  1. In afluent societies, meals contain a lot of sugar and milk. These substances are said to harm the generation of chi. How can i abstain from eating them? Could i defeat my hunger if i became energentically sensitive due to meditating?

  2. Check out the first video for a freaky impression of scientologists. Defending their faith and practice by attacking those who disagree....

Count how often the depicted scientologists repeat themselves. How pathetic!

  3. it is my strong conviction that human beings cannot live joyfully in a contaminated environment (i.e. nature contaminated by poison and radiation). If nature is contaminated, then your food is contaminated and this has negative effects on your food, air and drinking water.

If this fucking inventor of reincarnation forces me to live without the knowledge of semen retention, then my body gets contaminated as well. The end result is the same like living in a contaminated environment.

Want to be taught empathy? Be made weak.

Want to be taught compassion? Be made persecuted.

Want to be taught less egoness? Have your life fall apart.<

I do not care about philosophy. I am convinced that i can be happy as long as my body is tremendously healthy (through the application of science).

  4. Without some traces we'd open for sickness.

Normal food contains many toxins. If potatoes are fryed for a long period of time then Acrylamide is generated which causes cancer. I would advise not to expose yourself to toxins on purpose.

I applaud my children when they get dirty

clay or sludge is not toxic. Some health experts promote eating clay and bathing in clay.

Apparently there are masters that smoke

It is hard to prove whether or not a person is energetically sensitive or not. Chi is invisible. Only few are able to show tricks such as heating their finger and igniting paper etc.

  5. Self hypnosis tapes are great, they are easy to listen to.

that might be worth a try.

What's your goal and why do you think you need to force yourself to practice an hour?

I meditate to conserve my jing. I have to conserve it before it is too late. Lost jing cannot be retrieved. As far as i know, the harmful effects of the loss of jing are irreversible.

My foremost concern is to preserve my youth and to have a long, healthy and prosperous life so that i have much time to think about its purpose. That may sound far-fetched but i believe that much which is unattainable for ordinary people (i.e. a strict, long term diet, breatharianism, resistance to coldness, hardening the bones) can be achieved if one is an advanced (and disciplined) qigong practitioner.

If you have trouble with stillness meditation, go on walking meditation. The trick isn't in what you do, but how and why you do it.

you misunderstood what i intend to achieve. I suspect that you refer to Osho. According to Osho enlightenment can happen when doing anything. According to Osho the only prerequisite for enlightenment is being centered, not wanting to be anywhere else and to accept that which exists (this is why you recommend a walking meditation).

I personally do not like Osho at all because he does not know how to conserve sexual energy. In fact, i even dislike him because he promotes taking drugs which destroy sexual energy. I think that the goal of life is to live gently for millenia, to live in prosperity and to be without frailties or diseases. I believe that only a qigong master can live like that (without diseases etc). I think that only a qigong master can understand the meaning of rejoicing. My greatest wish is to become physically immortal.

  6. Why do you drink tea?

i think that tea and coffee are harmful because they contain caffeine which decreases the amount of sleep. Sleep is necessary to replenish chi.

Moreover, tea contains fluoride and pesticides which are harmful, too.

  7. How do you maintain discipline which is required for regular (i.e. daily for long periods of time) training? Some chinese monks are said to train for eight hours every day. I am addicted to watching tv, to playing games and to reading the latest gossip news (paris hilton etc). This is what i do in my free time. It is hard for me just to sit there motionlessly for 1 hour or to do tai chi, for example. I am just weak, incapable and pathetic.

  8. When i have an erection and i stand up, then my penis is horizontal, nearly parallel to the ground. How can i increase my erection angle, so that my penis points up again? I remember that i could not even press my penis down with force when i was young. pressing it down even hurt at that age.

The site actionlove is very insuccinct. There i saw pictures of guys who got a strong erection angle. Do you have any idea what to do?

  9. Hello,

i am thinking about taoist techniques for many years and practice for many months on a regular basis. However, i am disappointed because all exercises i tried so far are quite time consuming and the success i had is not that good. In various books, the big draw is regarded as an easy exercise. Many people are mentioned who mastered it quickly and effortlessly. But i decided to train hard and to continue. One day, i progress.
