  1. Secrets of Female Formless Awareness

Yes I recommend traditional nonwestern music. Every night I listen to Anuradha Paudwal's T-Series devotional music. In the Bushmen culture -- 90% of human history -- the trance alchemy healing was done to females singing all night long -- very precise harmonics in syncopated rhythm. That's what inspired the men to do healing. I also listen to shakuhachi japanese flute music, traditional Chinese music, gamelan music, African drumming music -- Dagomba music from Ghana for example or Berber hand clapping music, Ravi Shankar, Sufi singing music, Congotronics. Basically nonwestern tuning music is hard to find because most world music has already been westernized so that guitar and bass provide the structure of the music. For example I saw Baaba Mal -- the Senegelese singer -- about 6 years ago. My friend from Ghana said she no longer likes Baaba Mal -- TOO WESTERN. I agreed. His music has changed. The only concert I went to since then was Hun Huur Tu -- the Tuvan throat singers. That was awesome. About a month ago. Gave me the chills big time -- which is really a cleansing experience. I was sitting in full-lotus the whole time. More importantly than listening to music (sound is the generative force) is the PHILOSOPHY about the music. I've been doing a lot of debate at http://webofmimicry.com with the male musicians over there -- trying to "deprogram" them -- while they made me clarify my thinking. Basically the Perfect fifth is 2:3 while the perfect 4th is 3:4 with 2:3 as Yang and 3:4 as Yin. 2/3 x 3/4 equals the octave as 1/2 or FREQUENCY but 2:3 is C to G while 3:4 is G to C so that G x C does not equal C x G (and the octave does not equal the fifths). The Solfeggio scale or the Just Tuning STILL relies on the Western "inverse ratios" system which is not complimentary opposites. So even the "harmonic overtones" are symmetrical -- measured by Hertz - in the Just Tuning, because of how Archytas converted the 2:3 ratio into 3:2 and doubled it to 6:4 with an arithmetic mean of 5 to create the major third as 4:5 with 5:4 as the cube root of two. That's the foundation of western science with the major 2nd as 9:8 from 3:2 x 3:2 as 9:4 converted to within octave as 9:8. So these "Just" intervals are still based on the Western symmetric measurements while Yang and Yin rely on asymmetrical octaves -- not multiples -- that expand as transduction of sound through the whole energy spectrum. This is what Gurdjieff was trying to teach but he was using Western language and everyone misunderstood him. The book "Taoist Yoga" is the same as what Gurdjieff was teaching.

Yeah to get into full-lotus you need to keep the energy channels open. I usually have to do half lotus a few minutes in the morning. The small universe practice is really the best way to open up the energy channels -- combined with standing exercises, just a simple tai chi movement for example. This is the Spring Forest Qigong system that Chunyi Lin designed. Anyone can practice it. After that it's emotion and nutrition cycling which is always fun! haha. I don't practice a "spiritual" bigu diet -- one meal of veggies a day -- so I'm always cycling a lot of bad nutrition but lower emotions (bad) are actually just other peoples' extra energy that also is then cycled into bliss-light through the pineal gland. Have fun.

Well maybe the Kunlun energy is HIS energy -- or what he channels through his masters, etc. His secret lineage. That's definitely the case with qigong master Chunyi Lin. The more respect you have for the teacher the quicker the results but this is paradoxical because it also means the more self-discipline you have. Basically there's a feedback with the teacher this way -- but the source, the direction, the goal -- is a "higher frequency" or a "more intense" energy to try to put it in Westernized terms. The environment is very important. It's very easy to get attacked as being too self-righteous, too pure, etc. for having say a special diet -- or especially being celibate. Then of course there's people being attracted to your energy and having them wig out about it and then having to transform that reaction. It's all a matter of if you can ride the tiger so to speak -- stay focused on the female formless awareness -- in order to keep taking in the teacher's energy. The issue of being in a cult is always in issue. Culture vs. a cult. As qigong master Chunyi Lin states -- most of us can't be professional meditators. Well we can sure try. haha. That's why I've read one book a day for the past 7 years. How can someone claim I'm in a cult if I read so many different writers, etc.? The fact is someone will find SOME excuse to attack you for transformation of energy. This is why I rely on the full-lotus. It gets results quick. The teacher's energy is to be called on for sure but I think there needs to be a personal connection for it to be strong. A teacher can focus on only so many students. Qigong master Chunyi Lin has taught tens of thousands of people. The bigger an audience at one time the more energy that can be transformed by the teacher. But that's just one setting. Afterwards everyone goes home and most people don't keep practicing. This is why it's so important to follow the practice strictly. Each practice is geared towards the specific teachers energy focus. I just stick with the full-lotus.
  5. .

