your whole view is affected by suffering. You are talking about choices within your view. When you are sick then everything is affected, you don't want to ride with a ferrari, you don't care. Your view is defiled from birth, you will know that it was when you have a cessation until then you need faith.

Future causes as, there is burried in me seeds what are waiting to be revealed but they won't unless i remove my current cause. When i destroy the cause of my current suffering, then i will be not obscured by it anymore but i now am obscured by new one what was hidden before. i think they can also be named past causes, causes what comes from past where i didn't removed them are now defining my current life.

While you are suffering then you are suffering only,otherwise this isn't called suffering. Of course you can choose to ignore it but it doesn't eradicate the cause of suffering, it will stay as a weed in your mind. There is also lots of suffering as a seed status what are waiting to show up. Ignorance also means not knowing your future causes

if you have cessation with fruition then you also know at some point the way to the next cessation with fruition. there is meditation needed because there is still real progress needed energywise that you will finally ready for liberation from wrong thinking burden and have a cessation. Path is most likely set in stone, predetermined. path to first cessation can be pretty unconscious but not the last step of making a connection what causes immediate cessation with fruition or path change. These meanings have no meaning if not know the energy code or design behind it. Knowing what to sense and cultivate is a shortcut and imho only way. Words are for direct pointing to what to cultivate, and cultivation is energy based. When energies reach headbased center then you can have a path moment. In other words, if self is realized then need also to cultivate it, now can cultivate it because its energy is recognized and at the end liberate your self. Suchness is energy. Qualities of energy are eternal but the appearances are not. ok. so does energy loses its meaning if its talked like its a concept.

absolute does not deny that it can be improved.

whatever i already know whatever is written is wrong, but its wrong not because its wrong, its wrong because nobody agrees with it. if i wake up tomorrow i don't believe it either. If i would agree then there wouldn't have been any improvement.

everything is suffering because everything can be improved, if there wouldn't be any need for improving then there would be no movement.

when you done with suffering1 then after that there is another waiting in the storehouse. Its circling, but its not the same circle next time. absolute does not deny that it can't be improved.

Probably the need for teacher is deep belief that higher level teacher can give you a level up(Fruition). He can help you for sure. Cessation of suffering, enlightement is you know the way to its cessation from your own personal experience. Possible is why people don't awake because their mind is too comfortable with life, not suffering enough, for some even suffering does not help because there still is somekind hope for some miracle or someone will give them a solution that can be used like a spoon. Later you need to set up your own special discipline to cultivate your mind and eventually see through your own mind and destroy it to attain next level. To choose discipline: You need to make your mind receptive to suffering, where you come to be able to repent this will make your energies open and you then cultivate these energies. It feels like when you have a stuffy nose but something triggers it to become open. Scriptures are written by someone else and translated by someone else and commented by someone else. Through their eyes i try to see what might be the truth through my own filters. Obviously high level teacher will be a huge help. His sayings i hear through my own filters and their teachings i read through my own filters i will just know the teachers name and physical appearance, what else is different?

What i was talking is how to get to samadhi and how to go from there. I admit i have made a mistake, i have put two separate things on top of each other, but its not a mistake it just makes opening the crown twice as hard but when you do it then you know that you have opened it second time. When you are dealing with the methodless method then its all depends on your own effort how much time you put in, how fast you progress. The difference between the do do do do do guys from the regulars who take it halfhearted(other things first then if there is time for couple hours meditaion before bedtime) is half century. do do guy does burn his life in years. oh yes opening the crown first time there i didn't really know what is suffering, it gets really worse later. Its like 90 percent suffering (10 percent beautiful time when you are absorbing energies coming after breakthroughs). You can realize waking up to the opened crown in next day/s if you figure it out how. Its much harder to figure out how to continue progress in that pure consciousness or samadhi. At second crown opening, its much harder to wake up to the opened crown and its almost too hard to realize what to do to ignite third time energies(i wasted many months believing i have completed since there isn't any singe vibration or other sign no matter what i did, it all was because lack of knowledge). I used at the beginning yoga, i did Qi gong, pranayama, mantras but nothing beats the brains ability to figure out things by simple reasoning and observation and learning from scriptures how and why and what is the goal and then trying to do your thing, basically yes forcing yourself through your own self. And top of it, the path is fundamentally technical, just need to start opening second time the crown and will see it that some things start to repeat but are more detailed and some things are done manually. There is no need for teachers. Buddhadharma is made for people who live in Dharma ending age where's there is no real teacher. lolz the method is samadhi after you can enter it by opening the crown and still need to continue figure out things, by this time you surely have figured out that all the issues comes from the self. why samadhi? when you enter it then you feel it on your nerves and can force to make them more "shining" or fire what you can't to so fast if any with the Qi gong or any other method outside the samadhi. It will bring out the faults of self fast and suffering comes and it will point you the door to breakthrough again.

The consciousness what you are using for visualizing will return to its source everytime after you stop visualizing. You are using mind-consciousness one of the 6 other consciousnesses. If you want realize center of the brain then you need cultivate center of the brain, that means you need realize oneness of these six consciousnesses and then you will use this oneness consciousness to realize the Star. There is needed to overcome gross body(physical body) subtle body(emotions) and body without form(thoughts) and then can realize center of the brain. with lower abdomen chakras you start dealing after you have completed first round of opening crown. First round many things are automatic and simple. i don't have much knowledge about chakras, the idea is i need to be able to know these things from my own experience. Opening the crown doesn't give psychic powers nor all knowledge about everything at once its very gradual path.

