I cannot agree with you more freedomrose. Sun Bu"er is a wonderful teacher with great " pruning shears" for postnatal energies. As Ms. Gonet mentions in her commentary this can feel quite severe.

I welcome the severity. When I feel  the feeling of  "severity" I know my ego has identified with something that is not De.

I thank , in great gratitude, any and all guidance from  the  Immortal Sister leading me to  understand, realize what an act of love disciplining a student is.

I have had some "severe suggestions"  and great support for transformations regarding my participation in the old Pengali Thread. There it is  for everyone to see , my post natal state. What joy to be exposed in order to learn, have realizations and insights to bring into my practice purifying the  Organ systems. . 

Your post is why I love being on the Daobums forum. I get to have someone explain in detail all the  science  stuff that I need to know for my classes and to satisfy my intellectual curiosity but am too  busy to  do more research  beyond class requirements.  

Me you say? I am about simple in my practices My scientific method is studying my  practice  energy flows . I devoted months to stabilizing the xuan state so I could  enter and exit at will.

 Once the  gate of Xuan is free to  pass then  the void is not far, nothing is far everything become so close and  spontaneous.

I am focused by  something already there. I  suspend all  though and use my mind to  take  cross section snap shots to quickly store and forget in the moment. Then after practice I examine. Then to  figure out what all those stored snapshot mean.  And  then what happens you say? Then I get an email  from daobum where someone has explained what I wanted to know. I LOVE this forum ! Thank you for you brilliant words/mind and time in researching.

I am speechless.That is so brilliant. I am going to need to study  what you have written. 

I have realized that this is the ONLY practice one needs besides holding different postures like sitting meditation or various stable standing meditations.

 

So it's basically melding the body with the whole breathe and I don't know the mechanics of it but breathing through the mouth or nose becomes trivial. I am sure most of you all here are quite aware and adept at this.

 

One one level Breath is respiration with the lungs , then embryonic breath is   when respiration ceases and the body is  nourished through the pores of the skin- this as you know is  prenatal breathing or  the breathing of  the unborn and on another level a  a BREATH is  a circulation  a spontaneous expression of the  Original Spirit " practicing" your body without the presence of  your linear or intuitive mind directing  the flow or  "breath" of the jing, essence, qi, blood etc .  yin/ yang  interactions and subsequent transformations naturally occur.It feels like being breathed instead of  actively controlling ones breath.  One such  "breath is described here   http://thedaobums.com/topic/39151-riding-the-phoenix-to-penglai-poems-of-sun-bu-er/

When I have enter the state of Xian and go deeper into the  Void all normal brain activity stops in terms of  thinking about what to do. My minds job is to surrender to my Authentic Self, the Original Spirit and observe only. Then the Shen has the freedom to practice unobstructed in my body between heaven and  earth. It feels to me as though the  template for the  circulation exists in the eternal and I  have relaxed  my humanity sufficiently that eternity may then express  itself in the born world.

 I am posting  from my person experience practice results from training I received for   Taming the Dragon what is traditionally  called Dragon Tiger Mating. 

 

I enter the state of Xian then  pass through the gate of Xuan to the Void.

 

 As I  become more and more relaxed a primary circulations takes over.

 

My mind is empty, my intuition stopped.

 

No thought of any kind. Body sensation with  Authentic Spirit leading a spontaneous  movement.

 

From the top of my head to  the tips of my toes the energy coming in is hot, heavy ( very , very heavy)and descending and contracting.

 

My whole body contracts from the  outside moving inward in what feels like  a multidimensional spiraling  motion.

 

The belt meridian then  contracts to the  point that  my navel touches my life gate curling my body  somewhat forward.

 

Simultaneously  my chin connects to  my big toes and beings moving  backward and forward  kneading the  qi like  bread or   like rocking a baby in a cradle.

 

 This movement of the  head connected to  the earth and the feet enhances the  energy between the  lower dantien, the jade pillow area , the front of the  forehead and the  sacrum.

 

My arms may  move with the  hand, wrist and elbow positions changing to direct the qi. Then  the pelvic floor opens , the earth gate expands to encompass all below.  

 

My knees bend  up and down kneading  the energy more purifying.

 

I  stand with this  flow of energy until it naturally shift. When it returns from the earth it travels  in multidimensional spirals up the  inside of my legs  but it feels like there are no legs only a  tunnel straight up the center of my body in front of the  spine out the of of my head into eternity.