Well he has a chapter on sex energy in his book. Haven't you read it? Maybe you can share! haha. The bliss needs to be cultivated afterwards or it can be lost just like sex energy. He's just making a permanent connection so people can always open up the 3rd eye channel -- whether a person stores it up for stronger energy is based on the type of practice. If he's having people SPIRAL THEIR HIPS then he's obviously aware of opening up the small of the back for the kundalini energy to rise up. He's just adding to that energy. I'm sure that he takes in people's lower emotion energy and then transforms in his body as bliss-light and then shoots it back into people. That's how the 3rd eye cycles the natural resonance.
  6. .

I haven't listened yet as I don't have headphones provided yet but he means he transmits the energy. Either you tune into him by focusing on him and this creates a direct connection through the female formless awareness or in person he opens up your third eye. Sounds like he's not messing around! Master Chunyi Lin shot magnetic bliss-light into the center of my brain causing a permanent transformation but he did that only after I studied with him for about 6 months, doing intensive training. After the third eye is open then it's just a matter of more energy build up to open up the brain further. I've found that holding the breath while in full-lotus is REALLY effective to open up the kundalini at the base of the spine. It's more of a central channel thing than using the right-side vagus nerve transduction which is more of an side-external channel thing. The energy will just flow after the third eye is opened but to open up the third eye MORE FULLY than more energy needs to be charged up. That's the tricky part. haha.
  7. Ask Lin: What is proper meditation?

This is great. I remember that qigong master Chunyi Lin invited his students to a western piano recital performed by a Canton virtuoso -- Master Chunyi Lin's hometown. When I went Master Lin was going across the parking lot with his wife, another teacher. I was walking behind them -- on my own. Then before the show I went to take a leak. The bathroom was way across a big room and no one else was going there -- except Master Chunyi Lin, following me! haha. So we're in the bathroom and he looks at me and states, "I think you'll enjoy the show." Now here's someone who regularly transmits energy for healing -- long-distance healing even. All I could think of was that finally I can kow-tow to him. haha. We were alone and I'd never seen anyone bow down to him, on their knees, forehead to the bathroom floor. Well I didn't do this because I didn't trust my own thoughts -- they seemed too contrived even for something like kow-tow. Anyway the blending of West and other cultures is pretty wild. Dogmatic -- there's a biology of religion book that states: Dog is to Man as Man is to God. That, of course, refers to the "Alpha Male" structure of both religion and complex social interactions in mammals. This structure is harmonized by the inner ear method. Thanks Lin!!
  8. Ask Lin: What is proper meditation?

Hi Lin -- I'm just curious. You have spoken in terms of religion so you consider yourself an ordained lay monk I would think. Did you stay at the nunnery (I would think not) or how long have you stayed in a monastery for training? Also the classes you teach are religious classes then but I didn't get that impression from your website. Maybe I didn't notice it but you are requiring the taking of religious vows for your students I would think. Please share more so I can be corrected. Also obviously the website doesn't have a religious focus so.... I personally find the cross-over between the secular and religious fascinating. I myself have taken the tantra route of full secularization even though this clearly makes the accomplishment of compassion and practice to be a radical experiment. For example I've found that eating one meal a day is best for keeping a more energized level -- more chi and shen and jing transduction -- even though this is more of a eastern monk practice. Even most western monks eat three meals a day! haha. Also I rely on full-lotus to "empty" out emotions -- so that the mind can become peaceful and that solutions to practical problems can find their way into my brain. haha. Full-lotus though is a practice that does not require religion although it does require a very strong "fanatical" focus to be successful. My level of practice is not as strong as when I was receiving energy transmissions from qigong master Chunyi Lin and he does teach Buddhist sutra meditation as well, as can be found on his website: http://springforestqigong.com He states that religion makes qigong easier but religion is not necessary. He even goes to a Christian church once a week as well. This is obviously true but even more obvious is how very few people are seriously religious anymore. When I took his classes I had my costs provided for (as if I was a monk) and worked very rarely, close by where I lived, so I was able to really focus on practice. But people really disrespect religion now. Basically I quickly lost my innocence in terms of spiritual powers! haha. Then I've had to start all over again to integrate my new psychological and moral knowledge that I developed AFTER I obtained spiritual powers. So now I'm building up my spiritual powers again but with conscious awareness of transforming the obstacles that at first I innocently was unaware of. I think that religion tends to REPRESS a lot of psychological-practical issues based on physical distance and reliance on military protection, etc. Buddhism was spread through imperialism. Even in China the Taoists criticized the Buddhists for relying on imperial tax money. For example a strict diet -- not just vegetarian -- but no salt even -- is what I first practiced for my qigong training, as per the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" translated by Charles Luk, the Ch'an lay monk. That diet really made a difference because I found out that potassium is crucial to open up the brain channels, versus sodium. Anyway people really gave me trouble about my diet and so I just went the opposite way -- now I just scavenge whatever food comes my way. I mean even a little bit of salt tasted like poison to me when I did an 8 day "energy fast" -- on only half a glass of water and lots of full-lotus, small universe practice. Now I take herbs to counteract the sugar, etc. I really don't see "harmony" or even "social justice" as a practical possibility on the planet although I do pursue these goals -- only because it's the logical truth. In other words I'm no longing trying to "save the planet" or anything. The only real harmony is the empty awareness and this is the logical reason for doing anything else, because we are always already empty awareness. I rely on music as the model to explain the full-lotus practice or the small universe practice or simplified tai-chi or morality and just about anything else. I think you understand what I'm saying because since you come from a martial arts background with psychic training it's similar to what I'm doing. It does take PHYSICAL strength to process emotional energy so that it can be turned into spiritual energy that is stored in the body. There's a reason religion literally means TO BIND and yoga means TO YOKE. It's physical. It's easy for energy to be scattered through the third eye but to me this is really not a loss -- it's just part of the greater harmonization process. As Qigong master Chunyi Lin states -- the two main sources of energy blockages are 1) emotion 2) nutrition There -- now you haven't talked too much! haha. thanks for sharing. Back to my original question though -- did you have any lengthy monastery or solitary meditation training? I think this is really the key -- for example your teacher did a 3 year retreat when his mom died. Master Chunyi Lin did 40 days straight of nonstop full-lotus without taking food and water and without sleep!
  9. The Monks of Burma (Myanmar)

