So I've been looking into Taoism for the past couple of weeks and it is very interesting. I'm experimenting with energy and how to get it balanced, but I'm confused on where to start. Can anyone help provide me with a daily practice routine for a begginer? I also eliminated masturbation to improve my life but I keep having wet dreams. They drain my energy and I want to know how to stop having them. If anyone knows an exercise or meditation for this it would help me a lot. Anyways I'm excited to get started and can't wait to see where taoism will bring me.