You are using this method to reach Big light? or center of the brain?

Trunk: The Big light is called star. Jesus talked about the star from the east. So did Buddha. Buddha see a star is misundertood like he saw real star in physical sky and then discovered middle way. Middle ways meaning is also way off from what many thinks. Buddha saw a star rising from the east. Its also called morning star. And in christianity its called luciferian something. When you integrate the left and right sides. Then you awaken to the Way. You will get special samadhi wheres you can sense the "Big light". Before you reach there(to see star) there is two bindus or you call still-points. There is attachment and attachment is left side, its passive, when this attachment removed then you will start working with the second attachment when you cultivate this samadhi you will see again attachment. When two attachments removed then you can meet the morning star the main source of this attachment and imho its also the central point in the middle of the head. After you have merged or dissolved or whatever with the star or Big light then you can switch the middle of the head at will, you have defeated the Mara what would cause you to born involuntarely, you can escape the underworld. In christianity its talked about three kings, in Greek and Norse mythology there is Three main gods. In kundalini stuff there is three bindus above brow chakra from where one is the crown. Khrisna is playing the flute. The myths and stories are filled with cultivation tips. left hand path, right hand path. Left hand path is external method where you are serving your attachments, while right hand path tries to kill the attachments by external means. Amazing thing from the sutras is found that the Way is written in capital letter because its secret. Secret means that its not possible to know the Way unless you actually have entered it or realized it by yourself. Its opening the middle of the head, its locationless location, i think its the correct meaning of the Middle Way.

enlightenment can't be taken away. Eyes can be taken away.

"reach" as meant you are ready to unite left and right. Niwan(if its the center the brain) is already activated. That means to even start the process you need to activate niwan first. I am thinking that dealing with finding the center will open it anyway. You can conscentrate on the space between the eyes(blackness) and it will become solid or active at some point(your concentration will become onepointed and the quality of the space or blackness changes), that would be the sign of active center of your brain. "Sides" doesn't need to be named, when you close your eyes then whats on right is your right side. When you are ready to unite then you are able to "move" right side, whats now missing is left side, when you try to balance right with the left then the uniting or reaction happens. it can be done that you don't have any clue what is what, if you are ready then you are automatically at the correct place, you might even not be able to notice it. sides can also described as wires or extra hands, but at the beginning we have one. Its represents the active force(right side) you will need to match it with passive left side. *** To bring in another term is awareness, if you don't know what to do then try all variants what you can do with the mind within your awarenss. And if there is little reaction then follow it, if thats done take next thing you can do. I did basically this way and i used reason what could work. Basically there is lots of ideas and things but they will be proved wrong as the path goes on. If i could have known about left and right sides and center i would have been faster and less suffering(i think now, but maybe not). and its like walking blindfolded, you don't know whats next, you need to learn to sense it by trial and error. Basically there is not much to know from the outside sources of information.

there is needed to find that "empty conscentration". This will come apparent when you reach brow area and unite left and right side of you. Before that you need to follow the bright essence or life. This is beyond fabrication or skhandas or consciousness. if you ask who you are or just think about you what it might be you can learn to sense the energy of it. Where this energy comes and returns you will find its in the middle of the head somewhere, your job is to enter it. Its done by uniting left and right sides or channels. If you succeed you are then one step above brow and also realize how to go through this center and next center and then open the crown. To be able to unite left and right channel there is right cultivation needed, there is some energetical events or signs too. this is the same energy what gives life to everything, cultivate it. Its all about you or self energies. Taking full responibility of your own actions is a small win already. You can unite left and right channel in couple months of effort if you lucky. Its not about how long you can sit, its about how fast you can find the source. And crown is impossible to open without knowing explicitly how to do it, you can do it without knowing that you are opening the crown and knowing how to do it but not other way around. Technically nobody can give you that wisdom. And when you open crown you will also start from the beginning again and new difficulties ahead.

you don't need five eyes to become enlightened. This is absurd. Ghosts, gods have 5 eyes by default. Why i need to develop 5 eyes?

The two pillars are left and right channels and they collapse or merge together to form a "rabbit hole" later you will take it on hold or focus and go through it. And what you get is all new understanding or rebirth(probably much more important) electricity or the lighting is probably the attachment or subtle habit what keeps you on move always(restless), when you have cultivated(meditated) enough then its possible to see or sense the "attachment" and then capture it or take notice and after that its possible to form a "rabbit hole". the light between pillars is the self nature i believe, i think its heart and heart is the self and its middle, not to confuse with the real heart. timing- no idea why thats important yet.

when you are aware what you are doing, it is external method, because when you stop doing it then also awareness of it disappears. But when awareness does not disappear then all methods are pointless, then can cultivate directly.

beauty of this is that ZOOM himself only understands what he wrote, he can't put years of practice and knowledge into one line. At the same time one line sentence does not tell us how much he really knows his stuff. In the Sutras its said you need to pick one dharma-door and stick with it till you get enlightened.
