    I am a shy person currently with ptsd. Sorry my english isn´t so good, I am 27 years old, and i cant figure out life. I joined to share some thoughts. I don´t undertand too much about spiritual practices. Can somebody explain them to me? And I have been very depressed lately, please be patient with me.
