To store the chi, I put my awareness at the naval while breathing slowly. This is also done in a meditative state so that I'm able to maintain laser focus. At first I couldn't feel much and just hoped chi was being stored there but I now feel a "knot" in the area that intensifies during an inhale. It tends to heat up during intense, prolonged focus as well.

I am unable to train within 72 hours of an orgasm so that makes my "per day" average a little inconsistent. Sometimes I do multiple hours per day and other times I go a week without training at all (fucking wet dreams! ). I've been training as much as possible since the beginning of this year though and recently hit 70 logged hours.

I really hope so. Do you think there is a chance it is leaving the navel and circulating to other areas? Something is definitely surging up my spine. Does anyone here know what the difference is between Kundalini and MCO? 

They both send energy up the spine. I've been working to store chi in the lower dan tien but during the day I have ecstatic surges of energy rush up my spine, straight to the crown. These rushes happen when deep feelings of connection and purpose occur. For example, the other day I was at a court hearing and saw this young guy get sentenced to 40 years in prison. I was then overwhelmed by a feeling that people in society need inspiration. Every time a thought would hit me about how to do that, why it should be done, how to inspire people, etc. I would immediately get that ecstatic rush. If I think about doing something I'm genuinely passionate about or sometime that is meaningful to me at a deep level, those same rushes will hit me. Imagine if something amazing happened at a stadium and suddenly the whole crowd jumped up and roared in applause. Or imagine countless numbers of people roaring before a battle. That is sort of what it feels like.

The only thing that worries me is that since my goal is to store energy in naval chakra, I want to avoid "spending" it so to speak. So if the energy is leaving the dan tien and creating a rush, then I would prefer to avoid that. However, if it's kundalini or something else that has no affect on energy storage in the lower dan tien, then I'm all in.

Any thoughts?

Just once I would like to see someone do the newspaper set alight trick without crumpling it into a ball first and waiting for the same time period before 'they' make it burst into flames .  

If the only thing we had was the paper on fire demo then I wouldn't be convinced. 

But we have much more than that. We have demonstrations where Chang is stripped to a shirt, checked for metal, and then taken to a random location where he has no control over the environment.

Also keep in mind that during that time they didn't have as much technology as we do today. I think Charles Crawford said that they hadn't invented ion generators yet. He may have been talking about the 80s though. I'm sure if they had them by the 90s. Either way he couldn't have passed the metal inspection with any sort of static ring, ion generator, taser, etc.

Any ideas how he could have faked the demo under the conditions seen in the 1990s documentary (not the original one)?

Not only did Jim train without reversed breathing but he also used a microcosmic orbit method during level one that ruined all of his prior training. He had to start over because of this. So these two things combined explain why it took him 10 years to complete level one. It takes most people around 5 years I think.

It is a neigong forum. It's just that there aren't many neigong systems out there that have proven their authenticity. 

If we are able to get hard evidence from Jiang then you'll be seeing lots of threads about him there as well. If fact, if we can verify that Jiang is not a scammer then we'll all be switching to his system.

Same goes for Wang Liping or any other nei kung system.

We aren't married to Mo Pai. We just aren't willing to risk our health, time, and money with systems that haven't been properly validated. I hope you understand the difference here.

If the Mo Pai thread is to be reopened then I think the references to MPG's real name should be removed as this was an intentional privacy invasion by Elijah to get revenge against the people who exposed him (that's why he mentioned Well's real name too).

We have to be careful with our choice of words here.

 

In this matter we are not discussing Mo Pai we are discussing Western Mo Pai.

 

When debating Western Mo Pai I have no problem with the practitioner if they possess critical thinking skills and present logical arguments. So far this has not proved to be the case.

 

What we do in fact have is pro Western Mo Pai trolling.

I am not interested in continuing this conversation because if you're the type of person who would compare both my friends and myself to notorious criminals, then you're not the type of person who is prepared to look at the situation honestly and fairly. Therefore a conversation with you will get no where so I see no point in continuing it.

Sadly, this seems to be quite rare in today's world.

It always amazes me how many times this  God orders the killing of innocent people even after the Ten Commandments said Thou shall not kill. For example,  God kills 70,000 innocent people because David ordered a census of the people (1 Chronicles 21).

Just about every other page in the Old Testament has  God killing somebody!

Hi friends, lately I've realized that I don't have a place of my own. I live with my parents.

 

This may seem trivial and mundane to some but it means I can't have sexual relations with girls. 

 

It is quite depressing, and my libido is very high.

There's nothing wrong with a tightly moderated community. It's ok for a Christian forum to ban atheists who are against the grain of the community.

This is Sean's site. So if he says that the Mo Pai group doesn't create the sort of community that he wants then I see no problem with him kicking us out. He has the right to do that. 

But it's different when members who do not own the site, work their way into moderator positions and then bend the rules to ban the people who disagree with them.