 

 This energy feels light and cooler but still warm.

 

While this circulation is occurring the energy in the sacrum becomes very hot and starts pumping qi up the du meridian and down the ren.

 

The lower dantien then begins to spin like a gyroscope condensing.

 

The  pumping action of the sacrum then spreads through my entire body and acupuncture points  all over my body begin to  heat or cool synchronizing with the  pumping feeling at the sacrum and lower dantein then connect with  stars.  

 

The colors on my mind screen vary sometimes a Mandela of crimson with swirling gold sometimes a beautiful Caribbean  sea blue with gold swirling, other times a static solid white yields to  a dark black with  white chevrons speckled through.  Depending on  the organ system(s) being upgraded.

 

The qi is so strong and palatable I often wonder if my legs are strong enough to hold the weight.

 

 The strength of it feels like my body might  break.

 

But then it all changes and become elastic .

 

The sacrum is more static and the qi is less centralized, it   comes and goes rippling through my muscles and tendons , soaking into the bones.

 

I know the bathing has completed.

 

The final phase is cold.

 

Cold being misted out of my body for hours.

 

Ice cold in the midday sun, in the heat of summer.

 

Cold moving out from the  center of my very being returning to the earth. .

I feel opendoa is kind to give us all his energy. He is a great healer. Every comment  give qi to others. the secret is it does not matter how  he feels or what he send to u, he is a great healer,  If we know our practice ... before blood in the void all can be converted to original qi. Thank you  great healer opendao.

It is Universal Energy Governing the Rise of the  Great Yin on the Cosmic clock. As the Yijing counts  the  years  and season  of yin and yang rising the earth and humanity are mirroring 2500 BCE. Yang is declining and yielding in the cosmos nothing humans can do to stop this. A few peoples effort will not matter in the grand scheme of things. In terms of timing  effort it is good to be in harmony with how  the " season " of the procession of the equinox is going. Even right now Yang in a year is declining Yin is rising. Soon  the wondrous Midnight in a year comes. I can only do my best with harmonising with Universal Energies.  

 Sure I'm "emotionally unstable", "mighty warrior", "loosing energy", "not as experienced" and haven't even started any practice at all. I've heard it hundred times before. But for some reasons people, constantly repeating that for years, still got nothing at all and cannot explain even simple things in Neidan. Strange, ah? And you disregard any scriptures which contradict your qigong experience, dodging all the time to do personal insults and "valuations". I am working with  many  men and women committed to having Sun Bu er's  work made available to the  public. We have some lovely , honoring  things in store for the new safe  place Sun Bu er's benefactors on Dao Bums have graciously given her. We are all blessed by the Benevolence shown by Dao Bums moderators and creators. In my mind  they show true DE. 

As for OD, the world is full of all sorts of people living  out their destiny. He has no  effect on me no matter what he says or does. I have found, as Sun Bu er Poem 1 lines 5 and 6 from the title of this  forum thread, through my training, a safe home for my spirit. During the  silly dust up with OD, this image came into my mind screen. He Xiangu know how to rid an area of flies ; )

It's interesting, and I really glad you felt the most important things )) But I have to say that the "field of qi" in special places and from teachers is one thing, scanning others by thinking about them (or by analysing what they write)  - another. The field of qi is De. The scanning is an attribute of Shishen - cognition. Field of qi cannot be evil by definition. Scanning cannot be dangerous: people do it constantly in the real life, and nobody complains, so Daeluin has his/her own opinion here which is hard to understand from the traditional point of view... I got used to that though )) 

 

But obviously all that have no relation to quantumdragon's fantasies about ghosts in her bath tube, and various allusions to yinshen practice, which, as you know, is not used in our School at all. Obviously, she describes just her fantasies. I'm ok with that until such fantasies are not used as a weapon against other people, as it had happen here against Taoist Texts and myself. Girls got some feedback, but I really don't see any reasons to allow such behaviour from anyone, even if gender "is not specified" ))

 

Honestly, all these talks about "energy vampires" and "the forum member sucked my energy" are ridiculous illusions. The real ghosts do their affairs in a very different way :-( It seems people here are lucky not to know it. And it's very good. 