Here's another reference from your teacher -- I was trying to find out exactly how to get "complete ordination" at all the monasteries he set up here in California. Looks like you need to go through their degree program! http://huiheng20.blogspot.com/2007/05/ques...le-article.html
  10. Commentary By Ven. Master Xuan Hua

That's funny. I was just considering, once again, not lying down at night, as your teacher practiced. When I'm really tired I fall asleep while in full-lotus. I actually prefer this position for sleeping much better than being horizontal. The other day I actually fell asleep in full-lotus while in a cafe and I woke up when I started to snore. haha. Still snoring while upright is much better -- especially in full-lotus -- then on your back with your tongue fallen back in your throat, etc. haha. Anyway thanks for the link. I didn't know about his teachings here in the U.S. yet.

Glad to see you're reading Chomsky. My favorite books of his are 1) Year 501: The Conquest Continues 2) World Orders: Old and New 3) Political Economy of Human Rights, Pt. 1: Third World Fascism and the U.S. Connection (or close to that) 4) At War with Asia. Chomsky was nice enough to correspond with me and I critique him in my masters thesis linked at http://nonduality.com/hempel.htm
  12. Secrets of Female Formless Awareness

Well it's an endless process. Small universe is actually before TRUE samadhi. I recommend reading Master Nan, Huai-chin's books. So now I just sit in full-lotus. I don't practice small universe that much but Master Chunyi Lin states he does half hour a day of small universe (while he's in full-lotus of course). The full-lotus is a tetrahedron which is made up of 4 equilateral triangles, each made up of two 2-3-4 triangles with 2:3 as Yang, the Perfect 5th and 3:4 as Yin, the Perfect 4th. So the 12 points along the outside of the body are actually based on the solar calendar -- the degrees are discussed in Taoist Yoga by Charles Luk. But the small universe is the "water wheel" -- the very first automated solar calendars made by the Tang-Taoist dynasty of china (and also representing the resonance of Water or electrochemical energy -- yin -- into electromagnetic energy -- yang or chi). Each point has yin and yang within it and the back channel is yang and the front is yin. In terms of music this can be seen as the Perfect 5th as the yang or back channel -- 2:3 of the octave -- and the perfect 4th is 3:4 of the octave - as the front channel. It can also been seen as the 12 notes of the scale made from the Perfect 5th -- C to G to D to A -- E-B-F#-C#-G# back to C -- but if you take that same scale going backwards then the notes are Perfect 4ths. G to C is Perfect 5th while C to G is Perfect 4th. The same can be said about the 12 harmonic nodes along the outside of the body. If you get the "small universe" practice tape ($3 clearance) or 1 hr. c.d. from http://springforestqigong.com Master Chunyi Lin uses OM for the lower tan tien and MUA for the heart-mind point and then rotates OM (lower tan tien)-MUA (bladder)-OM (base of torso)-MUA (tip of tailbone)-OM (base of back)-MUA (kidneys), etc. Again my masters thesis gives the sources on why Yin and Yang are music intervals -- 2:3 and 3:4 -- it's linked at http://nonduality.com/hempel.htm The reason I think this music perspective is important is because it goes beyond any one practice and even any one culture -- all humans use the 1-4-5 music intervals for music and in nonwestern music this is the pathway for healing and paranormal powers, etc. Also this analysis shows exactly why the WEST cuts off the paranormal powers and then projects them as technology which is destroying nature, etc. After the small universe opens up then the central channel is used -- and this is said to be 7 to 9 energy centers -- the same as the DIATONIC music scale (instead of the chromatic scale). While the pentatonic scale is based on the 5 organ cycle. It's all generated from yin-yang-female formless awareness. music professor Ernest McClain has an article on the connection between the Solar-Lunar calendar and harmonics. He states that the spiral of fifths as 12 notes is equivalent to the rising of the dragon or snake. This is of course the Kundalini energy. But please note that McClain still uses logarithmic inversions NOT complimentary opposites -- so he's projecting a Western analysis -- back onto Sumerian cosmology. It may be accurate -- it is for Babylon -- but not for China. http://www.new-universe.com/pythagoras/mcclain.html

