Hi Sifu Terry, thank you for the above training inspiration! At the moment when I am practicing FP my hand wrists, especially the back of the hand wrists, and the first part of the forearms are sweating whereas I don't sweat that much at the other parts of the body. Is this a coincedence or is this a common thing, maybe a point where my body dispells any waste? Best, Julian
  2. buzzing sound

Hi, I can also relate to the internal sounds. It started 1-2 years ago and now I hear it daily. For me it is a hissing sound of about 7000-9000 Hz. Maybe it is the "1000 singing circadas". Sometimes after doing qigong, right before sleep, I hear another sound - kind of like a very faint static noise/white noise or rushing sound. Greetings
  3. I can chime in on that, too. It has been like that for the last two years, everyday, for me. It also started with 11:11 and clocks. But now it is also prominently number plates on cars with triple and quadruple digits - often 7's and 1's. I feel drawn to the number 7 and it pops up quite often - for example my phone numbers also have at least triple 7's. Sometimes it is like being in a movie... you drive and think about things which bother you at the moment and then a truck pulls in out of another street, directly in front of you with a 777 plate. I always take it as a reassuring sign of maybe my guides? Also I have the impression, that the animal raven is somehow connected to me. I also started to notice one or a pair of two nearly everyday. Does someone know anything about it? Greetings
  4. Monoatomic gold

Hi Vajra Fist, I let him check 3 products for the effect on me and I specifically asked if there would be negative effects for me. His response was: "These are all wonderful with no negative effects. #1———Really great. Stimulates the upper movement of the kundalini into the brain and the highest charkas. Should accelerate at the very least the growth of higher consciousness. #2———Creates a powerful connection between the brain, the mind, the highest charkas and celestial intelligence beyond the body. Should develop intuition and celestial perception. #3——Activation, purification, strengthening of the first chakra and through that much strengthening and healing of the entire body. " Please have in mind that this assessment was for my body specifically, so it might have different effects for other people. Also at the moment I don't think I would like to post the exact products here publicly. Just because I don't want to advertise them and I haven't tested them yet. If you are interested to know them you can PM me. Greetings

@Taomeow, do you still take the MOG and have experienced anything positive or negative? Thank you Since a medical clairvoyant have checked it out for me I ordered it and will try it out. Greetings
  6. Monoatomic gold

I am also on to try it out when I get it. Please report back if you notice anything, positive or negative. Greetings
  7. Monoatomic gold

I might not be of any help as I didn't try it before but I came to say that you both inspired me to look/research deeper into Ormus and that I am inpired to try it out. Also somewhere I found several wonderful reviews about it and about the importance of its organic creation process. Through this I came to this "MerKaBa" ormus shop which resonates very well with me and I feel very drawn to try it out... Best, Julian

Thank you very much, Sifu Terry, for this great reply and inspiration. I was about to write about my recent shakings, so this was well synchronized. Whereas I did shake in the beginning of my FP practice (e.g. while doing standing "Monk gazing at moon") it subsided and came back in the last few days. So I was wondering if I had acquired new/more blockages which set the shakings off again or if it was just breaking through a new layer... At my earlier practice the shakings would only occur after a minimum of 8 minutes standing, but at the moment they occur at minute 3 or 4 and are getting rigorous. Sometimes I "do" shapes of 8's with my elbows or my whole upper torso rotates nearly 180 degrees to either left or right. It always feels good and I am astounded by the energy's intelligence. While doing these movements I experience cracking and popping noises in my neck and back, so I think this is readjusting my whole structure. Do you guys also have these shakings during "Monk gazing at moon"? Thanks and greetings, Julian

Hey there, last week I had my first Tao Tan Pai session with Sifu Terry. This was just incredible! Although I booked a 45 minute session, Sifu Terry was most generous in giving me some extra minutes and packed 5 exercises in one lesson. I enjoyed it very much - and I sweated through it. At the moment I can only say Tao Tan Pai feels different and generates a whole lot of heat in me - I was sweating a lot But other than that I will have to practice it to determine what it does to me... So besides the wonderful FP lessons I can recommend you also Sifu's TTP lessons. It is always a pleasure to learn from his vast knowledge. I don't want to derail the FP thread but thought I would share it with you... Greetings, Julian

If I would have to pick one only, it would be Monk holding Pearl, too, at the moment. I share Aeran's experiences - it does ground me very well. I also get very still and some times it goes very deep... As a matter of fact unfortunately I don't feel bubbling in the dantian yet. Sometimes I experience a little bit of heat there and a little pressure in the head, while doing this meditation. I do this one nearly every night right before sleeping and it proves very well for a good sleep. But sometimes I manage to do the "sleeper", which works all the more - it is absolutely amazing. I hope also others chime in and share their favorite meds and effects Always enjoy reading your shared stories.

