  1. Angstg,
Take a name of your highest ideal, then you've something to aim for/fulfill.
You are on the path :) Great, lucid read.
Searching this forum you may find some old-school gems.
Maybe you made vows in a previous life?
Keep your seed/vital essence minus procreation purposes.
One once referred to it as the Holy Spirit. It's a pleasant thought at the least.
Meditate/focus on that energy. Observe it, be at peace with it. Draw that energy in. Connect it with breathing. Move it through the body. Move it to the different centers; heart, throat, 3rd eye, crown etc. It's refined as it moves upwards. In the heart it will become love. Experience the beauty of women as you would a rose. Once you are in more control of it, including in dreams maybe you'll find a woman who you truly love on the same path.

    Retas = sexual fluid.

Tapas = spiritual heat felt in the body during meditation.

Ojas = spiritual vigor which is felt after union with and immersion into cosmic energies.

Tejas = spiritual light observed within.

Vidyut = electrical power which courses through the body during Yoga

    Jalandhara bandha – the throat

‘Jal’ means throat, ‘Jalan’ means net and ‘dharan’ means flow or stream. Therefore, Jalandhara can be interpreted as the locking of the energy flow through the nerves and vessels of the neck area. When engaged with Khecari mudra (curling the tip of your tongue back to the roof of your mouth), its effect magnificently heightens.  https://www.ekhartyoga.com/articles/practice/the-four-main-bandhas

Appears you are intuitively going toward this bandha ^
    Have faith in your intuition.
You seem well read, you'll discover more on your own :)

  2. The only artificial thing about nation today is it's definition, our language and so understanding of the world is changed/neglected. Nation = Middle English: via Old French from Latin natio(n- ), from nat- ‘born’, from the verb nasci . It's your biological heritage. Culture arises from biological heritage. Example, many type of birds each with their own songs, dances and distinct dwellings they create. Song/language, dance + organic architecture (culture) arising from genetics.

  3. Seems you've misunderstood. "Leftists" push for open borders, but these same people don't want refugees anywhere near them as shown in the above video.  As some here advocate for open borders in the USA, Europe etc but not for Israel. It's a double standard at best. More likely demographic warfare. Just as the Chinese use mass immigration against Tibet.  As one Israeli said in a FB video,   “As our enemies are busy killing each other or invading western nations, we here in Israel are up all night long, and tomorrow all day long, we’re celebrating 70 years.”.

I am for the West to throw off the rogue elements in it's leadership causing havoc around the world, withdraw military from all non-Western nations, to live sustainably/ national self-sufficiency.  No obligation to save the world - just to mind one's own business.

Most of it is done through taxation, 30-40%? At this point going toward projects undermining Western Nations/ not serving the majority paying taxes. Plus, paying debt Govs borrowed from private international banks haha. Print billions/trillions from nothing, charge people interest on it + tax.

My comment was sarcasm/ exposing the hypocrisy.  Like this.

Tucker to Dems: Refugee resettlement almost exclusively happens in poor working class neighborhoods. Let's make a pact. We move them only to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, the Upper East Side. Only places where rich people live. Why don't we do that? Oh, because rich liberals don't want to live near them. That's why.

  5. Say no to Islamophobia. Islam is a religion of peace. There is only one race, the human race, there are no differences, only Nazis want borders. Globalization is the future, diversity is strength. We are all equal. Mixing is good, it strengthens genetics, you all agreed on that. There is no such thing as a Jew/Israel, we are all just human beings. Terrorism is part of living in a vibrant, multicultural society. You all condemn the Nazis while acting like them. Europe is expected to accommodate 93% odd of the world population, Israel can easily help. Lack of resources is just an excuse racists would make.

  6. Maybe they were inspired by the Bible/Torah?

     Deuteronomy 7

    Driving Out the Nations

1When the Lord your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess and drives out before you many nations—the Hittites, Girgashites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites, seven nations larger and stronger than you— 2and when the Lord your God has delivered them over to you and you have defeated them, then you must destroy them totally.a Make no treaty with them, and show them no mercy. 3Do not intermarry with them. Do not give your daughters to their sons or take their daughters for your sons, 4for they will turn your children away from following me to serve other gods, and the Lord’s anger will burn against you and will quickly destroy you. 5This is what you are to do to them: Break down their altars, smash their sacred stones, cut down their Asherah polesb and burn their idols in the fire. 6For you are a people holy to the Lord your God. The Lord your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession.