I actually worked with Burmese refugees to stop the military regime. I got the U of MN to divest $1.5 million of their stock from Total Oil, the French company using slave labor in Burma. A judge in Europe just reopened the lawsuit against Total Oil so it looks like they may finally be held accountable and the recent U.N. pressure just got the regime to release all their political prisoners (supposedly). Here's me launching the campaign: http://www.mndaily.com/daily/1998/01/06/ne...m1/p1burm1.html My Burmese friend knew a monk who had been taken on as a child -- he was absconded on a train by another monk! Anyway when my friend remet this monk the monk had telekinetic powers. My friend then showed me this hunk of metal with special writing on it -- he said he saw the monk transform the metal -- bend it and put special writing on it - without even touching the metal. Just using his brain. My Burmese friend has now started a temple with a monastery here in Minnesota. Last time I talked to him, about a year ago, he was looking for Burmese monk refugees to actually take over the monastery. Another really crazy thing about Burma is that the military has used slave labor to build monastery retreats for Westerners who want to practice Buddhist meditation. Pretty creepy that Westerners don't research the background of this stuff -- or would rather not want to know. This is happening with this huge Buddha statue being put in N. India even though it's displacing several VILLAGES and the local farmers are against it. The Western Buddhist foundation is pushing the statue through stating they are not responsible if India does not have a democracy. CRAZY. Anyway so the military regime of Burma wants the "power" yoga while the democracy movement -- Aung San Suu Kyi -- practices only mind yoga -- with no use of powers -- just focused on the emptiness of Hinayana (or vipassana).
  14. Secrets of Female Formless Awareness

It's retention or Kumbaka "bottling up" -- I searched muladhara -- the tailbone chakra and kumbaka and this gnostic site seems to have found this same Tantric secret: http://www.gnosticteachings.org/forum/inde...?showtopic=3784 Now, retain the air in your lungs, that is, perform a kumbaka (retention of the air). After the kumbaka, exhale the air slowly and steadily through both nasal cavities and inhale again through both nasal cavities. Retain the air again and exhale through both nasal cavities. When you are inhaling the air, send the inhaled Prana downwards, and imagine the Three Breaths of pure Akasha (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) descending through the nadis Pingala, Sushumna, and Ida respectively, so to mix it with the sexual energy in the chakra Muladhara, where the Kundalini abides
  15. Secrets of Female Formless Awareness