Hi everyone, I would like to share with you a recent email conversation with Eric Isen, the absolutely skilled medical clairvoyant and friend of tao_stillness. This was about my interest in another great art, which seems to draw me to it - besides FP. I asked him if he could assess if the Tao Tan Pai system would 1. suit me in terms of spiritual and bodily progress and 2. In what way would the above system complement my current practice of "Flying Phoenix Heavenly Healing Chi Meditations". His answers were: 1. Excellent benefits from Tao Tan Pei. Development of intuition abilities and right brain function. More subtle and refined perception. And very important cleansing and expansion of heart chakra. 2. It combines well with Flying Phoenix by enhancing everything that is being developed by that system It will strengthen and increase all the benefits of Flying Phoenix. This combination is highly recommended." I also shared this very positive and inspiring assessment with Sifu Terry. He also gave further information for me to share with you about Tao Tan Pai and FP: "How much of these two arts does one need to master before "mixing" the practices? My posting in reply will reflect my current thinking on "mixing" the 2 practices: My earlier orthodox view that I held for many years was that FP Qigong and Tao Tan Pai should be learned separately to a very substantial extent before mixing the two practices. Ideally, one should learn all the FP Qigong material in Vols.1 through 4 first--just to have that much of the system established before "mixing in" Tao Tan Pai as a catalyst. And the Tao Tan Pai Basic 31 Qigong should be learned in its entirety before one mixes that with FP Qigong or any other practice. This is advised so that one has clear and undeniable experience of precisely how each of the FP Meditations affects the body and mind and how each of the TTP-31 Meditations work as well. However, recently--and your reading by Eric Isen has made me think further on the issue, I feel that there is no harm to practice any exercises of the Tao Tan Pai 31 while one is learning the FP Qigong from scratch, or to supplement and further activate any level of FP Qigong practice. It all depends how much time one has to practice...and how much FP Qigong practice one wants to sacrifice or trade-off for Tao Tan Pai. However, practice of each of the higher levels of the Tao Tan Pai Nei Kung (there are 4 advanced levels beyond the TTP-31) must be done discretely and completely with no mixing. Otherwise, the results could be catastrophic to one's health and well-being." Quote from Sifu Terry So, I didn't want to derail this thread in any way but just to inspire you and give you information about another great art besides FP. I will surely be continuing to practice FP but in the long run I am going to learn Tao Tan Pai also. Greetings, Julian

Hi Cihan, I always love to hear about experiences regarding our FP practice! I hope you will reconstruct your detailed post some time Regarding FP practice: I for myself am sometimes positively surprised by an automated FP energy activation, e.g. while sitting in a train or standing and watching a soccer game in a stadium. At my point of practice or constitution I feel the FP energy mostly and strongly in my arms. Is it just my particular case, to start strongly in the arms? Best wishes, Julian

Hi Sifu Terry, thank you very much for your answer. I may be looking into "The Golden Dawn" - I don't know much about western mysticism yet, other than a youtube documentary about Aleister Crowley. I got the german version of the I Ching 4 weeks ago, but haven't yet begun to read So I don't know how to use it... Can you also recommend a good primer into astrology? Best greetings Julian

Hi Cihan, thank you very much for your answer! I would like that to be an early stage of my pineal gland activating At the moment of my practice I have not yet had any visuals but one or two flashes of light (maybe not related). Which meds do you practice at the moment? Best, Julian

Happy new year to you all! Has someone experienced a very high pitched "ringing"/sound during silence, at some point by any chance? It is not tinnitus... The sound started some weeks ago and I think it isn't health related but rather spiritual in nature. Does someone know about this phenomenon? Thank you very much, best wishes, Julian