 

Speaking about women alchemy, nobody stops anyone here to discuss, but the published excerpt raises a lot of questions, and the company here has no answers to them, so they start their "psychic reading" to protect their world view. It's not new, but strange to accuse me or other men when they disrespect scriptures and wise words of real Teachers, written in such texts, when these words don't fit their world view...

Have you commented yet on your personal experience of the training described in the book? Hint it is not just for women...SURPRISE!  I would love to hear your commentary on your own personal experiences practicing the exercises outline in the poem Taming the Dragon.  If you need help decoding these I will help you. They are a poetic version of your beloved scripture. 

Like I said, I don't know what happened and can't make any judgments. I just hope that those who are able to control their "visits" are respectful and choose to visit with those who they have an established and understood relationship with.

Given the nature of how spirituality works, the easy transparency provided those with spiritual skills allows for a lot of snooping. I had tea with someone once who had been making progress with her training, and every time I mentioned someone she would tell me about that person's posture and mood, unable to even control reaching out to scan the person. My next encounter with this person was very different - she had learned to control her skill, treated it as something sacred, and respected the privacy of others. Even though I was standing right in front of her, she asked me for my permission before scanning me.

 

It is not like we need artificial boundaries to maintain some false sense of privacy. It is more to do with the reasons that people want to find things out about others, usually for personal gain and to make judgments. These reasons are unnecessary and contrived. Even in a teacher student relationship, intentional sharing is not necessary - the transmission is automatic. At these higher levels one would hope a higher level of virtuous conduct would be developed. But the stories shared on these forums indicate a very juvenile level of practice. Perhaps it is inevitable, as more and more develop spiritual skills. But I'd like to think more of us.

 

To be clear, I'm not saying this has anything to do with opendao. I don't know, and am not interested in pointing fingers. Just seemed like a good opportunity to speak of this general issue, as it has been coming up regularly.

I speak from my experience here. I agree we all need to follow the rule of polite society when dealing in the  "other worlds" . We all have heightened abilities from our  practices. I do not randomly scan  other people. I am paid handsomely for this task in my work life.Why would I want to read people for free? Really do any of you come home at night or on the weekends and just for fun work? The only reason this topic was mention was a violation of the laws.

 

It is not appropriate ever to energy someone's private space without permission.  From all the energy coming in here at my house I feel  we are doing something worthwhile here.

In y training we have  many classes in Ethics because we  have greater power and awareness than ordinary people. And without being at the height of awareness ( something I am not all the time) we  can and do invade other people's boundaries. 

 I am sorry if I hurt someone's feelings. I do go on auto protect when there are so many men the BJJ power just kick into gear to fuel everything. I forget sometimes I am not one of the guys so I cannot get away with the for  fun tussles you fellow  seem to have in good fun. When I do it it is not fun for you and it really is not  joyous for me.  

Even though my  auto protect mode was on today it was  modulated by trees who are  close friends and allies of all humans they would not let me actually hurt anyone physically or emotionally scar.

I think that works both ways.

 

A while back I discovered that every escalation began with some minuscule little ripple that one person felt, bounced back to the other, the other bounced back to them, back and forth, at first neither truly noticing, but before long, escalation. Both parties feeling offended by the other.

 

In cultivation I feel it especially important to take full responsibility, even when it seems rather evident we are not responsible. This is how karma is dissolved. It is unlikely we know how every little action we caused in the long distant past of lives we no longer recall will ripple back to us in the present. Even after we are 'enlightened' we still must remain calm before every storm.

 

With silk reeling, we don't want to break the flow of qi - and when fighting with someone, the way we answer that persons actions in a seamless, flowing way, indicates how escalated the fight will become. Personally I prefer the type of fight where one person escalates, but the other does not, always leading that person to emptiness and never responding with force. This way, the escalated person always must choose to re-engage with force, and can always choose to stop. But when forceful blows are traded, it rarely ends until both parties are too exhausted to fight, or until one of them is hurt. And even then the fight has not resolved, and both still blame the other. Vengeance is not the way to peace. Acceptance is.

 

It is true that one dances and flows according to how one's environment is shaped. And yet this largely is determined by what we are most sincerely attached to. Are we more sincerely attached to fighting with a bully, or dancing with the dao? If we have not other choice, then dance with the bully until another way appears, like Zhuangzi's cook. But you should be looking for nothing but emptiness in the bully, and the bully should find nothing but emptiness in you.