Oops -- my past reply needs to be completed and then I'll respond to the question. Bhaį¹į¹Äcārya, Brajamādhaba. Title The world of Tantra / B. Bhattacharya. Published New Delhi : Munshiram Manoharlal Publishers, 1988. OK I had gotten John White mixed up with David Gordon White. John White is the Moonie publisher! Paragon House -- anyway he's not exactly an expert but Professor David Gordon White is a bit too academic. So this "World of Tantra" does actually mention the Sahaja Maithuna or whatever. It's a cool book but most of it is fairly vapid prose without any details. There's some great details though if you dig through the book. The World of Tantra is almost 500 pages with the index -- fine print -- it's a thorough examination of the true esoteric scene in India (well not as high powered as Autobiography of a Yogi... or Ramakrishna, etc.) Anyway this author states that physical coitus is practiced in the very beginning but true tantra does not use physical coitus. This totally confirms my own practice because the whole point is to generate electromagnetic fields for healing through light while physical stimulation of the "lingus" just turns the generative force (blissful heat) back into water-seed. The West is too fixated on physical sex in tantra. Professor Hugh B. Urban is an expert on the failings of Western tantra. Also the famous "Om Mani Padme Hum" or "jewel in the lotus" really comes from India (as another book on that mantra details) and it does actually mean Jewel -- clitoris Lotus -- vulva or triangle. Pretty funny when you realize it's the central mantra of Tibetan Buddhism. Professor David Gordon White states that the secret for physical coitus tantra is that the man is to first suck the clitoris until the female climaxes and then the man drinks the fluid in order to recharge what he looses when he climaxes. Anyway again if there's any loss of fluid it takes awhile to recharge that -- ionize it -- back into bliss-heat and then ionize it into electromagnetic light. Whereas real tantra -- full-lotus 3rd eye yang bliss-light "O at a D" as a I call it -- doesn't build up power for the male but it does harmonize the energy of both people -- cycling it through so that the lower emotions are transformed into bliss-light energy. The World of Tantra book states that in the end all men crave solitude and thats why sleep was created.... hmm.. but it is true that yogic powers are only built up by the continual conversion of sex energy into stronger electromagnetic light energy that is stored in the lower belly. So at that point no food or next to no food is eaten and a person has to be very careful not to sleep too much and to also convert all physical lower emotions back into electromagnetic light before sleep, etc. Of course as the power gets greater then people around you have stronger reactions, and so on. Again Western logic is dualistic because it's premised on containing infinity in a binary axiom -- proof by contradiction. Complimentary opposites is a process of resonance of female formless awareness. It's impersonal -- or emptiness as consciousness. The female formless awareness RESONATES as spacetime and matter-energy. But to understand how to resonate with the female formless awareness -- to make contact -- the process relies on complimentary opposites. So again C to G is 2:3 while G to C is 3:4. This is NOT stating that 2:3 is the inverse of 3:2 nor is it stating 1/x is the inverse of x/1. The process to apply complimentary opposite harmonics is based on the book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality stating that the lower body is yin as electrochemical energy while the upper body is yang as electromagnetic energy. When the yang descends through female formless awareness or "essential nature" -- the source of the heart-mind -- then it charges up the yin energy creating great heat. The Bushmen call this heat in the belly N/UM. As further ionization occurs (through ultrasound or listening to the source of thoughts) -- then further electromagnetic fields are created from the ionized electrochemicals. Using Mind Yoga (or descent of the yang) is not an effective process since the life-force of the body is the yin energy -- the kidney or internal reproductive energy. The small universe practice, as taught in Taoist Yoga, is called "playing the flute with no holes" because in Taoist yin and yang are 2:3 and 3:4 which create the 12 notes of the music scale and also the 12 harmonic notes along the outside of the body. This same teaching is found in Gurdjieff.
  16. Secrets of Female Formless Awareness

Yes well even "information" is now the accepted cutting edge paradigm of science. There's two new books solely focused on "information" -- both by physics writers -- but this "information" is either based on geometry or binary logic -- discrete bits -- there's no concept of a female source as consciousness derived from complimentary opposite harmonics. I was just reading "The World of Tantra" by this Indian adept and world traveller (I'll get the library citing....)
  17. Secrets of Female Formless Awareness

OK I was going over that Metahistory site. I remember now that I was referred to it because I was promoting Stan Gooch on http://breakingopenthehead.com and John Lash has Colin Wilson's interview with Gooch. I have about 5 letters from Gooch as we've corresponded for the past couple years. His books are excellent but he's pretty much against yoga since he thinks that the chakra system is a psychological projection. Again Gooch doesn't understand harmonics as complimentary opposites -- how the small universe is the 12 notes of the scale based on yin and yang and how the full-lotus is made up of 2-3-4 or yin-yang harmonics as a tetrahedron. Again geometry (the tetrahedron, etc.) in the West is not understood as complimentary opposites. So this is why gnosticism gets stuck in conceptual thinking without a permanent physiological transformation enabling transmission of energy through the 3rd eye, via the full-lotus. On "sahaja maithuna" in gnosticism -- we have the same problem. I'll go research this as Professor John White's book is in the basement of the library I'm in and the below reference states that the Gnostic use of the term is not the same as in Eastern tantra.... Unmarried disciples, although not in all branches of the Gnostic movement, are taught a transmutation exercise also known by a Tantric term, Vajroli Mudra (although in Tantra this term carries different meanings (White, 1996), as does Sahaja Maithuna). This exercise consists in special postures followed by a firm massage of the sexual organs (Weor, 1983: 136-145).

