  1. Taoist Levitation

I understood it quite differently from other sources. Samadhi must be strengthened and the body must be transformed in order to attain a higher level. The abilities are supposed to facilitate gaining the merit involved for attaining the next level.
  2. Taoist Levitation

A person on the shaolin forums that seemed pretty knowledgeable associated the hops to embryonic breathing. Not sure if this is true though.
  3. Small retreat at my house next week?

I noticed that you said Emei. What is his relation to Grandmaster Fu Wei Zhong?
  4. Finding Time

Try to get it in when ever and where ever you can. Grab every opportunity. Even five minutes here, ten minutes there. A great deal of focus in qigong and meditation lies in returning to the natal or prenatal CLEAN condition. You are still pretty young so it is good to start when you don't have all that much garbage accumulated.
  5. What's good for seasonal allergies?

Have you tried any food cycling or any type of cleansing? Maybe try neti to see if cleansing the sinuses help?
  6. The feminization of the Western male?

If there is starvation due to that fields were burned and equipment was damaged due to war then the war is responsible. So when one neighbor has to fight another neighbor for a skinny leg of chicken or an almost rotten piece of lettuce because there isn't enough to go around, then the party that is ultimately responsible is the one that created the conditions in the first place. If the healers and doctors run away and people start dying from preventable diseases because of a war then the war is responsible. If a country can't trade because it is being blockaded and sieged, then it is still a war. A siege is a hostile act. If a country can't produce clean drinkable water because facilities were destroyed then the people that get sick and/or die are casualties of war. If a person can't use the phone to call an ambulance or to see if family and friends are okay because the phone company's facilities were destroyed it still due to war. All the things that I have described are war strategies and tactics. When a foreign country sets foot in another country in order to steal resources, that foreign country is responsible for every single death, every sickness, and every single inconvenience no matter how big or small. When a foreign country steps into another country, they are in fact claiming that they can run the unwilling host country in a better and more efficient manner.
  7. Glenn Morris died

I bought his last book online, "Quantum Crawfish Bisque for the Clueless Soul". He lived in Louisiana and got to witness all of the wreckage. I think that the poor guy died of a broken heart
  8. Robert Peng

I was treated by him in April. The guy is awesome. I had issues with what I think was the heart meridian and gallbladder/liver meridian. I was seeing a red and green tinge on everything. From what I saw in Master Nan and Bill Bodri's book, this wasn't a good sign. I remembered about a week ago that this is a sign for an impending heart attack. I think that it was caused by really bad practice on my part. It has been a month and two weeks since seeing Master Peng. No heart attack and I'm still feeling good When I left his office, I felt like I could breath through my feet
  9. Tao is a girl

I'm hoping that you are right There has to be a reason why it is called "union" with the Tao
  10. my answer is: 1. not having to worry about death and taxes 2. not needing money
  11. Names of points

If you want to add another name then add "small heavenly circuit", that's what Master Robert Peng called it.
  12. chi energy or mental placebo

The way I understand it. Chi is the electrical energy that travels the electromagnetic field that is inside humans.
  13. It explains a lot about how an animal with no fangs, claws, soft body, and no fur was able to survive with a lot of bigger, stronger, and faster predators around.
  14. New John Chang Video

The Kan and Li is a procedure that can be done repeatedly along with being a milestone? Da Mo spent nine years in meditation looking at a wall in a cave and completely transformed his mind and body. According to the Mo-Pai, Da Mo had demonstrated all of the siddhi and attained all of the levels of samadhi and/or enlightment. With how fast the years are going by; I consider nine years a very, very short time Even though Da Mo had a lot of internal experience beforehand. Da Mo came up with the bone marrow washing classic, the tendon/muscle changing classic, and the eighteen Buddha's hand. The ebook that Huai-Chin Nan and William Bodri wrote, "How to Measure and Deepen Your Spiritual Realization", I think is very pivotal. It explains a lot about my progression. Dr.Glenn Morris has wrote a few books on his perceptions and realizations. Has or is Dr.David Verdesi ever going to write a book about his own first hand perceptions and realizations?
  15. David Shen Verdesi Press Release

That's why I'm asking since David Verdesi has wisely invested a lot of time and effort studying the internal arts. With my limited imagination, the only other possibility is if he does astral travel.
  16. I'm not discouraged In the beginning, I could only feel jing in between the hands with a space of 8 inches. I can now feel jing with a space of three feet.
  17. Nevermind, I'm not advanced enough in my practice so that I can open the rest of the heart but Trunk is at that point. In Huai-Chin Nan's and William Bodri's book "How to Measure and Deepen your Spiritual Realization" he states that opening the heart is necessary in order to absorb the moon essence. The ebook is well worth the price.
  18. Serious Offer

What part of July? Is there going to be a taobum gathering?
  19. better practice through science

If you reach the 10th samadhi and become a Buddha. Do you think that another Buddha is going to hold a grudge against you for making the process more foolproof since the goal of all Buddha's is to liberate all sentient beings? It's our job to use all the tools that we have at our disposal Hell, every time that I see Trunk post I restrain myself from posting to him that "He is THE MAN!" I like his website a lot and I find it helpful. High level yogis have been commenting that they wish that neurofeedback devices had been more well known when they were starting out. What David Verdesi is doing is a huge service to humanity. I hope that it gives him enough merit so that he can go where ever he wants to go.
  20. need some help

Anybody know a website where I can find New York City Penal Law? I'm trying to find section 181.09
  21. I found out that two of the chi mai to the heart are usually open and that there are an additional six chi mai that are opened thru practices, which practices I don't know. It sucks I think because I would have to be with a master or some sort of supervision during practices just in case the opening prompts a medical emergency.
  22. I think that the individual needs to investigate on that one. I've felt more awake and stronger just to feel like I lost half my rooting the next day. I think that may only apply to people that have already undergone alchemy.