  7. Gluten intolerance and adrenal fatigue + other related

"I am 100% cured of my 'adrenal fatigue'. I've been very unwell for over 7 months now (bed bound in July) and been diagnosed with AF by naturopaths and via self diagnosis. Allopathic doctors either didn't know what to say or suggested the possibility of CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome).

My cure? Cutting out gluten. Yes that's right. All of my AF symptoms such as extreme fatigue, foggy brain, balance issues, low stress threshold, irritability are also symptoms of gluten intolerance! I had no idea. Check out various celiac websites.

I figured this out while travelling in China where they don't eat a lot of wheat based food. All of sudden I was feeling good until I had a big bowl of wheat noodles one day.

Three weeks has passed and I feel amazing. 100% in every way. All symptoms gone. I haven't been tested for gluten intolerance but the drastic health rebound is just too convincing to ignore. I got my life back!!!!! Now within 15 minutes of ingesting gluten I'm back to AF symptoms and the rest of the day is shot." http://www.adrenalfatiguerecovery.com/gluten-intolerance-and-adrenal-fatigue.html

60 Years of Research Links Gluten Grains to Schizophrenia http://www.greenmedinfo.com/blog/60-years-research-links-gluten-grains-schizophrenia

The relationship of celiac disease to neurologic and psychiatric complications has been observed for over 40 years [7, 8]. Gluten sensitive patients also have a host of neurologic and psychiatric complications. However it is notable, based on the lack of gut involvement, that neurologic and psychiatric complications seen in gluten sensitive patients may be the prime presentation in patients suffering from this disease. Therefore gluten sensitivity may easily go unrecognized and untreated. Data suggests that up to 22% of patients with CD develop neurologic or psychiatric dysfunction [9], and as many as 57% of people with neurological dysfunction of unknown origin test positive for anti-gliadin antibodies [10]. Neurologic and psychiatric complications observed with gluten-mediated immune responses include a variety of disorders. For example, a PubMed literature search (dates 1953–2011) located 162 original articles associating psychiatric and neurologic complications to celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. Thirty-six articles were located for seizure disorders, 20 articles for ataxia and cerebellar degeneration, 26 for neuropathy, 20 for schizophrenia, 14 for depression, 12 for migraine, and up to 10 articles each for anxiety disorders, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, autism, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, myopathy, and white matter lesions. Because the vast majority of research to date has not separated gluten sensitivity from celiac disease the true prevalence of neurologic and psychiatric complications associated with each is difficult to quantify.https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3641836/

Grain overload, acidosis, or grain poisoning in stock

"Grain overload is also known as acidosis or grain poisoning. It occurs when cattle, sheep or goats eat large amounts of grain, and can result in acidosis, slowing of the gut, dehydration and often death. Veterinary treatment is required for severe cases." Signs of grain overload: depressed appearance, lying down, diarrhoea, dehydration and thirst, bloating (of the left side of the abdomen), staggery or tender gait and 'sawhorse' stance, deaths." https://www.agric.wa.gov.au/feeding-nutrition/grain-overload-acidosis-or-grain-poisoning-stock

"According to a new survey, 74 percent of Americans are living with digestive symptoms like diarrhea, gas, bloating and abdominal pain. But what many people may not know is that these symptoms could indicate a more serious condition."

“Over half of them never discussed it with their doctor,” said Dr. Rashini Raj, a gastroenterologist at NYU Langone Medical Center in New York City, on behalf of AbbVie Pharmaceuticals, who commissioned the survey. “And that’s probably the most alarming part for me, because as you know, sometimes this can be a sign of a more serious underlying condition: celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, EPI or exocrine pancreatic insufficiency -- so these are symptoms you shouldn’t ignore, and unfortunately a lot of people don’t feel comfortable talking about them.”

"...protein and cereal grains are metabolized to acid and thus are acid-producing or acidogenic" https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2630872/

"Gluten-containing cereals are a main food staple present in the daily human diet, including wheat, barley, and rye. Gluten intake is associated with the development of celiac disease (CD) and related disorders such as diabetes mellitus type I, depression, and schizophrenia.