It looks interesting but I was directed to his website -- metahistory -- a couple years ago when I started posting on http://breakingopenthehead.com and I didn't see much that was innovative at metahistory. He had a good article on Martin Pretchel -- author of "Secrets of the Talking Jaguar" which is the best book on Mayan shamanism (in contrast to all the Arguelles spam). So I'm sure the Lash book is cool and I'll see if it's available in any library here in the Twin Cities. After looking at the Amazon description I was reminded of Morris Berman's "Coming to our Senses" which is also a gnostic -- spiritual ecology book (written in the 80s). Berman did his Ph.D. in philosophy of science and his books are excellent -- although have already been lost in the post-internet literati realm. haha. But, like Berman, I doubt that Lash understands the secret of harmonics as complimentary opposites. The Gnostics mainly used fasting like the Sufis -- whereas the system of alchemical harmonics using the small universe was used in India (read Mircea Eliade) and China (Charles Luk). The spiritual left is good at pointing out the problem but any specifics for solving it are lacking. Mantak Chia is the best known promoter of the small universe as the microcosmic orbit but Mantak Chia does not teach full-lotus which is way more effective in results than just sitting in a chair visualizing energy, etc. Of course if you can devote a focused practice of just small universe while in solitude you'll get the same results as full-lotus. Thanks for the heads up on Lash though.
  19. Secrets of Female Formless Awareness

Well you'll have to read chapter 4 of my blogbook -- "Secrets of the Greek Freemasonic Miracle" -- http://mothershiplanding.blogspot.com. I give the Kepler connection at the end of that chapter and I discuss Kepler elsewhere in the blogbook. Kepler did not accept irrational numbers but he did accept a geometry-based Pythagorean analysis -- he was a NeoPlatonist but also realized that number is male and female. For example Euler demonstrates with continued fractions that 1 = 0, etc. Basic logical paradoxes in math. Western math, referring to the cipher system, simply states well you can't divide by zero then and we just convert the continued fractions into irrational numbers. The issue I'm raising is that the cipher system relies on symmetry based on the commutative property while nonwestern numbers do not line up with phonetic symbols using a one-to-one correspondence. It's not just a number divided by a symbol - it's the conversion of continued proportions or continued fractions into the irrational number as a converging series (whereby number was inherently tied to geometry). Nonwestern music states that number does not need to have a one-to-one correspondence with letter on a point or line -- rather the logic of number resonates through asymmetry or complimentary opposites (as pure inference, without a need to "contain" infinity using symmetry). This means that you LISTEN to the source of one as the source of the I-thought or in western math, "A" as the Golden Ratio, a continued fraction of one. "A" comes from the upside down bull head in Sumerian ideograms -- used in the first Western axiom: "I Am that I Am" -- whereby I refers to one and "AM" refers to 2:3:4 or OHM, AUM, AMEN, etc. and "that" refers to turiya -- the 4th state of awareness, beyond deep sleep. God comes from the Indo-European word GOTT meaning BULL just as Brahman means BULL and Canis Major in Egyptian cosmology is the BULL, etc. In other words plow-based farming was managed through a ritual sacrifice priestly geometry (Freemasonry) using a Solar-based calendar. The lunar calendar was pure number -- scratches on bones going back some 80,000 years ago -- while the Solar calendar is dependent on left-brain phonetic logic using divide and average geometry. Try subtracting 359 from 364 using Sumerian ideograms. There was no way to standardize the farming calendar with the lunar cycle -- so the 60-based number system switched to using zero and a 10-based number system with 4:5, the major third, as the pivot point through harmonics -- 5:4 converging to the cube root of two. The Gods of Babylon and Sumeria were RATIOS. So the Greeks stated that Golden Ratio was A:B::B:A + B. Which in frequency ratio form creates the harmonic just ratios 3:5 and 5:8. But to convert the continued fraction of the Golden Ratio into an irrational number the minor sixth harmonic must be REVERSED so that the symmetric cipher logic of zero can be used -- what Plato called "negative infinity" or apeiron. So 5:8 as frequency has to become 8:5 so that Archytas could plug it into his geometric mean equation, coming from the Babylonian harmonic tetrad as 6:8::9:12 from the 60-based number system 30:40::45:60. In other words the octave had to be doubled so that frequency could be converted to amplitude relying on a materialistic logarithmic definition, giving the square root of two. I give the secret in chapter 4 of my blogbook - it's from Archytas' proof for doubling the cube. As I stated math professor Joe Mazur reviewed my research this summer and has reaffirmed this fall that it is a "very valuable" compliation that he thought should get peer-reviewed publication. In otherwords the Babylonian tetrad is the conversion of the complimentary opposites into symmetry -- 6:8::9:12 is from the Chinese-Pythagorean tetrad of 1:2:3:4 only the Babylonians used "divide and average" logarithmics.