Hi Sifu Terry and to all other FP practitioners, since it just came up here: Does anyone have a good recommendation for a numerology resource/book? For the last months I seem to recognize a lot of number patterns... like 1111, 2222, 333, a lot of 7s and so on... I don't know if this is just a coincidence. Greetings! Julian

Hey there, this week I have had my second skype lesson with Sifu Terry and I want to express that I am deeply thankful for the great lessons, time and humbleness of Sifu Terry. I am also deeply thankful, that he made it possible for us to learn this marvelous art. I can encourage you to also have a lesson some time. This time we worked on my long form, for which I got very fruitful corrections. Good Sunday to you all. Julian

Hello Pitisukha, sorry for taking so long to answer you. I booked a one hour lesson, but the first appointment was missed as there was an emergency at Sifu Terry's DVD duplication vendor's plant. I am saying this, because he actually was so generous to give me at least 30 minutes of extra time because of the missed appointment and a little bit of waiting time on my side. I am so grateful for it and can encourage every practitioner to have a lesson some day... So during the lesson we went through Moonbeam, Bending the bows, and MSW#1. But I would say we spent most of the time on Moonbeam. Greetings, Julian

Hey there, I hope everyone is doing well, I have just had my first online Skype lesson with Sifu Terry and I am so deeply grateful for that. I can encourage everyone training this wonderful art to have a lesson with him some day. As for sure I don't need to tell you what a wonderful and kind teacher he is The lesson contained form corrections, adjustments and some very nice extras. These have and will boost my experience! As a side note he greets all of you guys and apologizes for not having the opportunity to answer your last questions. He still has major technical problems to use his taobums account for some reason. This has been going on for the last 2 weeks and he unfortunately has still no answers from the taobums support team... Greetings from Germany, Julian

Wonderful! Thank you very much for your answer - as always I enjoy reading your posts. I am looking forward to introduce a friend to meditation. As for the 3 MSW meditations in a row - this I still have to experience for myself. To be honest I haven't tried that yet, mostly because of the time consumption of just one of them. I will try it out Best wishes, Julian

Hello Sifu Terry, based on your last question I would like to know how can I "introduce" someone interested in meditation to meditation? Like, have them do quiet sitting meditation and watching their breath while I would do FPCK meditations in proximity? Or would you recommend showing them a basic FPCK meditation (with breath percentages) and do it together? Then, which meditation would you suggest for absolute beginners? I hope these are not too much questions I wish a great weekend to all of you, best, Julian

As a matter of fact, I also had a medical intuitive session with Eric a few days ago, which was very nice and insightful for me (unfortunately my suspicion about being gluten sensitive was correct...). I also let him test Flying Phoenix Chi Kung for me and he tested it also very good for me, spiritually as well as physically. Sifu Terry, can you recommend specific FP exercises which affect/open the solar plexus and heart chakra? I have the feeling that "Monk holding peach" would be working on these, is that correct? Thank you, and a happy new year to you all! Julian

Hello Sifu Terry, thank you very much for your answers and clarifications - and thank you for your time. I am happy to hear that I can try to practice DVD4 now. Also I am so excited to buy and try the last DVDs, #5 and #7 So, now I also know why I have been eating not as much as months before and why I tend to buy/want more pure foods and non- or less processed foods. Best greetings, Julian

Hi Sifu Terry, I find your last part especially interesting, since for the last weeks I have some dietary problems, too and I didn't know that it could be related to FPCK. Right now, I am trying to eat gluten free food, because I experienced several bad symptoms before... While practicing the standing meds I sometimes experience "sounds"/bubbles coming from my stomach/Intestines area. So maybe there are some blockages which are worked on. And, maybe this has already been answered somewhere, but when do I know that I can start to practice the DVD4 Long Form? I have been practicing FPCK for nearly one year every day (around 20 to 40 minutes per day). Thank you very much, greetings, Julian

Hi everyone, yesterday while doing 10 minutes of "Monk holding peach" I experienced a slight breeze/wind up through my soles. That was very nice - I haven't experienced that before... Which exercises can I especially do to help balancing my throat and solar plexus chakra? With the help of kinesiology/energy testing I always get the impression that these two chakras are not balanced... But I don't know yet if this "information" is correct though... Greetings, Julian