I will share my experience of the last few days from the perspective of my training. I do not  attack. My body has been trained for automatic protection there is no defensive stance . There are several choices in the offensive stance,  transform the energy, compost it or send it back or since it is incoming I may  take the energy and fuel my body with it since it is a gift.  My training has been intensive training purifying .activating and energising the organ systems, the extraordinary meridians and other cauldrons, gates, tripods and circulations for  Internal Alchemy. As mentioned in Sun Bu  er poem 3 page 36 Riding the Phoenix to Pengali translated by Jill Gonet

Practicing

Hold back the breathing and concentrate the mind

on the place where the Qi appears in the East.

Then , thought are  ten thousand unattached threads,

This is not  just poetry it is a highly technical document packed with  training codes. 

As I have said part of my training is to  learn to identify Yin Phenomenon inside myself and in others.  

Yin phenomenon come first , and easily.

My body knows before my intuition or my intellectual mind what is incoming. Especially on alert while posting on this forum.

There are specific circulations having to do with an  cleaned up spleen, and open alert third eye, and a female  curious organ deeply grounded in both heaven and earth that boots up the extraordinary meridians and a defense system that  help me get through life being very sensitive. I set  my intent today not to transform or compost but to return to sender. Granted it was an experiment. I just  did not feel like doing a group healing transforming, or composting there are too many of you boys and you are not my clients. I had so much help today from my mentors. I am interested in your experiences. You and I seem to be the only females willing to express ourselves on this forum thread.  My other female skilled  internal alchemist practitioner  friends reviewing this post are to bored with how this is going to  even bother to participate.  

I do not see you are in attack mode. I have worked with men all my life. I was the only female in the State in which I live to be the "boss", owner  of a business in the field I was in. All my colleagues were men all 100 or so of my employees were men. I have learned men  have fun dusting it up. It is a way the bond. They  disc" each other in playful and sometimes not so playful ways.  Then they go have a beer and joke it  up about whose technique is the best, who won the day  and so on. I have observed it is not personal usually. For them this is fun. I do not find it fun. But  to work in my field I had to learn to play their game. I have also learned that when I play I must not fully exert myself or someone's feelings will get hurt because I am only pretend on of the guys. As we have witnessed in the post reacting to my voice I will be lectured about how I am supposed to be, what I am supposed  to thing=k and how I am supposed to act.....in detail. 

 

We women do similar types of activity but not so overtly.  it is my opinion the Yang within Yin in our  culture is personified by the Goddess Pallus Athena, the modern day western professional woman. I also was arm candy, trophy wife for my husband Political life as personified by Aphrodite In my generation embodied by Madonna or Angelina Jolie. These goddesses and  real women have something in common. They are not  real authentic  women embodying  true Yin. They are projections of Postnatal  Western Male ideation of what safe Yin is.   

 

Athena is safe because the aegeus the shield on her breast plate is the head of the slain medusa. What is medusa? The raw power of the curious Organ only females of our species have.  Aphrodite seems safe because  she is available costumed aspect of the same curious organ. The  Womb and the Tomb.  

What is your experience? I cannot speak for all women. This is just my view for what it is worth. 

This would be unacceptable if the genders were reversed as well. Attacking a fellow Bum is unacceptable, whether it is a written ad hominem, a physical assault (or threat thereof) or an energetic one.

Leading someone's energy when they are attacking you is unyielding offensive movement- silk reeling. It is not an attack per say as much as it is  gathering the  energy of someone attacking you and sending their own energy back to them   in a continuous stream without your won emotional content fueling the return. . The skill is not  who is stronger but  who has done enough work to  have emptiness where the  attackers energy is so that when it is sent back the original  sender has the choice to react emotionally or  stay in their center unaffected. This is the skill of an internal martial artist whether the energy is internal or external  the stance is the same. Detached observation and commentary is a practice of internal arts. What another does  when  their own  energy is returned? That is up to them.

The first post after that by  man who had not red the book started the  whole tone of the remaining post. I and others like me, who have read the book,  posted sincere authentic experiences from our personal  practice only to be attached in an attempt  drown out, by self  professed male Taoist " adepts" copy /pasting extolling their  De , not having read the book at all, willst with all their might trying to silence the female voice in men and women posting in authenticity. Most importantly of all the Voice of Adept Sun Bu -er!