Thanks for asking. Just Tuning is based on the concept of extended the Pythagorean Tetrad as natural ratio overtones. So the Tetrad is 1:2:3:4 with 1:2 as the octave and 2:3 as the fifth and 3:4 as the fourth. In just tuning the major third is 4:5 and the minor sixth is 5:8 and the major second is 9:8, etc. The key issue is that 5:8 as the minor sixth frequency has to be converted to 8:5 as the Golden Ratio irrational fraction and 4:5 as the major third is converted to 5:4 as the cube root of two. The technical details are the focus of chapter 4 of my blogbook -- http://mothershiplanding.blogspot.com All of the above is based on SYMMETRY -- but the Pythagorean Tetrad is actually asymmetric with complimentary opposites. So 2:3 is C to G and this creates ALL the notes -- as Gurdjieff's Law of Octaves for alchemy -- or as the Chinese Taoist 60-note scale. 2:3 is yang but it's inversion is 3:4 or yin as G to C. Notice how C x G does not equal G x C or 2 x 3 does not equal 3 x 4. This violates the commutative property -- the foundation for Western mathematics which relies on a "one-to-one correpondence of letter and number" or algebra and geometry. This is true for all of western science -- as detailed in math professor Joe Mazur's new book: "Why Beauty is Truth: A history of symmetry." (2007). So Just Tuning STILL does not recognize that the Pythagorean Tetrad is based on COMPLIMENTARY OPPOSITES -- instead of equal-spaced natural numbers (i.e. the same space between 1:2:3:4, etc.) -- so that 5:4 and 8:5 are used with the geometric mean system of Archytas (a divide and averge convergence relying on symmetry).

Fear reactions are just a symptom of your kidney (or will power) energy not being ionized. Just ask Stanford Professor Robert Sapolsky, author of "The Trouble with Testosterone" -- he and I've corresponded. Today I read "In Search of Klingsor" by Jorge Volpi (2003). Usually I don't read fiction but this is one of those "faction" books that is mostly about quantum physics and philosophy and the Nazis, etc. It's way better than that "Infinite Jest" math fiction writer -- David Foster Wallass. Anyway the book focuses on Godel, of course, how the truth in math is either unproveable or if it's proven false it's inconsistent. Pretty funny that all your all comments don't even appreciate logic discovered in the 1930s. Today I had a fascinating "O at a D" with an African-American in full burka. No it was not a McDonalds but she did sit right across from my full-lotus gaze -- in the only place in the cafe where this was possible. Half my body faced a wall so my gaze had a very narrow range of focus. I actually counted the right-side vagus nerve pulsations. It took about 60 pulsations for "O at D," after the bliss-light transduction kicked in. Remember that this process is automatic resonance from female formless awareness based on complimentary opposites -- it's not based on symmetric logic of western science. If you want to find out the secret then just start sitting in full-lotus and enjoy! haha. Btw, her cold was gone after she received the yang bliss-light energy but she still had to stick her juice straw underneath her black face veil, up from her chest, in order to drink.

Again if you read the book I recommended, "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" trans. by Charles Luk, the process of creating paranormal powers is quite clear. I have several articles giving all the details online -- just search "drew hempel." The process is ionization of first electrochemical energy so that there's heat in the lower body which creates bliss. This is ionized to create electromagnetic energy which, when strong enough, causes the pineal gland to get ionized so that light can be seen outside of the body. For example Western science considers "auras" to be color-emotion synaesthesia or just misperception due to a cross-wiring of synapses. There's no understanding of the process of ionization transduction. Again sitting in full-lotus for at least 2 hours straight demonstrates that the transduction channels are open and this sitting should be indefinite as long as the third eye can shoot out electrochemical energy, via synchronized light, thereby causing the right-side vagus nerve to pull up or transduce more electrochemical energy of the lower body (causing an internal climax). This climax enables full-lotus to be continued (ending the pain) while the electrochemical energy shot out of the pineal gland enables another electrochemical source to climax as well. That's the "O at a D" process relying on complimentary opposites with electrochemical energy as female and electromagnetic energy as male. It's a low-level skill because it just uses consciousness (which is female) for electrochemical energy whereas if you use the third eye to shoot the electromagnetic-light energy back into your own body (the lower half which is electrochemical) then more of your own energy turns into electromagnetic energy, thereby enabling stronger powers.

