    Hi everybody, I have studied Taoism plus various other systems of energy work, with a primary focus on self healing, rather than spirituality or martial arts, although I find those areas interesting too. I have practiced techniques from Mantak Chia, Ni Hua Ching, and BK Frantzis. I am excited to be in a forum where knowledge about Taoism and healing is being shared. Cheers!
