Welcome to the crew, zenthoreau!! "The Complete System of Self-Healing" is an excellent read with many good practices. I'm an avid practitioner of the crane, deer, and turtle exercises. Working on the pc took my vision down a couple notches and after practicing the eye exercises, my eye sight greatly improved.. Also, I used to wax up in my right ear heavily, after doing the ear exercises I haven't had an issue.