 Others gave up but I stayed here , until now, to see if it was possible in certain kinds of male energy to get anything authentic about their understanding of Sun Bu er's work.  I did receive , I believe,  the best of this  male frequencies understanding. I thank you all for sharing the truth of yourselves. 

I leave you  fellows with one last observation. I , a retired woman, mother of 7, grandmother of 3, 120 lbs. with words alone lead Opendao's  energy, a self proclaimed mighty warrior, into an uncentered flailing frenzy leaking Yuan Qi by the  buckets. If I were truly evil I would  "steal" his energy instead of just lead his energy. I have not done this act of stealing. I do not need to. I create new  Qi, Essence, Refined Jing everyday in my practice. 

I find it further interesting when a man's energy is lead by a woman in  a strong unyielding offense, its called a foul. But from the beginning of this post the female voices on this thread were attached and maligned and what.....nothing  said about such  a dishonorable state?

can you imagine? I can't. Totally insane. And they speak something about De... Even usual ethic seems to be something unreachable for them   Sad all that, very sad.

This is an experiment for me. I want to see how long my detached observations about you will keep you  leaking vital qi. I do not ask you to  be in a frenzy, swinging wildly at the wind. I just watch you under the microscope seeing if you will react or hold your center. So far all emotion no de.

I must say I too found it an interesting ingress route to my home as well. Maybe Large Intestine is how  OD prefers to travel reversing  " the course".  Who knows.  He certainly does have a toilet mouth ,so to  speak ,in a fashion  it make sense his cultivation  circulation is from external opening of Large Intestine to Mouth.

quantumdragon, it sounds like you have experience and skill with this sort of thing - but are you clearly certain it was opendao and not another? And are you certain you were seeing all? I recall the chapter in Zhuangzi where the master shows the seer different parts of himself, and the seer gets caught up in what is seen, each time making a different pronouncement, as each time the master shows a different extraordinary vessel, perhaps. I don't mean to say I don't believe you, just that I've come to learn to be careful thinking that what I see is truly everything.

 

In any case, the whole qigong vs neidan / prenatal vs postnatal thing tickles my sense that something is off. The Zhong Lu Chuan Dao Ji goes into quite some detail on working with the organs, and Wang Lipings book of methodology based on Ling Bao Bi Fa, Ling Bao Tong Zhi Neng Nei Gong Shu clearly emphasizes the practice of cycling the organ qi using the principles of the five elements.

 

So... Liu Yiming says that the organs themselves are just sediments, and perhaps we could say this means to not work with the postnatal. And yet, Liu Yiming clearly and extensively details how the operation of the five phases can be used to transform the postnatal into the prenatal. For internal alchemy, it seems to paint a clear picture that by using the five phase operation of the organ qi, we can work towards bridging the gap between the postnatal and the prenatal, and leading the postnatal manifestations back to the prenatal.

 

Certainly, to repair bamboo, use bamboo. But... that broken bamboo, resting upon the ground, decays, returning to the soil, and new bamboo uses those nutrients to grow. In this way the broken bamboo creates new bamboo. Denying the relationship between postnatal and prenatal, saying it can only work one way, saying we can only use the prenatal, seems to fly in the face of what we see happen in nature all the time. Death creates life, the old becomes new, again and again.

Personally, if you ever find my spirit wandering about your home, I would like to appologize in advance. Unfortunately, I am certain  the creature in my living room was Opendao.This type of identification is as easy as  determining if I am looking at a  fly or a bee.  It is not the first time members of his school have come to scan me.  My first contact with the  "mother school" in Russia was about 2.5 years ago. I awakened in the middle of the night  to two men scanning me. Their technique was a bit more sophisticated than Opendao's  unformed method of travel.  This was more military style Remote viewing in which a tasker, or controler send a viewer to a specific ingress locations  and the  two markdown, so to speak, the target for a download of information. In this instance they were seeking detail about the  school I attend. When I looked at them and began to download their information they  exited very quickly.  Opendao has the most  primitive i execution of the bunch.  I do not claim I know everything about this unseen world how could I see all that exist in eternity? . I have considerable practice recognizing energy signatures. I have trained professionals, Forensic Accountants , Chiropractors, Law Enforcement etc. to use this very natural ability. 

