  1. Master Ken is awesome.

What is your basis for claiming that Jim and Kosta were given incorrect information?
  2. You have to be in meditation to cultivate chi. You can't do it during a distracted waking state of consciousness.
  3. If you think that you are cultivating chi in the LDT while doing house chores then you are most definitely deluding yourself.
  4. You must have missed my point.
  5. What is up with this "fundamentalist" thing? Seriously! What you are saying sounds exactly like this... "This view of thinking that humans can't learn to fly after one week of meditation is overly fundamentalist and limiting." The fact that you can't cultivate chi while doing house chores may be limiting but it's the truth. You can believe whatever you want but it doesn't change reality.

Darn. At first glimpse I thought someone had devoted a thread to me lol.
  7. You work with chi 24/7 in the sense that your very spirit is made of chi but you can't directly feel & control it unless you are in profoundly deep meditation. You can control chi in a normal waking state but it's so little that it's not even funny. Art has nothing to do with chi development. Chi is developed via deep meditation and extreme focus.
  8. In order to really work with chi and make progress you have to be completely focussed. You can't meditate and cultivate chi while doing other activities. It's like saying that you can practice kung fu forms while playing soccer. Focus on soccer when it's time to play soccer and focus on kung fu when it's time to practice kung fu. If you try doing both at the same time you're just going to waste your time.
  9. You can't do any real training or meditation unless you are in a deep state of meditation and really focussed. That is unless you are deluding yourself into thinking that you are manipulating chi and advancing while stirring a pot of stew.
  10. In my opinion here is how you should go about selecting a teacher/system... (1) Clearly define your goal/s. (2) Thoroughly research all systems that claim to offer your goal/s. (3) Discard the ones that are obviously BS. (4) Sift through the remaining systems slowly discarding the one's that have less evidence to support them or are just less to your liking. (5) Settle on a particular favorite and go for it. If it turns out that the system is getting you no where them move down the list to the next preferred system. In my case there is really only one publicly know system that will go where I want to go and luckily it has tons of evidence to back up its validity so I'm in good luck.
  11. I don't think you ever truly know that a system is valid unless you have done the training yourself and have seen first hand that it is valid and worthwhile.

It's actually quite the opposite. You can pretty much say or believe anything you want without fear of being banned/sensored just as long as it isn't comercial spam, illegal content, or a direct threat of violence or legal action against the admin (or a member if the threat is on-site). http://mopaidebate.com/discussion/3/forum-rules#latest
  14. Buddhist monks expanding their practice a little ;)

    LoL that was awesome!
  15. Qigong systems

Actually it doesn't attach to your butt. It touches the perineum.
  16. I don't really think so. Better to just cook when it's time to cook, eat when it's time to eat, work when it's time to work, and train when it's time to train. 5 minutes of training here and there is really just a waste of time and a distraction to the task at hand imo.
  17. I don't believe it's possible to train and do other things all at once. You can't meditate and cook spaghetti at the same time.
  18. Qigong systems

In order of strength? What kind of strength? People need to know what you goal/s are in order to recommend systems. For example Spring Forest Qigong and the Wim Hof Method are good for healing. Robert Bruce's Astral Dynamics is good for learning astral projection, seeing spirits, etc.
  19. Agreed. Anything that is reality and exists is obviously natural. If it wasn't natural then it wouldn't exist.

I heard that freedompop is great if you live in the city. If you live out in the country like me though I heard it doesn't work so well.