[The Gluten/Casein Peptides Test can determine the inability to digest wheat, rye, barley, and milk. These undigested proteins, called peptides, are associated with gastrointestinal, neurological, and neuro-developmental disorders.

The peptides from gluten and casein can react with opiate receptors in the brain, thus mimicking the effects of opiate drugs like heroin and morphine. These compounds, called neuropeptides, have been shown to react with areas of the brain's temporal lobes that are involved in speech and auditory integration. Neuropeptides also decrease the ability to feel pain and effect cognitive function.

Gliadorphin (or gluteomorphin) is a peptide derived from the wheat protein gluten. Other related grains such as rye, barley and oats also contain the sequence of amino acids found in gluten. Gliadorphin is very similar to casomorphin. Gliadorphin has been verified by mass spectrometry techniques to be present in urine samples of children with autism. Both casomorphin and gliadorphin are composed of seven amino acids, which are abbreviated below. Both caseomorphin and gliadorphin start with the beginning N-terminal sequence tyr-pro (for tyrosine and proline) and the additional pro (proline) in positions 4 and 6 of both peptides, as indicated below.

Casomorphin is a peptide derived from the milk protein casein. Casein is one of the major proteins in the milk of all mammals including cows, goats, and humans.

Dr. Reichelt in Norway, Dr. Cade at the University of Florida, and others found that urine samples from people with autism, PDD, celiac disease and schizophrenia contained high amounts of the casomorphin peptide. These peptides could also be elevated in other disorders such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and depression based on anecdotal reports of symptom remission after exclusion of wheat and dairy.] https://www.greatplainslaboratory.com/glutencasein-peptides-test/

They are characterised by a high glutamine and proline content and are generally soluble only in strong alcohol solutions. Treatment with Potassium Bicarbonate Lowers Calcium Excretion and Bone Resorption in Older Men and Women ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Fruits and vegetables are metabolized to bicarbonate and are thus alkali-producing, whereas protein and cereal grains are metabolized to acid and thus are acid-producing or acidogenic. On average, American diets tend to be acidogenic, producing an excess of about 75 mEq of acid per day (1). With aging there is a decline in renal function (2,3), a decreased capacity to excrete hydrogen ions, and a gradually increasing metabolic acidosis. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2630872/

Effects of Dietary Acid Load on Exercise Metabolism and Anaerobic Exercise Performance

The general strategy used for the low-PRAL diet was to increase the consumption of alkaline-promoting foods such as fruits and vegetables and to reduce the consumption of acid-promoting foods such as meats, cheeses, and grains (Welch et al., 2008).

The present study also showed that an alkaline-promoting diet (i.e. rich in fruits and vegetables and low in meat and grains) improves anaerobic exercise performance by 21%.
    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4424466/

The positive link between bone health and fruit/vegetable consumption has been attributed to the lower renal acid load of a diet high in alkaline-forming fruit/vegetables. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23827128

Acidogenic diets, commonly measured by the potential renal acid load (PRAL), have been linked with metabolic diseases including insulin resistance, hepatic dysfunction, and cardiometabolic risk. Vegan diets are linked to low dietary acid loads, but the degree of adherence to a vegan diet to demonstrate this benefit is unknown.

Since low dietary PRAL scores have been related to improve metabolic parameters, adoption of a vegan diets for several days per week should be explored as a diet strategy to lower disease risk.
    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28677099

The vegan gut profile appears to be unique in several characteristics, including a reduced abundance of pathobionts and a greater abundance of protective species. Reduced levels of inflammation may be the key feature linking the vegan gut microbiota with protective health effects. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25365383

The main finding of the present study is that diets resulting in a low systemic acid load (low PRAL) are associated with the attainment of a higher respiratory exchange ratio at the end of maximal-intensity treadmill exercise tests (1.20 vs. 1.14). As a result, individuals who habitually consume low PRAL diets might achieve the RER ≥ 1.10 criterion for a “true” VO2max at submaximal exercise intensities and VO2max would be underestimated if the test stopped when RER reached 1.10. Alternatively, individuals consuming an acid-promoting diet, which is common in the United States (19), would be less likely to achieve the true VO2max criterion of RER ≥ 1.10.

