I am beginning a study of the "Tao Te Ching" and happily came across this site.
My interest in Taoist Philosophy and the "Tao Te Ching" grew from an interest in "The Art of War, and (especially) my interest in the game of go (Wei Chi).
I am happy to find this forum of other seekers, and look forward to getting to know you.
In addition to Tao and the "Tau Te Ching", my interests are:
The game of Go.
The study of strategy (as a subject unto itself).
"The Art of War" by Sun Tzu
"The Book of Five Rings" by Musashi
Pedagogy, teaching methods, communication of ideas...
"Bloom's Taxonomy" as a method of facilitating communication of ideas
the use of the above to facilitate learning and action
