Why does he say that he doesn't charge money when he charges money. Just say the way it is don't lie about it.

Yeah I got some thoughts... So let me get this straight - So you just joined the forum last week and the first thing that you want to do here is you want to share your random amazing experience from a new Qigong star on the market. And from your description it sounds like you are totally not involved in his business but you offer his website address right away because you just want to share your experience to the max. And you say he never charged for his teaching - yet on his website it says "FRANCHISE". That's actually an awesome idea! Let's franchise a Qigong business! Not even the grandpa Wang Liping did think of that. Mr Wang only charges a few thousands dollars for the seminar (of course they all go to the taoist monks 'cause they need a lot of money for their fancy square hats), however Mr Yang here, took it to a whole new level - he is going to charge you forever now, because it's a Franchise. So now, I guess, during the NFL plaoffs we are going to see Chi Negong Franchise next to McDonalds and Subway!

Hi all, I am attaching a pdf book about Chi, Tenaga Dalam etc14897428-CHI-or-TENAGA-DALAM-or-Inner-Energy-r-JINN-Related.pdf - I ran into it accidentally. It sounds like a Islamic propaganda, but it does make one ask some questions regarding all these systems. I was wondering if people heard of this guy or what impression does the book produce in a taoist practitioner. It's only 49 pages and very easy to read. I am curious of peoples impressions from this type of info. Thank you, Orb

Good point. I used to date a yoga girl who had small boobs, but she was convinced that she can make them grow bigger if she worked hard and meditated everyday on her boobs. And she meditated for about 2 years every day and her boobs stayed exactly the same, but she was telling everybody that they doubled in size and she even convinced herself about it and she started wearing very tight t-shirts and her boobs looked bigger, however I knew exactly their size because they fit in my hands exactly the same way...

Nothing to add, no. In my opinion you are on the right track to think that the scriptures have a certain code though. And it's not necessarily because it was meant to be hidden, but merely because there was no direct way of explaining it and even make it available to future generations. So a lot of symbols and metaphors were used. And I thnik misinterpretation is our biggest obstacle in understanding a spritual practice.

Mantak Chia has some breathing exercises and you get to jerk off at the same time and call it a spiritual practice. But my question is this - why on the earth are looking for "pranayama yogic" techniques in Qigong? If you want to learn pranayama you gotta find a pranayama teacher. Not a book, not a DVD but a Master. And guess what - the pranayama masters are in India, Nepal .... So I can tell you this for sure: You are not going to find a pranayama Master on this forum. -

I don't think I missed any point. I am addressing this exact theory of "the inevitability of developing powers". I am pretty sure you don't develop anything unless you are part of those very few in a billion to learn the secret trick. That's why I am saying you guys are discussing something you are not part of and most probably will never be and therefore you will never develop Siddhis. It's like the fat football fans having endless discussions about whos the best player and how can the Giants win the next game. -