In conclusion, dietary qualities that result in a low systemic acid load (i.e. alkaline diets) are associated with the attainment of higher peak values for respiratory exchange ratio during maximal-intensity exercise testing. Such diets would typically be very rich in vegetables and fruits and low in meats, grains, and dairy.

Simoons (1978, 1981) hypothesized that the present-day prevalence of celiac disease across Europe is related to the interaction between genetic gradients, largely determined by the advance of agriculture, and historical patterns of cereal ingestion."

Lactose intolerance in North and South Indians.

    Abstract

A multicenter study was carried out in India to determine the incidence of lactose intolerance in healthy volunteers from different parts of the country. The incidence was found to be 66.6% in the subjects from two South Indian centers at Trivandrum and Pondicherry. In contrast, the incidence in the subjects from a North Indian center in New Delhi was much lower, i.e., 27.4% (p less than 0.001). The lower incidence in the North Indian subjects may perhaps be due to the fact that they are descendants of the Aryans who have been dairying for long and are known to be lactose tolerant.

Even so 20-25% of the European population is intolerant. A high percentage. Still widely distributed/ advertised, harmful to 1/4 of the population. Neither does tolerance = good.

Upon seeing this person, the hunters wanted to pursue and capture him, but the person leapt over gullies and valleys as if in flight, and so could not be overtaken. [But after being surrounded and captured, it was discovered this person was a 200 plus year old woman, who had once been a concubine of Qin Emperor Ziying. When he had surrendered to the 'invaders of the east', she fled into the mountains where she learned to subside on 'the resin and nuts of pines' from an old man. Afterwards, this diet 'enabled [her] to feel neither hunger nor thirst; in winter [she] was not cold, in summer [she] was not hot.']

The hunters took the woman back in. They offered her grain to eat. When she first smelled the stink of grain, she vomited, and only after several days could she tolerate it. Ancient Persian Inscriptions Link a Babylonian King to the Man Who Became Buddha

(Read the article on one page)

Dramatic evidence has revealed the presence of Siddhartha Gautama, the man who became Buddha, as far west as Persia. Family seals and records found at Persepolis, the ancient capital of the fourth Persian Emperor, Darius the Great, have been identified and associated with the names of Siddhartha Gautama and his father, Suddhodana Gautama.

The Persepolis Seals identified royals and other important personages within the Persian ruling sphere. Guatama was the name of the royal family of the Saka kingdom.

Analysis of Seals PFS 79, PFS 796 and PF 250 found among the collection of important seals in Persepolis, the Persian capital of Emperor Darius I, are purported to be the Gautama family according to an interpretation by Dr. Ranajit Pal ( The Dawn of Religions in Afghanistan-Seistan-Gandhara and the Personal Seals of Gotama Buddha and Zoroaster, published in Mithras Reader: An Academic and Religious Journal of Greek, Roman and Persian Studies. Vol. III, London, 2010, pg. 62).

The family crest bore the etching of a crown-headed king flanked by two totems, each a standing bird-headed winged lion. The Seal of Sedda depiction of a Sramana (Persepolis Seal PFS 79), a Lion-Sun shaman, is based on information gathered from a number of other seals the name refers to Sedda Arta (Siddhartha), i.e., Siddha (Liberator of) and Arta (Universal Truth).  http://www.ancient-origins.net/opinion-guest-authors/ancient-persian-inscriptions-link-babylonian-king-man-who-became-buddha-003001

