Energy Secret

Thanks for the comments and questions. This article was published at http://mind-energy.net where links are given to my previous qigong articles published on that site. As regarding Yan Xin's posture teaching -- I got zany and googled "yan xin meditation posture." Here's the first link I tried and I'll see if there's a diagram... http://www.acupuncture.com/qigong_tuina/yanxin.htm From this link we can conclude that Yan Xin is back in China after 3 years of "exile" in the U.S.: http://www.michaelshaman.com/msqigongphotopage1/ He brought his U.S. students back to China for a visit!!
  9. Weird Stuff at Work

I sit in full-lotus at work as much as possible. Elsewhere as well. I was in a heated meeting with one of my bosses and she asked if something was wrong with my neck. I was in full-lotus so my right-brain vagus nerve was pulsating! haha. I was shooting energy out of the 3rd Eye! haha. I just "oh that's nothing!"
  10. Bi Gu- anyone do this?

I went 8 to 9 days on only half a glass of water. I had been taking classes from Master Chunyi Lin who teaches http://springforestqigong.com. He went a month with no food, no water and no sleep! Entering bigu means that you do not get hunger at all and instead the body becomes filled with electromagnetic fields. Water then pores from the 3rd eye down through the roof of the mouth -- this is called ambrosia and is created through some sort of reverse electrolysis. When true samadhi or emptiness is achieved strong electromagnetic fields spiral around the body so the room appears to be spiralling -- like a high dimensional vortex. At this stage you have powers -- telepathy (electromagnetic fields around you translate people's thoughts directly through your 3rd eye). Telekinesis and precognition and healing powers. Master Nan, Huai-chin, the Ch'an professor and yoga master, details in his book how at this stage the most common problem is Heroic Overexuberance. That's what happened to me and then the person "falls back into worldliness." Fortunately Master Chunyi Lin shot this energy into my third eye so that I can go back into Bigu fairly easily -- again it's switching the body to a free energy state. this is done by collecting yin energy in the lower half of the body and then transforming it into yang energy in the upper half of the body. There's a lady yogini in the book Autobiography of a Yogi who is in a "bigu" state using this technique. Also Chemistry Professor Rustom Roy held an academic conference on bigu -- based on Master Yan Xin's students.
  11. healers

Master Chunyi Lin heals everything and is recommended by doctors from the Mayo Clinic. He heals over the phone. http://springforestqigong.com. He sat in full-lotus in a cave with no food and no water and no sleep for a month straight! He's amazing: Late-term cancer, paralysis, AIDS. I think there's some MS testimonies on his site. Enjoy.
  12. Chanting and vibrational sounds

In my research for my masters thesis I discovered that yang and yin are music ratios! 2:3, the perfect fifth is yang while 3:4 the perfect 4th is yin. Only it's NOT western tuning. The fifth as yang resonates through the whole energy spectrum and the 12 nodes of the small universe, as per Taoist Yoga (trans. charles luk) are the 12 notes of the music scale. 14. DNA hears sound for magic

Here try out these videos of a qigong master. Should help you find the truth. haha. http://www.mind-energy.net/archives/209-A-...us-of-Java.html
  15. DNA hears sound for magic

The qigong Master I took classes from did full-lotus in a cave for a month straight: no sleep, no water, no food. Now he's a healer and works with the Mayo Clinic: http://springforestqigong.com. He heals late-term cancer, paralysis, AIDS, deafness and many other incurable diseases. My experience is that the small universe is the best to build up the energy so the channels open up but it takes a quiet protected area to sit a chair for focusing the mind through the small universe practice. I don't have that so I sit in full-lotus which better channels the energy but as I accumulate yin energy I need to shoot my yang energy out of my third eye. The yin is the lower half of the body and the energy is the upper half. So the yin turns into yang and the yang into emptiness or formless awareness. When the cycle occurs then I have an internal climax and my vagus nerve pulsates -- it's a female orgasm, although I'm a male. haha. But my yang energy is shot into females and then the female yin energy shoots into me. Of course what makes this happen is the emptiness or formless awareness which I think is female as well. Most of Nature does not need males. haha. If I don't eat then the process becomes much stronger and the electrochemical bliss converts more to electromagnetic chi and then finally to light. I then see white light around people. This current level of energy is of course after I had stopped practicing and my energy channels had closed up a bit because 7 years ago I went 8 days with no food, just doing full-lotus and small universe and tai-chi, while taking classes from Master Chunyi Lin. I healed my mom of a serious leg debilitation at that point but then I accidently pulled this lady's spirit out of her head! oops! haha. So that's what got me reading one book a day which resulted in the linked blogbook. enjoy! haha.
  16. DNA hears sound for magic

That's cool. I'm going be doing full-lotus all day. First day the university kicks in so strong energy on campus. haha. My dreams last night we're so wild and vivid! Had a good full-lotus day yesterday haha.

