    Does anyone know what his jing gong entails ?

    Jing Gong is an umbrella term for the various standing postures we use within the Lotus Nei Gong school. These static training methods are different from what many people would know as Zhan Zhuang as they are designed to awaken various parts of a person’s energy body. This type of work forms a large part of our practice and students will encounter Jing Gong from the first day within our school. Different Jing Gong methods are utilised at different stages in a  students development."

    cant see how I made a mistake when I am just quoting the title of a book ?

    You obvious misunderstand the full moon.

    Unless you reach there, you will not really know what is full moon.

    I met many Chinese told me that they saw full moon.

    But after I ask them about the details, it is not full moon.

    It is 兔髓

    You made the same mistake with them.

    I hope you will understand where is you mistake.

    But if you don't have a real mater, it is very hard for you to know.


    兔髓 looks like full moon.
    But they are totally different.

    If you don't reach them all, it is impossible for you to know what is the difference between them.

    I tell you this and hope you don't make the mistake again.

    Post heaven is totally different from pre heaven.

    Almost all teachers think they know, but they don't know.

    Pre heaven can not be told, but only be achieved.



    So many times, I heard people misunderstand 兔髓 and full moon.

    They misunderstand post and pre heaven, too.

    Hey Brian ,  I love posts like these.

    My teacher experienced something similar.

    He was at his new girlfriends house  and the young son was showing him this old coin he had found while he was recently on holiday. The kid trottied off to play at the other side of the room and next thing you know he is shouting about his coin being missing, his mam came in to see what the fuss was about and starts looking with him, getting more and more agitated with him.

     

    He was sitting at the dinner table having his breakfast and the next thing you know the coin slammed down next to him on the table. didnt roll or anything just slaaam and its there. The mam starts shouting expletives thinking he had it all the time! haha

     

    The area round the table went cold. She had her dads ashes in that house and there would often be photos of the dad and her son moved in the morning.

     

    He went home that day and the next day he became ill for a week and they never saw each other again , no phone calls or break up just silence on both partners. This was the first time he had experienced something being took from this realm and then returned from theirs if I recall rightly. He always said her dad took his mojo as he was single for quite a while after that ! haha

     

    I have to say it really bugs me when people tell you to dismiss it or ignore it ,just ;ike the beings appearing in meditation post, so interesting and people just shut the flow of posts down with just ignore it.

    Doesnt really add to a post but kinda kills it IMO.

    I was lying in bed last night half asleep when all of a sudden this kind of boom happened in my dan tien accompanied by a noise , not quite as deep a pitch  as thunder but simlilar in sound , this also lifted me off my bed.

    does anyone have any ideas of what it could have been ?

    I awoke in the middle of the night and there was this red sphere the size of a football at the top right hand corner of my bedrrom.

    Looked like it was watching me but once it seemed to realise I was looking at it

    It then slowly faded away.

     

    I have saw orbs with my physical eyes and I did not feel that it was an orb ,

    very strange , any ideas anyone ?

    I have had the NaturAir NI generator running for 2 days and nights in my bedroom.

    I imagined the rooms atmosphere would be light and airy but it seems the opposite, slightly heavy and gives me a fuzzy head rather than a clear one.

    Have to have the window open when I sleep or else i get the aforementioned fuzzy head.

    Not sure what to make of it ?

    Hi  , how do I go about ordering one of these , and am I right in thinking these are from the uk so no customs charges ? Is 220 volts ok with uk power ?

    I know a teacher is best but I am after a book with real practical info in it.

    I have the kundalini tantra book by Satyananda Saraswati and thought this was the real deal till I came across people mentioning some flaws in it.

    any recomendations ?
