    Thank you all for providing this forum. My name is Steve Perez, I'm the head Sifu at Southern Five Chinese Boxing Academy (S5CBA). My background is mostly in Ng Ga Kuen and Lima Lama with a little sampling of Pak Mei and 7-Star Mantis. I'm now getting more involved in Ng Ga Kuen's Shen Gong and Chi Kung practices which led me here.
