There's quite a bit of literature and media relating to Dr. Yan Xin published before the turn of the millennium. However, I think the YXQ group is restricting their publication and distribution, which is why videos of Dr. Yan Xin are being taken down. I'm not sure why, I haven't been very active. A good book which is relatively easy to find online in PDF form is "Secrets and Benefis of Internal Qigong Cultivation". I can't find my copy right now but I believe it has the nine steps in it.

I have a few recordings and books of Dr. Yan's lectures, but I believe the IAYXQGLST (International Association for Yan Xin Qi Gong Life Science and Technology) doesn't want this stuff floating out there. They're very secretive, but definitely still active. The Philadelphia chapter is hosting an event in late september, and the association still sends out emails.

I have seen Dr. Yan Xin in 2008 in San Francisco. I believe it was for the olympic torch relay.

I'm not an avid practitioner of qigong, but I'm trying to get a start in it. Hopefully you guys can help me out.