    * In all of the early Bonpo texts Olmo Lungring is clearly located to the west and the north of Tibet in Tazig or Central Asia. Moreover, there are two Tazigs, one of a heavenly nature and one quite physical, located in Central Asia. The Kailas mountain and its adjacent region in West Tibet is only a pale reflection of the real Olmo Lungring, the original archetype, which exists at the center of the world. According to the “gZer-mig” and other texts, the region around Tise or Mount Kailas is only a copy in Zhang-zhung of the original in Olmoling. Furthermore, according to the “gZi-brjid”, Dimpling is the same as Shambhala. It is not necessary to pray and do any meditation practice in order to be reborn in Iran or the Central Asia of the USSR, these are quite ordinary earthly places; but it is necessary to pray and to undergo a purification of mind before one can be reborn in Olmo Lungring, or even enter it in this present life, because it is a pure dimension of existence (dag-pa`i zhing-khams). It cannot be seen easily with the ordinary fleshly eye like Iran or Central Asia or even Tibet can. But simply because we do not see it is no proof that it does not exist, for that is the view of the materialists….Symbolically Olmo Lungring is the geographical, psychic, and spiritual center of our world of Jambudvipa (`dzam-bu`i gling) and at its center rises the holy mountain of nine levels, known as Yungdrung Gutseg (g.yung-drung dgu-brtsegs), which links heaven and earth. It is a kind of axis mundi connecting three planes of existence- the heaven worlds, the earth, and the nether regions. Therefore, Olmo Lungring possesses a different ontological status than ordinary geographical regions and countries. In terms of our own age, it is a hidden land or “beyul” (sbas-yul), inaccessible to all but realized beings or Siddhas. This land is said to be inhabited by Vidyadharas (rig-`dzin) or holders of esoteric knowledge. It exists on earth, but it is not an ordinary country or nation which could be observed from an orbiting satellite or sighted from a high flying airplane, for it possesses a special reality all its own. It is in this world, but not quite of it. It is part of our physical geographical world because it is located in Tazig, yet it partly exists in another spiritual dimension, and although material, it is in a certain sense imperishable and indestructible. When, at the end of the kalpa, the world will be destroyed and consumed by fire, Olmo Lungring will spontaneously rise up and ascend into the sky and there it will merge with its celestial archetype in the heavens which is called Sidpa Yesang (srid-pa ye-sangs). Olmo Lungring is truly the imperishable sacred land. https://bonpo.wordpress.com/who-is-buddha-tonpa/

It's like Christians etc saying we killed you because you didn't believe in Jesus, it's your fault haha. Or, you will burn in hell if you don't believe in Jesus etc. "Due to Karma" = "due to sin". In this guise, on a higher plane of existence, he transmitted the teachings of Dzogchen and Tantra to a prince from Tazik named Sangwa Dupa (gSang-ba 'dus-pa, Skt. Guhyasamaja), who returned with them to earth. Thereafter he propagated the teachings and subdued many gods and demons for the benefit of humanity. It is said that in a future incarnation this prince became the Buddha Shakyamuni. According to Bonpo Lamas, this would account for the similarities in teaching and practice between Indian Buddhism and Bon. They both have the same ultimate source.

According to Bonpo accounts, namely the hagiographies of Tonpa Shenrab, the mDo- 'dus, the gZer-myig and the gZi-brjid, he is said to have manifested himself as a human being, as a royal prince, in the country of Olmo Lung-ring ('ol-mo lungring), located somewhere in the Iranian-speaking region of ancient Central Asia known as Tazik. This would correspond to the present-day republics of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan and parts of northern Afghanistan. In this region, Iranian-speaking people are still known as Tajiks. However, Olmo Lung-ring is not considered by the Bonpos to be an ordinary geographical location that a tourist might visit. It is a hidden land, or Beyul (sbas-yul) https://dharmawheel.net/viewtopic.php?t=4586

  17. Hm, I mean the seed of these religions seem to have occurred at that time, it may have taken 500-1000-1500+ years, it's seems an ongoing process actually. Forget that part if people like. Buddhism on the warpath/destruction. Some may find other parts of the documentary more interesting.

    Hi :)

  18. Why did Indian Buddhism attack Tibetan Bon? From this documentary it seems Buddhism was very active in trying to completely erase Tibetan Bon tradition and it's teachings, which weren't so dissimilar, also Buddhist attempts of making Bon seem primitive/Barbarian etc. Why is it around 2500 years ago you have these religions springing up hell bent on destroying native/ Pagan traditions the world over? In Europe it was Judeo-Christianity attacking Paganism. In Asia it appears Buddhism played that role. It's as though 2500 odd years ago a well organised group wanted to destroy/re-write history, take large parts of it as it's own and veil other things.

I lucid dreamed awhile ago being a monk and leaving a temple, for some reason this seems connected. The landscape seems similar ^ There was conflict between groups in this dream as with ^ I didn't want to be part of it. I was gifted 12 golden candles though I didn't accept them, putting them in a cupboard in the monastery and left.