  18. Supernormal Powers from Internal arts?

Check out the new free radio interview from Qigong Master Chunyi Lin and you'll see proof of high level magic healing powers. I took his classes and he's for real! Wow. I even developed telekinesis, precognition and telepathy. I still have "O at a D" powers (orgasm at a distance) haha. http://www.springforestqigong.com/content/view/56/85/
  19. http://www.nonduality.com/hempel.htm oops -- here it is. It's not my website though! haha.
  20. ginger and vagus nerve

Wow I had this hour long talk with the student who saw me sitting in full-lotus. She had just gotten back from spiritual camp in Colorado with an Indian guru lady, Sai Ma. Anyway she finally asked me if "I could control that consciously" -- meaning the vagus nerve -- carotid contractions on the right side of my brain. There's a lot of material online about full-body orgasms and the vagus nerve. Females who had spinal damage still have orgasms through the vagus nerve. It's the same for men in full-lotus! haha. But the problem is that over stimulation of the vagus nerve causes acid heart burn -- because the vagus nerve secretes the acid to the stomach. This is discussed online on yoga pages. So this is why once a "bigu" state is reached a person needs to eat very lightly or else the body gets too acidic. I've been trying to eat a normal diet -- with disastrous results! haha. Now I'm taking ginger which is an amazing answer for leaky gut via vagus nerve stimulation. it's said that the stomach is the 2nd brain while for full-lotus the brain is the 2nd stomach! haha. Ginger works with the pancreatic juices which counter the stomach acid. There's lots online about ginger being a miracle herb. Thanks to the Vedanta student for help (her dad did medical research on ginger!) haha. Now back to the vagus nerve stimulation through the full-lotus. ciao.
  21. I did my masters thesis on music and taoism -- linked at http://nondualism.com/hempel.htm Basically I discovered that the Perfect Fifth is 2:3 is YANG and the Perfect Fourth is 3:4 is YIN. Western music uses logarthmic music which violates Taoism. Western music is based on symmetry while Taoism is based on complimentary opposites. The small universe is the same as the 12 notes of the music scale as created by the overtones of the Perfect Fifths as Yang. The full-lotus is the Tetrahedron made up of 4 equilateral triangles, each made up of two 2-3-4 triangles resonating as 2:3 yang and 3:4 yin. Listening is meditation and nonwestern music is tribal trance transduction. The bushmen culture goes back to 80,000 BCE and uses music to create the same results as Taoism. I have lots online about this drew hempel
  22. Master Chunyi Lin

http://www.learningstrategies.com/MasterLin.asp Has anyone else taken classes from this teacher? He levitated 9 feet while in deep mountain meditation and he spent at least 28 days in a cave, in full-lotus, with no food and no water. He does long-distance healing all the time and he teaches through a community college here in Minnesota. It's an amazing experience to take his classes! He sends energy to each student. thanks, drew hempel, MA
  23. Master Chunyi Lin

Well here's some testimony from my classes with him.... http://drewhempel.gnn.tv/blogs/14880/Testi...onal_Qigong_Day He works with the Mayo Clinic because he heals cancer so well! He eats only one small meal of tofu and vegetables a day and fasts one day a week. His experience and practice is very much like the book "Opening the Dragon Gate." I haven't taken his class in a few years because he moved his healing center farther out into the boondocks (less ghost pollution! haha) also I would need to take my practice to a deeper level so that I'm ready for stronger energy levels I think. Mostly I'm just too broke even though his class is the same as the community college class tuition. He does more retreats now as well and conferences which means you have to pay for the hotel lodging, etc.
  24. Master Chunyi Lin

Hey I like how you have to post in the lobby first before any other posts are allowed. I joined this forum because I had the Master John Chang videos posted on http://mind-energy.net from a comment I left there a couple days ago. Then Jacob, who runs that blog, mentioned some connections so I googled "John Dijang" or something and came across the Tao Bums discussion by Sean Denty and then the response from Michael Winn, etc. Here's my blog entry on my qigong testimony: http://drewhempel.gnn.tv/blogs/14880/Testi...onal_Qigong_Day Anyway I've written a ton of stuff online about my qigong experiences -- my old blog http://drewhempel.gnn.tv and on various forums: http://breakingopenthehead.com and http://unexplained-mysteries.com and http://conspiracycentral.info. I got banned from http://unexplained-mysteries.com and also all the "loom" science blogs! haha. The scientists get flustered easily! haha. A math professor just had me submit some research I did on Pythagorean harmonics and math to the MAA Monthly.... he said it's "very valuable" information and then I went off on how the "orthodox" Pythagoreans were right about bone pressure creating acoustoelectric fields. haha. If you just google "drew hempel" and qigong then you'll get all sorts of information. I'm not selling anything -- just offering my experiences. Back in 2000-1 when I studied intensively with Master Chunyi Lin of http://springforestqigong.com I got up to chapter six in "Taoist Yoga: alchemy and immortality" and then the strong electromagnetic vortexes spinning around me as I sat in full-lotus, during an 8 day energy feast (with only half a glass of water), lead me to read all the books of Master Nan, Huai-chin. I highly recommend his books! I sit in full-lotus while at the computer and most elsewhere. I have constant yin-yang eye laser energy exchanges for those of you who know what that means. There's a blissful magnetic force in the center of my brain and I often see light around people and I get precognitive dreams as well. My masters thesis and biography (U of MN, 2001) is linked at http://nonduality.com/hempel.htm
