New to Taobums. Especially fond of retention and transmutation!
I'm always working on ways to improve myself mentally en physically. Started at 10 years of age reading books of Desmond Morris and the like about basic evolution as well as psychology.
Which has led me to NLP when I was around 15 years old, resulting in a interest of the power of the mind.
Practiced that for a couple of years which empowered me in certain ways, especially in powerful communication.
Came in contact with a book called "the game of life and how to play it" by Florence Scovel Shinn. Was fascinated by the power of the subconscious mind and the incredible life shaping power of positive thoughts and affirmations.
Been practicing that for about 3 years now which is an ongoing struggle with my negative autopilot / chatterbox, but with great results.
This working of the mind and focus of thoughts led me to meditation, which I've been doing for some years.
Last year I noticed that after ejaculation i always felt weak and a bit down. Started to do some research, read some books about transmutation and retention and I must say it's a very powerful tool for me.
I find that after a week my concentration and overal feeling of well being rises. I sleep better but less hours. Feeling like a Daft Punk song after two weeks; harder, better, faster, stronger
Cut off all sexual stimuli aswel as erotic thoughts. When heat rises I meditate on the lower dantien till feeling subsides.
I try MCO daily but don't really feel a lot of energy rising, maybe not all my channels are open yet.
My biggest problem are nocturnal emissions ; the longest I've been able to retain is 17 days.
Usually after 14 -17 days I wake up in a pool of lost power, leaves me feeling depleted, setback and a bit sad haha.
Would like nothing more than be able te reach 30 or even 50 days.
Please help me in my pursuit, advice, tips exercises and pointers all more than welcome!