Yes these are excellent questions. The Doczi book was introduced to me by a friend who was working at Kinkos in Seattle and Doczi came into his store -- back around 1992. My friend knew I had already written a paper on Bartok and the Golden Mean. Unfortunately Doczi still relies on a visual approach -- not an auditory approach -- with a dependence still on geometry. The basic "one-to-one correspondence" of the Golden Ratio in western thinking is very deep and only nonwestern music provides the secret to a philosophy of complimentary opposites. It took me several years to figure this out -- even after I had been studying the golden ratio and music-math relations in philosophy. As for the practicality of the energy - I call it "yang bliss-light" for the "O at a D" because, as Gurdjieff states, it's using the Absolute as expressed through the lower center of energy -- hydrogen 12. Or as the book Taoist Yoga states -- it is very tempting to scatter the vitality (chi) through the heart-eyes, after the "foundation is laid" -- chapter 6. So it's yang bliss-light because the bliss is the yin electrochemical energy but it's expressed through the yang vitality (electromagnetic energy or chi) but mainly through 3rd Eye synchronized light -- the shen. Generative force is yin with yang within it -- or hot bliss energy. But for the third eye to be open or the foundation to be laid this yin energy must be ionized into electromagnetic yang chi energy which then turns into shen or yin spirit-light. As Taoist Yoga states only when you can see light outside of your body -- as I can around people's heads -- is resonance with the female formless awareness (essential nature) achieved. In contrast mind yoga focuses on internal light with often dubious results. Better yet is to just rely on the full-lotus to demonstrate that the energy channels are open. So if my energy is low then my right-side vagus nerve won't have any yin electrochemical heat-bliss to transduce up into the third eye. If I sit in full-lotus the pressure builds up and greater bliss-heat is created which naturally turns into yang electromagnetic light energy (via the harmonics of the full-lotus as made up of 2-3-4 music intervals). This yang electromagnetic light energy is then naturally attracted to yin bliss-heat outside of my body -- as expressed through my eyes (including the third eye, most importantly). So when the full-lotus pressure is really strong all that is needed is for the yang electromagnetic energy to shoot out the yin bliss-heat into another yin source around me -- thereby causing a vacuum of yin bliss-heat in my brain and then the yang electromagnetic light transducing further yin bliss-heat from my lower body, causing me to have an internal climax via the vagus nerve. This enables me to continue sitting in full-lotus -- indefintely -- as long as this yin-yang-female formless awareness process is maintained. My yang electromagnetic light energy can be directed through my eyes and yin energy -- the stronger the better --- will be attracted to or suck up my yang electromagnetic light energy. So as the yin (female) source receives this yang energy (with yin within it) then the yin female source gets charged up and ALSO climaxes. The alternative is to keep my eyes closed and point my third eye at my palms which then reflects my yang energy back into my yin energy (which is not as strong as a females) and then builds up my own energy alchemy -- as long as I don't dissipate it through the above process. Again I have to stress that if my yin electrochemical bliss-heat energy is not strong enough then my right-side vagus nerve will not pulsate and I will not be converting it into yang electromagnetic-light energy and therefore I will have nothing to give to the female yin source. Fortunately this is rare and also the vagus nerve transduces anerobic bacteria as well (just as science nows that the stomach is the second brain, because that's where the serotonin is stored, so does yoga know that the brain is the second stomach, causing a "spiritual diet" to be necessary -- one meal a day and preferably very alkaline -- fruit and veggies and nuts, etc.) So if I look at females without any yin energy within the yang light energy to offer them then, as would be the case with a pervert, I would be attempting to TAKE yin energy from the females which they would not like. This has happened on a couple times -- once recently because I had worked a 10 hour shift and had not had a meal yet and had biked 10 miles in subzero F. weather, etc. But then I ate a meal and had an "O at a D" with one of my repeat customers who is an older lady yet has fairly strong yin energy. Basically most people are controlled by these otherwise subconscious energy dynamics. On the other hand the strong yin energy source -- a female whose basically has extra sex energy but herself doesn't know how to transduce that yin energy into yang electromagnetic-light energy -- will then give up her yin electrochemical energy to me while receiving my yang electromagnetic light energy. The synchronized light energy is love-bliss-heat energy. The same happens with the other lower emotions which are basically just extra energies in the body -- electrochemical -- that the person does not know how to synchronize and transduce into light -- therefore becoming repressed and then projected as oppression: anger, sadness, fear, worry. The reason it's the right-side vagus nerve is because the right side brain connects to the cerebellum which controls emotions and body motion -- through nonwestern music! The left-side vagus nerve goes straight to the heart -- so in mind jnana yoga or vichara the goal is to use left-brain logic (inference of the I-thought) to focus on the right-side of the heart -- read Sri Ramana Maharshi -- and eventually kill yourself. Well you stop your heart-mind, thereby "cutting the knot" and the consciousness then resonates again starting your heart-mind up -- but afterwards since the heart-mind has be resonated back to female formless awareness -- Shiva is the UnDead, and each thought or breath empties out to pure consciousness. This is of course hard to due because it relies on REPRESSING the sex energy and therefore repressing females who might dissipate your sex energy. The problem with mind yoga is that it still depends on the same ionization of electrochemical energy which can just as easily be "scattered" through the eyes or turned back into generative fluid via pervert males who have their consciousness focused on their lower energy center. The big difference between males and females is that for females the sex climax stays in the parasympathetic system -- while for males the loss of semen is activated by the sympathetic STRESS system. So the internal climax for males is orgasmic but there is about the same loss of fluid as for a female climax. But pervert males try to pull the generative force down -- turning the energy back into generative fluid or semen -- in order to feed of my extra generative force energy.
