Good morning daobums, I have come here to discuss meditation, nei kung, philosophy, religion, science, etc. I am a normal guy - job as an actuary, climber as hobby, married, etc. Too many things of course. I practice nei kung for an hour or so per day. Also, I use some of Wim Hof's methods every morning. Occasionally I include moving meditation. Looking forward to some discussions.