I would agree this debate over  which method is the right method is really quite silly.I seems contrary to authentic teaching which tells us to  be beyond success or failure.  Instead of copy paste scriptures and beat each other up about copy pasted theoretical knowledge/ info why not cooperate and collaborate. Share personal experience...you know actual result in a first person authentic voice? Be vulnerable show your truth. How else can we learn how to learn. I was not born a scripture in some book. I really do not read much. I go to class I receive the teaching/ transmission then I practice. for me this is the real education what I learn in practice and how it changes me to be in harmony with natural law. I see. You are not trained to do what you did.And you are not conscious of your activities when you do these  things.   That makes much more sense. I could not imagine anyone with  the skill set you claim to have  would purposely travel in such a vulnerable state.  I am new to your symbolic  language.   I was using the term ghost to describe the phenomenon I experience when I see a particular conditions in someone's energetic anatomy. I do not  call this kind of activity astral travel per say. Often ordinary people with no training at all can do this unconsciously with great risk to themselves. Qi alone strong or weak has no real bearing on the firing process. You do have some Qi and unrefined Jing. Your shen is not happy as it does not have a safe home. Make a home for the One Qi. Then you will not be so hysterical or afraid.

There is the saying that we need bamboo to repair a window made of bamboo, and no other substance could be used. And even beizong people cites a lot Zhang Boduan saying that if it has form you must not use it.

Do not mistake my assessment of Opendoa's energetic anatomy. with your body memory( postnatal stored emotions)  of another event not remotely related to my experience. I do not fear Opendao in the least.  He came to me. In  the best  "psychic form"  he could muster. I  was born with what many call " psychic capacities"  . I personally do not use this term because it implies special ability which  the natural human does not posses My experience is all humans have this as part of their organ system of perception. I have trained Ordinary  humans how to  open this Aperture before I began Eastern Internal Alchemy.  I have spent many decades refining this natural human capacity. Including but not limited to how to view my internal organs, what is called  by western science sub atomic  structure and the vast reaches of what we all agree with our ordinary eyes as the Universe. In Eastern Internal Alchemy I have learned to use this natural aspect of the human design to direct a variety of firings , circulations, etc. It is a wonderful tool, just as  is the intellectual mind but it is just another tool nothing more or less wonderous than the Liver or the Small Intestine for example. 

Everything Opendao is saying and generously making clearer on this forum for a long time already you can find it written black on white in the Nei Dan scriptures of different branches and offshoots issued from the Huang-Lao and Zhong-Lu traditions (please correct if this is not accurate).

 

The fundamental texts are very clear about the nature of the alchemical ingredients and in the later texts of authentic Nei Dan schools there is no discrepancies about it.

 

The arguments comes because of what Opendao rightly outlined.

 

 

False schools and teachers mislead naive, lazy, impatient and self-deluded people but with a good and objective theoretical understanding there can be no doubts and it's easy to recognize true teachings from the false ones at the first sight.

上药三品，神与气精，恍恍惚惚，杳杳冥冥。

 

"The superior medecine has three ingredients, Shen with Qi and Jing, indistinct and dim, mysterious and deep."

 

That means that the ingredients to make Dan are of a Original, Xian Tian, pre-natal, pre-heavenly nature and not of a Hou Tian, post-natal, post-heavenly nature whether it be for men or women and that's all.

I realize you are frustrated somewhat by what Opendao has said is a lack of result in your experience during practice attempting to simulate female orgasm and inseminating yourself with  sperm to bladder. I do not know anything about male practices and the great wisdom that exist in male  Phallus or External . I have heard  from advanced practitioners whose double I have personally seen and talked to that there is drawing up the external Kidneys of the male inside the body. I have no personal knowledge of what this  is for. I assume it is to bring the seed bearing organ in closer to  the dan anatomy  of the  male practitioner as part of simulating  birthing capacity. But I could be WAY off on this. I only  speak from my personal experience. I cannot say the steps of how an male accomplishes what has been done before him by many  accomplished male masters.  I also would never use my  other eyes  to spy on  a  males practice. Only when they violate the  Laws and show themselves to me do I see what they offer. In Opendao's case I  am left to  my personal experience. The advanced  practitioner with whom I have had many conversations , Companion was perfectly formed. It looked just like the real living man. The Adept  Sun Bu-er describes this in Poem 13.
